For me personally as a viewer, the story has to be crisp and smooth to hold me as a viewer. Both actors have an established fanbase, so that can attract them to this show, but after this, alot of hardwork and dedication is required to keep the show running.
Great actors +Great story = Great serial, is what I believe.

A well written story is key. It should have good and interesting characterisation of not just the leads but the supporting ones too for the drama to sustain its viewership.

Quality of acting becomes important afterwards to bring them alive

Also, am against giving out the spoilers beforehand. It affects the experience of watching. Already drama is about 22 minutes and if one gets to know beforehand...nothing much is left.

It's not just verbal but we see actual clips of the scenes too...this is a big no for me
