Actually it increases metabolism Rate (BMR ) which helps in better digestion of food !!! 😃

Even the regular tea is not good enough as it spoils ur tooth enamel !!! So as Genelia Dsouza said drink tea coffe or anything with a straw !!! 😆😆😆

Yes, weight increase is not about how much you eat. Its about WHAT you eat. If one is a couched potato, you cannot help. When ur appetite increase, eat RIGHT food & work out properly. This will help you stabilize weight. It increases body metabolism & hence burns unwanted calories in the body.

My dear, it helps in preventing tooth decay. So it is good !
Provided you dont add sugar to it. Even if you dont hv it when you go to bed, otherwise brush your teeth.

i tried it a few times and it tastes okaay...not too bad
so make sure to try it at least once!

Hmm so since u guys recomended Green tea , I went and bought it and I must say it is beneficial !! Though it dosn't help much in reducing weight , it does help to improve Digestion and Immunity !! I have become addicted to green tea now !! lol 😆
