ok so does anybody have tips on how to get a flat stomach...or if u know any easy exercises to get a flat stomach pls. post it here...if you can find articles/links with pictures that would be reall helpful...

i'm wondering if u guys know any good exercises that gives u a flat stomach...and if u tried something and it really works, how long does it take u??? i mean im a really impatient person i know exercising for a week isnt gonna give u any results but yeah, lol. i have no patiences whatsoever. πŸ˜†

feel free 2 share any stories here or post links, give advice, etc. but pls. stick to the topic. πŸ˜›

Cruches and situps and theres so many variations on these now

walking/ jogging

And when u sit, pull in your stomach and thigh area for awhile and let out, repeat the motion as many times as you want, it's suppose to strengthen and tighten the stomach and butt muscles

standup .....arms straight (pointing towards roof)....slowly slowly bend down n try to touch ur toes......exhale while going down n nhale while coming up......do this 25 times in morning again 25 times n afternoon n again while going to bed.....

ii do 100 sit-ups everyday πŸ˜†
&& this one will DEFINATELY work, but i doubt anyone will do it, because we are all so lazy:P (well most of us)
JOGGING EARLY IN THE MORNING !
for like an hour :)
but yu could try the sit-ups i guess, keep doing them for like a monthπŸ˜†
ohh && i heard the top three exercises to getting a flat stomach are running, swimming, and jumping rope

i think crunches work better than situps!!!!
they were more effective for me than situps!!!!

the best way is through exercises so join any good gym and perform your exercise under the guideline of your gym instructor. coz it may be harmful for you to perform exercises at home with an instructor.

waitt do you do them non-stop? cuz thats like impossible
hmmmm yeah i remember the days when i used to do like 30-40 at a time and do around 200-250 a day lmao i think that was last yearr
ha now i got too lazy i never do sit ups and other exercises beside gym class which i hateee with a passion!
omg jogging early in the morning hahahahah thats funnnny!
i can jump rope though! doubt that will do any good but thanksss :)
