You said it more beautifully than I ever could! *applause*
I agree Pre-Leap was a canvas of colors, it was the setting stage for the grand journey that had yet to begin. Post leap was the true journey of their characters, the journey which is forever etched into the viewers memories as GulSar were moving towards their destination. I LOVED episode after the DV, it was the important phase of the entire story and the start of Gulaal's true journey.
So true ,It was actually DV promo on TV which had caught my attention and yes the journey of REAL Gulaal started from there itself...The journey in the true sense of the word from being Vasant's Gulaal to Kesar's Gulaal..
I Know! I feel so frustrated with indian audience! How can so many people disregard such good shows for the likes of mindnumbing stupid drama! Gulaal was a strong woman, she stubborn as hell but she stood for herself without coming off too proud or arrogant. Rather than watching such characters people watch weak, stupidly selfless and overly husband dependent heroines on tv.

Hai Indian TV ki toh baat hi mat karo...Can you imagine there are tarbooz growing competitions😕 and masochistic men do nothing but enter into senseless eye locks with a dumb naive lead...Yawns🥱-whimpering Female leads are called the queen of expressions and wood-faced males who do nothing but become Mumma's boys are called as great husbands..SIGH agar dekhna ho toh Gulaal dekho...They will understand the meaning of expressions and husband😳

Thank u pinky! You can call me Rin 🤗

Yes! It was adored and loved by many. Even Mansi and Neil knew it, they got so much emails and messages when the show was ending!
Gulaal is very unique and rare show. Its been so well thought out, the entire show has so many symbolism's that can be interpreted because the creators always knew what they wanted from the show. I really loved Kesar's development, his whole journey from a spoiled and mischevious young devar to hot-headed and rebellious young man to finally a mature, loving and responsible husband.

Its nice to meet u Piu 🤗

Exactly! It was also Gulaal from a girl to a woman, she took on the various shades of a girls life- as a daughter, a sister, a lover, a wife, like a mother to Talli, a daughter in law, a widow, a re-married woman and so many more. They potrayed her journey beautifully.

I agree nowadays they do not dwell deeper into the story at all. They dont put much depth in tthe love stories. So I have settled to liking a show with a good story and good actors, atleast that much I need and there are only one or two tv shows I watch currectly.
EXACTLY! Kesar was one of the best husbands, his faith and trust in his love, in his wife should make him a rolemodel for all these so called loving husbands on tv right now.

I know 😳 He was just perfect even with all his faults. This scene especially showed me just how much Kesar had grown since his first scene in post leap:

He supported her so well during this pace, he made sure nothing ever came close to hurting her. Kesar who as a kid was supported by Gulaal had become a man who held her together when she broke into pieces. 😔
This scene broke my heart so badly.
