Yeah just like Karan and Divyanka Raj nd Mihika were too good. Every single char in this show is irreplaceable. Ghum cvs could have remade another show instead of yhm. Yhm was tailor made for DivAnRu nd the other ensemble which Ghum could never riplicate.

Exactly!! This show is literally the worst adaptation of yhm..It really annoys me when these fans think that ghum is flopping hard because yhm was a bad show..Dude!! This is not how yhm was..You cannot blame yhm for the incompetence of ghum cvs. These people have jumbled up the tracks, chopped off lead couple scenes, added more toxicity..And even in the scenes that are copied,the execution has been subpar! That's the reason why ghum hasn't been able to reach yhm's level of popularity. And not to mention, yhm is already a popular show so most of the people know the story. They would rather prefer to watch the superior version (yhm) on hotstar rather than the crap that ghum cvs are serving.

Apart from all these factors- Ghum's sub-par, dull & horrific casting is also one of the biggest factors...Recurring casts(except a few) seems like non-actors & plain dull & bland, pathetic acting too. They together dish out a borefest.

YHM's supporting had so much charisma & such high standards & were equally perfect, phenomenal & magical like Divanru. They too complemented ISHRARU perfectly, YHM supporting actors were masters in their craft, it felt like those characters were tailor-made for those particular actors.

Just observe the zameen-aasmaan ka difference b/w YHM & Ghum cast. There's a stark contrast b/w standard of YHM cast & Ghum cast. In the former, supporting actors were experienced & in the latter-it seems they're non- actors . HIgh standards have been set YHm cast. Just compare Bala Jiju & Vandu akka in Yhm & jiju I& Harini n Ghum- Bala Jiju & Vandu had a certain grace & persona, then compare, here it's plain boring, then compare Param, Mihir-MIhika so on and so forth of YHM & Jigar, Aman, Mrunmayi resp. in Ghum- the difference is clear- the former were class apart.

YHM had quality actors, who were a treat to watch ,who ultimately piqued the interest of audience & helped in taking Yhm to the pinnacle.,..Sum up of all these factor intrigued audience.

Ghum PH thought that they would be able to encash & recreate the same with readymade plot & maximize profit with their bare minimum investment, by hiring non-actors. How delusional one can be, that such danger level of cost- cutting would bear fruits.. Such gamble of maximizing output by minimum input works only sometimes, by luck, just becz it worked in Ghum S1, they thought, it would be able to replicate that again, & do wonders this time as well.

Without proper investment, there ain't proper gains
Ghum PH were another level DELULU that they thought, with so much of cost-cutting on the cast, & by hiring any random non-actors, having lack-lustrous presence & subpar acting, they will be able to create the same magic & do wonders like YHM . It's necessary to have interesting supporting actors too, who have strong screen presence to grab more eyeballs & hold the interest of audience strongly. They might have saved money, but they couldn't build asset i.e- a stellar cast

Here there's zero bond between the leads and side chars. Raman had excellent bond with Shravan, Bala, Vandu nd Mihika. Here everything is so bland. The cute banters bwn Shravu nd Ru were too good. Reason is- Ghum PH have a track-record of revolving their show only around Leads & PLs, things only keep oscillating b/w these 3, giving only Leads & PLs the maximum screenspace & rest all the supporting cast becomes furniture, merely puppets, hardly any substantial role left for them, that's why you"ll observe, there are hardly any development of beautiful familial bonds in the sub-plot. Hardly or not much importance is given to other family bonds & relation. Other family bond take a backseat becz of makers' limited creativity

That's why, no matter you give them the script of a family show like YHM, still Ghum makers will manage to make it a "LEADS limited-show.". One reason for this could be- becz of their fetish for cost-cutting, they hire non-actors, who're amateurs & have neither screen presence nor range of skills, to pull power-packed performances & nuances of quality scenes. Hence, everything is lead-centric in Ghum. And that makes all the difference b/w Ghum & YHM

At first it was 45 min running time, now it is yhm *the 10 year old ancient show* that is the reason for low TRPs😂

But the actual fault lies with ganja makers who have skipped ishra scenes,comedy scenes and only chose to double the toxicity in molestation track..Plus even the actors aren't as good as yhm actors.

S2 was actually doing so well when they were following SAAKK. Why oh why couldn’t they have continued to copy that rather than adding their ghatiya ganja tadka?

They have excuses ready to defend their low trps despite the show being at prime time slot 🤣

They degrade yhm ishra but drools over same scene shown in ganja..what double standards ganja stans have..🤣

10 yrs back yhm didn't showed molestation track in such dark n negative manner like ganja is showing 10 yrs later with their own tadka but blame goes on yhm even if ganja added scenes weren't shown in yhm 😭🤣

Even if they didn’t skip scenes, it would’ve been still a failure. Last week it wasn’t even copied fully and ganja added their toxicity, but the show instead dropped in ranking. See Ghum S1 and S2 were also not fully copied and had lots of toxicity, but both were still a huge success. They can’t accept the fact that the couple don’t have it in them.

It was always a bad idea to bring a leap and new ml to a show which was number 2 show in trps for most of its duration with most popular couple among trp audience. Now the show isn’t even in the 5th position. Audience rarely ever accept a new ML and Jodi change. Even Ekta who has had 💯 times more success than ganja can ever dream to be had to bow down to audience pressure multiple times when she tired to change leads and couple. I know itv don’t have the same power as it used to during Ekta’s era, but still Ishvi were the most popular couple among trp audience of SP right after Maan.

Since they're showing Karwachauth now in Ghum, I was wondering how IshRa's Karwachauth would have been after Param's track🤔

YHM started in December after all major festivals are done in the earlier part of the year, it was just a perfect time that all first festivals post IshRa's marriage aligned in perfect time during perfect tracks.Holi was the first festival, then Kanjak pooja I remember during auction mishap. They were in no celebrating mood except Ishita was happy with Ruhi, else IshRa were anyway fighting.

Then after such a huge break, we got the first Madrasi Karwachauth aka Varalakshmi vratham during our favorite license track🥰. I just couldn't ask for more. She kept the fast for him, he was anyway against it, he says her how he used to secretly bring food for Shagun, and then she was surprised listening to him and says, "aap itne sweet ho? 😄", she tells him she'll cheat the fast to relieve him from the stress, but she strictly sticks to the fast, actually Punjabi fast which is more unbending than Madrasi fast, he wants to gift her a saree for the festival and brings them home, she likes one, which he too observes, but she choses another because it's too costly,but Raman gifts her that saree too in the night, but what's the most striking feature in the entire festival is what keeps happening in the background, where both Ishita and Raman keep doing literally the most soul stirring things for each other, which kind of enhances the feel of the Madrasi Karwachouth, that these two are more than to just keep a fast for each other

While Raman takes the bigger piece of the cake, sacrificing his presidentship for her, Ishita along with Romi and Sarika gathers evidence to revert his presidentship. The realisation that struck Ishita when Romi tells her that Raman gave up his presidentship for her, and the morning talk with Bala, where she in a flow keeps mentioning Raman, 'mera pati', multiple times, and Bala teasing her when did this transition happen from 'Ruhi ki papa' to 'mera pati', I don't remember the exact dailogues though, those two scenes balance in showing Ishita's love for Raman for the huge sacrifice he did. And when he breaks the fast, he was just too moved that she indeed kept the fast.And the perfect ending at the meeting, where everything is revealed, what Raman did for Ishita and what Ishita did for Raman, but their as usual bickering that they did it 'sirf Ruhi ke liye'and then things just don't speed up now with cliched eye locks, for what they have done for each other, instead they show a scene where they're kind of struggling to pose for a photo like husband and wife with his hand over her shoulder😁, something would not have fallen in place if they didn't show that scene. ☺ We would have missed all these things if Karwachouth happened soon after Param track.

IshRa's all first festivals post marriage were really unique with the interesting Madrasi rasams, Diwali where he was given oil bath by Ishita, then that pooja during amma accident track, where she was made to sit in his lap, 1st pongal,first Navratri too, where she faints due to fasting, and Raman's turmoil when she was admitted into the hospital, 1st authentic Karwachouth, where he keeps fast for her as she shouldn't fast, and the way he made sure she ate enough by making Ruhi his khabri, what wonderful days
