i love how their story started bachpan se hi...and for a change..kesar bada hai.. :D suited to that era ...
Yup this time I made him bada😆But in that era bachpan se hi shaadi fix hona was very common also..Their bachpan ka relationship is more like teasing buddies where he takes the privilege of getting an upper hand becos of her mother's bias about a son,so she hates him😆and is HAppy when he leaves😆But she grew up loving him unknowingly.It's a sappy ticklish feeling ,knowing to be destined with someone,all the teenage fancies start encompassing around the person whom you know is meant for you😆
my fav part was home coming of kesar...such a kesarified feeling...with all that pangs of separation...well written..the photo scene was so touching ...it must be so overwhelming moment for kesar..and waah sasurji caught it bechara...
Hahahahh as I already told a tickling and Teenage romatic feeling knowing that you have a wife😆and Sasurji caught him and he was sharam se paani paani😉

hahahhah TYPICAL girly Gossip😛😛😛But that part si actually a turning point in Kesar's life..See Gulaal was happy to marry a spices merchant..She hardly even cared about his values beliefs etc..All she knows that they are meant to be like him..But the MU gave him an idea that he is not worthy of her and thus wants to do something more like trying to create an IMPRESSION on her..So in those times getting into the army was a matter of pride ..so he thought biwi khush ho jayegi...but BIWI is totally khafa coz SHE CANNOT EVER THINK OF MARRYING A TRAITOR😆
loved gulaal's characterisation ..her true patriotic nature...so gutsy to even call of her marriage for her country...us waqt to itna communication possible bhi nahi tha ki clarification ho sake...ya misunderstanding door ho...even after getting rejected by gulaal for being a traitor he still joined..that was interesting..was he punishing himsef or her..???
Gulaal developed the streaks of a visionary holding her father's hand,though her father worked more at grass root level,her vision was a broader horizon.Ahh yes..See Gulaal is one exceptional lady,though she is a simple girl ,the one who dreams of a home and a marriage with the one for whom she was meant to be with ,yet her love for the country does surpass all..She would never have run from the marriage had he not been that traitor whom she hated.Maybe she would have developed a beautiful bond with him and convinced him later to fight for the country but yes in that era communication was impossible instantly and such goof ups happened.Also there was Charulata ka beating for her to stay quiet.She had been far away from Kesar all these years.All the memories she had was of a mad spoilt arrogant boy who made her life miserable.Though she grew up loving him unconsciously nurturing a secret expectation from him that he will understand her but then she never ever talked to him really about their bond;It was quite common in those days.People even never saw their future grooms and gals used to shy to even see their faces but later she just snaps off ..
For your question Yes Kesar was angry...Remember he said you nneed not had to run if you would have told me all this..and main yahan faltu main khoon jala raha tha...😆It was like Ahh Come on If I can join the army just to make you happy then why can't I fight for the country..See Kesar ko koi matlab nahi hai wo kyun lad raha hai..kiske liye lad raha hai..Gullu is his priority😆😆😆 and when she bhagoed from the marriage and did mention Basant's name so a pang of jealousy toh aya hi..So when she confirms ki nahi baaba I love you only😆Toh he is happy shappy😛This is the basic diff bw Gulaal and Kesar..FOR HER BELIEFS ARE ABOVE LOVE AND FOR KESAR HIS BELIEF IS HIS LOVE!!
