Who is this abhi??

I have missed a lot of episodes...can anyone please tell me who is abhi and what he is doing in the story??? And in one of the latest episodes, shyamlee took off all signs of being a married woman. Why???? I am lost.

Abhishek Saxena is the leader of the labor union in Singhania's company. The labor union had called a strike because an employee was killed I think due to lack of proper safety measures in the factory.
Abhishek and Shyamlee were college mates and Abhishek liked her. So Shyamlee thought of going and talking to Abhishek as an employee of the Singhania company so that he calls off the strike. She didn't want him to know that she was married and that too to Vikram Singhania so she took off her mangalsutra.

Since Abhishek Saxena is particularly angry with Vikram and his father and thinks of the Singhania family as blood sucking leeches who are sucking the poor workers blood. Shyamlee is trying to act like an employee of the Singhania Company and thinks she can convinc him to abandon the strike.

Don't think he's that awesome though. You don't just walk into a board meeting. SO UNREAListiC!!
