sit-ups are bad for you back people...i took a health class in uni and they they told us that the best way to do sit-ups is on a big yoga ball. That way your back is off the floor and you bend front and back, giving more stretch to ur muscles. Plus u work other parts of ur body while balancing on the ball. I found that pilates really help. I took a pilates class for a while and it always worked my abdomen muscles...sadly i lost the time to do it...so i had to stop. But it does work. Plus all the ppl were super perky after a while...idk why,..

Apart from a few situps...which I don't do regularly...lol...abdominal crunches are really good for me...and are helpful at times when I am not able to do whole body exercises or jogs...Just make sure your lower back keeps touching the ground while doing so...just for taking off that extra pressure.

Also focus on your dinner...eat early n less fat and avoid fast sugar releasing carbs containing foods. This also works really well for me.

crunches are like sit ups just u dont up all the way up like u do in sit ups...just take ur shoulders off the ground. Try pilates...it's the best thing for your core muscles (which are in ur abdomen/waste area)

That link has some nice videos.

Try these exercises on:

My cousin did some of the exercises, do the shoulder stand, she saw a difference in a month or so or you could simply just go for a jog or the gym which would also help or do simple crunches/sit ups.
