time for this forum to have a contest!!
*i am very sorry if i wasn't allowed/supposed to post a contest up. if so, then, again, sorry.*
What do i mean?:
The goal of this contest is to create the most healthy yet appetizing meal possible.
*TRY: try to make your meal helpful for a specific disease/condition
But how...🤔:
Simple. Just do the following:
1) make the meal using pics of the foods you would like to include
(you can either combine them into a siggie, or you can just leave them--for those who can't make siggies) 😃
2) underneath, please write clearly what the foods are that you have included within your super fantastic meal. include all ingredients=)
3) Give your meal a name!
4) finally, just write a few sentences as to why this meal of yours is awesome for your health😃
for example, if it is a meal that you think will help those with anemia, then include that,
or if your meal is to help you become more fit, include that and how
A few more rules:
Please pm your entries to ~devi~ (aka..me) by May 3d.
(two weeks, enough time na?)

- please guys, lets be original😉...and because this is the H&F section, your ultimate goal is to produce a meal you think is healthy and nutritious=)
- also, please do not put your name on the meal you made
- each member is allowed to submit up to three meals.
