infertile ? impotent?Why Pooja not aware

Hi all . My question is : Is Vikram Infertile or impotent ? Many of you may know the difference . Infertile means his sperm in unable to fertilise a woman . While Impotent is that he can't be in a sexual relationship .

Now what is surprising me is that every one calls him impotent . If he was married to Pooja for a while it seems . I think i heard 1 year . In one year both husband wife never ever got intimate even once ???????????????

If No , they did not , didn't Pooja know something was wrong then itself and did she not question those hajmola golis ?

that really cleared up a bunch of things, that's why vik and shamli haven't u know so i am figuring impotent because they have not if it was just infertile i don't think vik would have been so hype about it and screamed at shamli for nothing also remember vik said to shamli that if she can't overcome his weakness or sumthing that referred to them doing it

Then how does Pooja not wonder about it ? How does she know nothing about the golis ? How can you be living with a man like a husband and not be aware of this problem . Also how many women will want to be tied up knowingly forever with a man who can't be physically close ?

Is it possible for a young attractive woman to take up celibacy for ever knowingly for love ? If yes ...........then is Pooja that sort of a woman ??????????

Very nice point, Aparna. But, i feel Vikram just did not allow Pooja to get intimate to him. He never revealed about his weakness to her, but he tried his level best to stay away... This running away attitude in Vikram has made Pooja go more crazy and possessive and obbsessive about him....

We have to again remember that Shyamlee would have also been kept in the dark about Vikram's impotency, if Sunny had not come to the household. It was only when Shyamlee recognised him as her old lover, did things get more clear... The mystery unfolded to some extent.

Here, we need to say that Pooja is not that clever as Shyamlee is.... 😳

Good Question Aparna. I do not think the writers really paid attention to the difference. They just took it for granted that the people understood that Vikram was unable to become a father whether you call it infertile or impotent.

I do not think this is right sree. I think it was reverse. We did not have Sahara one in the US till almost the divorce so I could be wrong But from what I had read and remembered it was not Pooja chasing Vikram but the other way round. Vikram loved Pooja but she did not care for him . She was more after the money and hence when the divorce deal came up she was able to squeeze Singhania out of a good post in the company, properties and shares .I think she knew and as she worked for Singhania she must have agreed to marry Vikram along with his problem. Its only after the divorce that Pooja missed have her little lamb Vikram and then turned to this obsessive lover. Pooja did know but cared less as she was on a power and money obtaining mission. We know at this point Mr Singhania knew and on that basis is what the divorce I am sure was got .

Ya Shymalee would have been in a dark if sunny did not come back. It was so easy to see through the plan and Singhania and Vikram knew that hence they were trying their level best to have Sunny go back to London. But Sunny foiled the plans and surfaced up for Shymalee to know that there was something fishy. Her mission on exposing Sunny is why she even came close to this. She still would not have found this out if Vikram did not want to come clean. So its vikram's innocence and not Shymalee's cleverness or Pooja's stupidity that is the reason
