Disappointed

Hi guys,

This my first topic on this forum and I apologise in advance because I'm just gonna rant!
I'm just really angry with the way this show is going.. I still haven't seen today's episode, but have read the written update. I'm just shocked and annoyed in what is happening in the show...I can't see ishu and sahil part ways but unfortunately that's how the current track is going... It's so unrealistic and sahil is acting so out of character. I can understand ishu's character coz she is very immature and a selfish person who is capable to do anything as long as she gets her way, but they have always presented sahil as a selfless sort of person similar to mahi. So why the hell is he going ahead with the engagement and breaking (mahi) the poor girls heart by playing with her feelings.
All the character in this show are very artificial and overdone.. The concept of the show was good to begin with but everything they are showing is farfetched!!
I really like all the actors and think they are doing an awesome job.. I've become a big fan of ishil and just really sad how the cvs are so adamant on ruining this cute lovestory!
I don't think I can see neha turn negative.

For the past two weeks, the story has become totally masala filmi type..

we don't see any family bonding between the characters, neither the scenes nor the story is realistic..😕

hope the cvs take action soon before it is too late..

I too don't want to see Neha as a negative character, but it looks like Cvs are determined to break Ishil...

Sammy, I feel exactly the same.. I mean the cvs are in such a hurry to show the negative side of the story.. They have shown no bonding between the sisters like they did when they were children. mahi's gran is singing mahi's praises all the time, but again I have seen no bonding between the two characters. And ishu's mum is just like a spare part!! Lmao
She only appears for two minutes in each episode to add fuel to the fire with her one liners when something goes wrong. She is just a waste of space..
I know I might offend some people here, but ishu is very selfish and self centred and the only reason I can watch her is 'coz neha is playing the role. Neha is a fantastic actress, and I wish she had chosen a better role and channel. Don't get me wrong I think the concept of the show was really good but the way the cvs are going about it all is ridiculous.

Yeah I agree sammy... There is a lot of competition out there and the way the story of this show us moving I don't see it lasting very long.. If the cvs want this show to be a success they best stop all this nonsense and show some consistency.
You're right they have hardly shown any love or depth in ishil's relationship..
Similar thing happened in ccbm when they just rushed everything, and kept repeating themselves.. Why does this always happen to neha?!

Lovely post Aamina, I also felt pretty much the same when all these love story and marriage thing started, though the main concept of the show i.e. sibling rivalry is still there in the love triangle but it was much much better when they were kids. There are countless shows which revolve around that same love story.

And yes they should have shown us more about the bonding between the sisters and other characters, i had also complained about that here earlier but now I think the only reason why they rushed towards this love story is to sell what the market demands, because I read in some article a week ago that there was no plan for HJ to take any leap, it was only when the ratings were not improving that they decided to come up with the grown up characters.

If I tell you honestly I don't think HJ did anything bad when it comes to ratings, sure the ratings were not good but it wasn't bad either especially if you consider that the show had to directly compete with big boss 5. In fact no other show on any channel pulled any sort of considerable rating that time against BB 5. When HJ came it started with a very good and refreshing story, imagine should have allotted it much better time slot like 9 pm or 9:30 pm.

Aamina, I completely agree. have no idea where things are going. doesnt make sense to me. Hope they improve the ceonceptualization and writing and somehow save it. Was shocked to read t hat Sahil got engaged to Mahi!!!

aamina you are saying right i agree with u..want to see Ishil n dont want Ishu to be negative but seems so..dont know y only negativity y cant they show good things just drama's..hope cv do justice with this show if they dont want to close HJ soon

wooo if i get dis 1 correctly it means i wan ishu nd sahil nd if dey r not givin me dat then d show can die😲 don u think its a cheap shot on the cvs ???????? u want ishu nd sahil...ther r many others who want mahi nd sahi... cvs cannot make every1 happy...
