So, even if she allowed herself the slight realization, pulling her dupatta back on her head was her way of pulling herself together. I'll post her exact words here later...

Thanks Reemz but the interview is not about Gulaal. I just asked her what her favorite scenes were towards the end of our conversation, felt it would be such a shame not to ask Gulaal about her fav scenes in Gulaal...and she gave me these two. It will be a really nice feature on Manasi but no Gulaal stuff...for now!

Would love to read all of it! Manasi is such fabulous actress and so intelligent that it would be a pleasure to read her thoughts especially on this pareshani scene. I'm very curious to know her interpration on the scene because when it aired I truly did feel that Gulaal was completely pulled in by Kesar.

^I know I don't post here any more but I miss the show almost every day. I have respect for 'Gulaal' like no other but just found it hard to stay on here discussing after it ended :(

Tell us about it Reemz..😭Coz though the show ended last year yet we are still attached to the phenomenon called GK.This was a CLASS show and I cannot tell you how much we all lament its loss.This confession from Manasi herself left me so SPEECHLESS that I felt an instant urge to go back to Gulaal.With nothing left to watch on TV ,where REGRESSION rules the charts..I am proud to have watched the show..Even my parents too have only praises for the show

Wooohooo, I kind of felt that when Gulaal didn't react violently being pulled so close (I mean comparing it to the Gulaal-Dushyant scene, Gulaal never showed expressions like "How dare you? Or get ur hands off") and when her tears came out when Kesar said, "Kyun Teri Aur Meri Duniya Alag Hai? Aur Agar humari duniya alag hai, kyun har pal, tu mere dimaag mein ghumti rehti hai". Oh wow!!! *rushes to watch the scene once again*

I too watched the scene again straight away after reading this thread. Back then we all felt there was something more from Gulaal's side there and now to hear Manasi say those words really makes our perceptions stronger!
