Update 26th May [India]

I starts out with vikram saying that he'll sign on the divorce papers. So he asks singhania saab to get the papers and he signs them. Then he tells shyamlee… 'u have not given me a divorce, I've given u one'. He just about walks off when shyamlee says 'you're wrong… u have not given me the divorce, I have… papa told u something in your ear for which u have agreed to sign on the papers'. Then she looks at singhania… and she asks him, 'aisi kya baat hui, ki aapne bataa diya aur vikram ji ne sign kiya?'

She is in her room… packing her suitcases… when she looks at her ganpati idol… and remembers that vikram had given it to her. She is just remembering that time, when she hears the door. It's vikram. He sees her packing her suitcases and asks her 'yeh kya kar rahi ho?' Then she tells him I'm packing my stuff. He tells her that she had promised to stay until sania's wedding… so she says yes, I still remember, but I cannot stay in this room with u till then. She walks off… just as she reaches the door she tells him 'sirf theen dino ke liye humme ek doosre ko bardaasht karna, uske baad main apni zindagi dobaara shuru karoongi. And she walks off.

3 days later…

She is getting sania ready. Sanis says… I'm really sad that just the day after my wedding, u'll be leaving the house. Shyamlee settles her down. Sania says… I'm so unlucky, that I'm getting married without my mother's blessing. Then shams says… I'll take u to meet mummy ji. They are just leaving when singhania asks them where they are going. Shams tells him. Just then Vikram comes and says 'koi kahin nahin jaayegaa'. They start fighting. Finally singhania tells vikram to let them go. They do go.

They meet sharada… sania says… mama I've come here to take u'r aashirvad. Then sharada says… I had also had a lot of dreams that I'll get u ready for u'r wedding… but… that never happened. Then sania says 'aapki kami ko bhabi ne poori ki'. Sharada just give shams a loving look.

Shaadi time!!!!!!

They are getting married when shams gets a call… she says 'haan, main abhi aa rahi hoon'. Vikram follows her and rite putside the door abhishek is standing. He tells shamlee he's got a ticket for her to go to someplace [dunno where]. Shyamlee holds his hands and says thanx so much abhishek… he is shocked that she's actually holding his hand. Then he puts his hand on her shoulder and assures her… that if u need anything, I'm always there. Vikram sees all this.

Shyamlee is going to her room to keep the ticket, when vikram blocks her way. He just keeps walking like a zombie towards her. She also has a plate of roses in her hand… he just throws it… and he starts throwing and pushing her around and she's screaming… then he rapes her. Meanwhile apoorva is putting the sindoor for sania.

Next scene: The marriage is over. Shyamlee is walking into her room… She just looks at herself in the mirror and throws the dabba of sindoor next to her, in anger. She changes her clothes and leaves. She's just walking towards the door when she steps on some broken glass and her feet start bleeding… she doesn't stop. She just keeps walking and her feet leave bloody footsteps! She's already reached the road. She just crossing it when she meets with an accident. A car comes crashing into her.

ya. the rape scene was really sad!!! i mean after he walks away, u shud have seen the look on her face 😕

yeah and the rape happened after divorce, so its a full fledged rape, not marital rape etc.oh poor shamili...the sad, heart breaking expressions - i wish someone had saved her,as per vikram singhaniya, all his sins and curse from innocent lives would destroy him someday.

Earlier, the bechaini I used to have to read yours and Aparna's updates - I have lost it, and sometimes I can read the frustration in your updates too. I am glad I am not the only one feeling let down by this serial.
