What happened to his ego, pride, jealousy, possessiveness shown in earlier episodes?

THEY ARE USING VEER AS A TOOL . Bas !! Simple!! That is what I have seen from the beginning.. To amke rangeela feel guilty, jealous, uneasy.. To make shivani-rangeela come near.. That mandir scene and all.. I am ready to fall for their trick if it is not destroying the characters or story.. But they r ruining veer.. They have alreayd ruined rangeela. I don't want another confusing character..

@arshi - physical abuse, slaps these things definitely require a separate post.. Actually u r right, a man feel " are ek chanta hi toh mara" but that one slap on face is something... Ummm. I cant even explain.. Abhorrent and disgusting thing!!!

@disha - I have figured it out in initial episodes.. But I was okay with veer telling rangeela to write his name on her wrist.. As I was more interested in rangeela Shivani confrontation , their emotions etc etc. Moreover it wasn't destroying the characters.. But ab toh hadd ho gai..
Characters like veer who have utter importance in the show are never used as tools.. Maldawali ya koi aur character hota toh bhi. Veer is no fool. He is one of the leads..
CVs should stop playing with his character.. Huh

He had taken pride in the fact that he had never raised hands on a female. His pride and conscience vs ingrained act of following Maalik's orders. Another battle begun among others inside Rangeela...

I am very interested in Shivani's stand on physical abuse! She has always protested on all things wrong and has never cowered despite danger to self. I would hate it if here she accepts is as the right of her husband! And I mean it. Since the writers have introduced this malady in society...they should deal it with in a big way through the main female lead!

PS: I do hope that the CV's address the problem of all too prevalent physical abuse of females in the strongest of manner and not just to show Rangeela's Ghulaami as part of the story only.

This is the second time in the drama after Rashmi was hit by Maneet.

Physical abuse in husbands is one of the most abhorrent aspects in a marriage and hence too important a subject matter to be used superficially or lightly by the writers...

Supriya...I meant it...with so many topics to address...one long post tires me like anything. I often do not even edit it...

That thapad should haunt him and Shivani also.. He should definitely curse himself for doing such shameful thing.. And I really really hope that Shivani doesn't accept it.. No!! I saw her eyes.. There was pain and indeed she felt like how-could-he but then again these CVs.. I don't think she will take any stand against this slap.. She will be disheartened! She will cry and sob.. But I don't think she will take any action.. I think she should maintain some distance from rangeela and tell him that she was wrong when she thought rangeela cares about everyone. He only cares about his blind ghulaami..

Don't make XL size post then 😆 make chotu chotu topics.. It will help u and others talk about a single issue..

What good changes u guys expect after this slap??? I can only imagine Shivani not talking to him and he feeling sorry about it.. It cant bring big chances.. There has to be a strong reason for the real battle to begin.. The slap thing will definitely haunt him but I want Shivani to avoid him like plague.. Huh.!! Enough is enough..
