Ghulaam : A show that brings the gross content on television back

Okay so i am really frustrated at the moment and i need to vent it out. So like I watched yesterday's episode of Ghulaam and the thing that comes to my mind is 99% are watching this show for their favourites , and the content is absolutely gross. Like this is the time when television needs some good content shows and there are actually shows being made and shows like ghulaam come up and we are actually watching them Damn that's what fangirling makes you do.

The thakur says to rangeela tu ped ya janwaar se kam hai kya? Like what the hell. How can you even show that on television? A human being is a human being be it a slave.

The girl is marrying a guy whom she doesn't know. Then as we all know she will be married to another guy and some crappy things will be shown, dude it's the 21st century, and you show such things-_-

And I read that veer will force himself on shivani and she tries to shoot herself, that means marital rape on national television, godd like what even, doosra savdhaan india on life ok 🤢

I mean after watching sadda haq i am watching such a show, tbh i am very disappointed, the promos were so intriguing, i had so many expectations and now i get this.

But as i say #GhulaamForParam , gotta watch for him

Omg... rape??? Really??

uff... when will they understand we are on 21st Century...

Poor actors and poor us viewers!! Actors have to bear with it and act like if they are a rapers.. and we viewers have to bear such scenes..

Except for param and niti there is nothing in the show.. If the show had someone else i wouldnt even care to see the promos.. The started with an illogical scene in first episode itself..

The problem with shows like this esp shows on life ok is they start with one story and end with some other story which has no relation to the main story line..

We cannot even guarantee whether the show will end with with param and niti itself

Exactly my point except a good star cast this show has nothing, and it's not going to fetch them trps. Like mostly people watch online since this isn't a family show at all

Yess it's 21st century and even in this 21st century we witness such incidents everyday

wht do u mean by its 21st century n shouldn't be shown this kind of thing in national television? I'll rather say tht its 21st century n thts why they should show this kind of regressive thinking do exist in real world n how can it impact on someone's life n how should someone overcome this. wht is all this savdhan india rant?do u think whtever is shown in savdhan india doesn't happen in real world ? its a drama. of-course they will exaggerate everything. from all promos it never promises it will be youth oriented show like SH or KYY. moreover its just 5 episodes.its too early to form any kind of opinion. it will be a long way to go.

Rangeela's horoscope matches with shivani's.. He is not able to bear her crying.. And marriage is registered with Rangeela's photo.. Finally Rangeela will be her husband.. So I don't think any forced scenes (rape) will happen in this show..

regressive yes, but thats their USP I guess ... Agree there is not a real wide audience for it.

But since the story needs to run a while they have to show things that make us cringe and impact Rangeela to delve into himself and the way things are in B'pur.

Till he awakens his conscience to act on the atrocities faced by Shivani and the women of B'pur, the scenes will be geared to hit at him.

It not that he doesn't know the difference between behaving well with them or throwing attitude. But till he stops putting himself down so excessively ( I see no other servant in the haveli behave as he does) he cannot truly be the wall between veer and shivani.

Yes the wife thing has to sink in and he has to think of her as such to truly back her up. She is going to firm up sooner than he will surely.

But that's a ton of episodes later.
