First of all Anu let me gush about the wonderful song selection..While the brand Ashiqui itself holds a huge burden for the composers to live upto the expectations of matching upto the legendary musical...,Mithoon is exceptional and does not disappoint you ,even surpassing to some extent ,the original tracks..Ahh the slow and haunting melody of Tum hi ho...THe voice is soft yet yearning...The longing is so beautifully depicted and what better song than this one to elucidate the pathos,love and angst of the couple who redefined romance and chemistry...

Totally agree with you about the rest too...the original Aashiqui soundtrack is legendary but out of the new tracks, I do LOVE Mithoon's work and Arijit Singh's voice I'm a big fan of since Raabta, Barfi etc.

And this song toh is like MADE for GK...for Kesar's feelings *sigh*...I do so miss them😭

Thank you so much for making a VM on this song and what a beautiful creation.I am completely in love with this.I loved each and every scene in the VM.They have been used so wonderfully especially the lines "mera chain bhi...mera dard bhi meri aashiqui ab tum hi ho...".My absolute fav has got to be the bangle scene...Kesar's smile on seeing Gulaal wearing those bangles...I just loved the way you put it over there with those lyrics.Great job👏This is definitely going into my collection of fav GK VMs😊
