Nervous Kakul comes till the door but sees no one…she looks down from the spiral stair case…but cant's see anyone…she climbs down and the moment she reaches the base a hand clasps her hand.
Kakul turns and sees her elder sister Trisha …she pulls her aside and scolds her…'terrace parr kyon gayee thee? kaun hai who ladka?…kab se jaanti hai…shurm nahi aati kisi unjaane ladke ke saath akele mein…' Kakul pleads to her sister…kisi se kehna nahi…but Trisha does not stop scolding …and threatens… mein bata doongi… Kakul firmly says…jaao bata do -------uske baad jo hoga uske liye tum responsible hogi…
Trisha gets surprised by sudden rebellious attitude of Kakul…she holds her arm and asks tumhe bilkul darr nahi hai…Kakul boldly jerks off Trisha's hand and walks off…Trisha wonders…'issay kya ho gaya hai…'
Song 2 – namak ishq ka.
There is a song item going on in the hall…from Omkara…'Namak ishq ka…' Kakul is constantly watching Samman…Trisha notices and gets worried…Samman's friend tease him…'pati ya nahi…' he says…'haan pati to lekin poori tareh nahi …mauke se pehle hi phisal gai…(laughing) phir bhi main jeet to gaya' all have gala time…
Samman's friend Prakash gives hundred rupee note to Samman…he kisses it and dangles it in the air…main jeet gaya…He goes and throws the note over dance girl…just then there is a call on Prakash's mobile…it is from Vanishka -----he disconnects it…he takes Samman to a corner and says ------apna mobile dekh le Vanshika ke 23 missed call hein aur ab usne mujhey phone kiya hai…tu uski call kyon nahi le raha? irada kya hai…Samman winks at him…thodi si masti karenge aur phir yahaan se nikal lenge ------ nothing serious.
Om Shankar, Jagmohan [the bride's father] and Sujeet are in a closed door meeting. Jagmohan is sitting close to Om Shankar and he is very apologetic. He says, 'humse badi ghalati ho gayee Bhaijee ----- gussey mein Damaadji ko bura bhala keh gaye ------ bhagwan ki saugandh, hamein maaloom nahi tha ke election mein jo ummeedwar hamare saamne khada hai, wo aapka khas aadmi hai.' Sujeet butts in and says that he is lying. It is impossible that he didn't know about it.'
Om Shankar, with the gesture of his hand, tells Sujeet to remain quiet. He says to Jagmohan, 'I believe you. Kyonki hamare aur aapke jo sambandh hain unke rehte aisa ho hi nahi sakta ke aap jaan boojh karr humse takkar lene ki ghalati karte. Daamadji ke karan aapko agar koi kasht hua ho to uske liye hum aapse kshama chahate hain.'
Jagmohan is terribly embarrassed and he touches Om shankar's feet and says to him, 'ab hamein aur sharminda mat keejiye.'
wedding scene…phere…
while pandit explains importance of sasural and the new house that the bride would be entering, Kakul visualizes herself as a bride and Samman as groom.
The movement of bride and groom takes place in such a manner that Kakul and Samman are able to see each other's face…she is careful that father does not notice her movements…Just then father's hands move…for a moment it looks as if they are approaching Kakul… but then he is shown tightening the knot of bride and groom's dupatta… the mantras resume. Kakul's eyes searches for Samman…he is seen nowhere…just then we see him throwing flowers on Kakul from behind…Trisha and Sujeet observe and get concerned ------- Sujeet says, 'yeh kya chal raha hai? kaun hai yeh ladka?' he wants to go and confront Samman. Trisha stops him ------- shaadi ka ghar hai ------ iss waqt koi hungama mat karo ------ aur wo ladka mehmaan hai ---- baraat ke saath aaya hai.
Sujeet says, 'apni behen sey kaho ke hosh mein rahe ----- kahin koi oonch neech na ho jaaye.
Trisha fires Kakul ------- yeh kya tamasha laga rakha hai tuney? Phere ke samay uss ladke ke aagey peeche kyon ghoom rahi thi? Tere jeejaji bahut naraaz ho rahe thay... pata nahi aur bhi kitne logon ne notice kiya hoga ----- Kakul says that she has begun to like him... shayad isi ko pyar kehte hain. Trisha is shocked.. do ghadi uss sey mili aur pyar ho gaya tujhe ------ Babuji ko pata chal gaya to ek second mein yeh pyar ka bhoot utaar denge wo.
In a room, the bridegroom Puneet is sitting with Samman, Prakash and his other friends. They are having fruits etc. and chatting. Puneet tells Samman about the bride, 'I fell in love with Reena during college days but she was always on the edge. She never went out with me alone. She was scared that someone would see her. And when I came to this place with my parents to propose marriage, then I realized why she used to be so scared ----- people over hear are very conservative and very strict with their daughters. Had they caught us together in Mumbai, may be they would have killed both of us. When I proposed marriage, I never mentioned that we were in love with each other during college days. I just said that I knew her.'
While listening to him, the other friends laugh and they are curious to know more about Reena, and Puneet continues talking about their love affair, but at some point Samman has switched off his mind. He sees flashes of his meeting with Kakul on the terrace. He quietly slips away from the room ---- only Prakash notices him.
Samman goes to the backyard of the haveli and cautiously walks in the semi darkness. He carefully looks at the windows hoping to see Kakul in one of the windows. He says to himself, 'kaash kisi khidki mein khadi hui nazar aa jaaye.' While walking and looking up, he trips on a stone, dashes against a tree but continues walking.
Cut to: a room where Kakul is lying on a large bed. She is awake. She sees flashes of the terrace scene with Samman and smiles. She rises from the bed, moves to the window and opens it. Her hair flies in the strong breeze as she stands there. Just then Samman turns and notices her. He stares at her beautiful face for a while and then tries to draw her attention. He whistles, makes sound like birds and finally throws a stone below the window. Kakul looks at him. With the gestures of his hands he tells her to come down and she waves at him saying that he should come up.
Sanman comes up. She rushes to his arms. He holds her and she says, 'even I was thinking about you ----- I couldn't sleep.' He tries to kiss her saying that wo tamanna adhuri reh gayee thee. She resists. He still tries to kiss, she frees herself and turns away. Now we see that Sujeet is staring at Kakul and Sanman from the next balcony.
Kakul comes to bride's room…the bride says she will miss her…Kakul teases her jhoot mat bolo…koi ladki apne honeymoon par saheli ko miss nahi karti…' both hug each other…bride becomes sentimental… 'Kaash tumhaari Shaadi bhi Mumbai mein hi ho jaaye…' Kakul smiles and mischieviously says…'shaayad tumhari baat sach ho jaaye…'
As Kakul comes out of the bride's room, she finds Samman standing in front of her. He says that he would miss her a lot ----- dil chahata hai ke do char dinon ke liye yahin ruk jaaoon ----- ho sakta hai ke main aadhey raastey sey tumhare paas laut aaoon. He holds her hands for a moment and then hurriedly moves away when the bride and others emerge from the room.
Baraaties are ready to leave…they are boarding a bus…and their luggage is being loaded. Samman also begins to get in ------- but just then he looks around and sees Kakul standing behind the pillar ----- sadly looking at him…she has tears in her eyes ------ Bidaai ceremony, end of wedding visuals.
Samman and Prakash with baaraatees in the moving bus-------- they are singing and clapping ------- Samman talks about Kakul and says to Prakash, 'agar ek do din aur ruk jaata to wo ladki poori tarah qaaboo mein aa jaati ------- mar miti thi mujh parr ------ jo bhi chahata ------ karr sakta tha main.
Prakash says, 'yeh Mumbai nahi Bihar hai ------- ladki ke ghar walon ko pata chal jaata to gaya tha kaam sey tu.
Samman laughs, 'main darne walon mein sey nahi ----- kabhi na kabhi laut karr yahan aaoonga zaroor.
The scene begins midway…(Sujeet has already told his father in law about Samman)….with Om Shankar's dialogue…'yeh kya keh rahe ho kunwarji? kaun tha wo ladka?… Sujeet says he came from Mumbai and has left with baraat…
Om Shankar says…uski himmat kaisay hui hamari beti ko chooney ki? Hamarey ghar ki bahu beti sey koi iss tarah khilwad karey aur hum chupchaap baithay tamasha dekhtey rahen?…Sujeet understands his hint and says ------ hum aapka ishara samajh gaye …Kakul overhears the conversation and gets alarmed…
Sujeet comes out with two men around him and starts the jeep, as Kakul runs on the stairs desperately to reach Sujeet.
Kakul breathlessly runs and stands in front of the jeep…She pleads with Sujeet not to cause any harm to Samman…Sujeet tells her to get out of his way…but Kakul cries and says…Jeejaji aapko hamari kasam------- agar usey kuch ho gaya to hum apni jaan de denge ---- ----- Sujeet reacts and looks at her for a moment ------ then forcibly reverses the jeep and moves…Kakul is left behind…she watches the jeep go …leaving a cloud of dust around…

EPISODE-3
Sujeet is driving his jeep and we see gunmen climbing on the moving jeep on the way…
Kakul desperately runs to Trisha and pleads with her to stop Sujeet somehow ------- she fears that he has gone to harm Samman ----- what did Sujeet mean when he said to Babuji ke hum aapka ishara samajh gaye? Trisha says, 'Babuji ne kaha aur tere Jeeju ne samjha ------ main kya bataaoon ke unka kya matlab tha.
The jeep comes to a halt in front of baratis bus…gunmen stand guard outside… Sujeet comes in and stands in front of Samman …Sujeet tells him to come with him…saying you are our special guest…how can you go like this…you come with me ----- hum ne aapki booking by air karwa di hai… pehle do din hamare mehmaan to baniye … Samman is confused and alarmed ----- he doesn't want to get down but Sujeet is very persuasive ---- a gunman stands at the door of the bus ----- Samman helplessly looks at Prakash ------ Sujeet holds his arm and he gets down. The bus resumes journey carrying all other baraaties…
Sujeet, Samman and the gunmen are in the moving jeep. The jeep halts in front of the farmhouse.
Samman stands in front of Sujeet…who is talking to him while a guard flashes a gun …when his mobile rings…flashing Prakash calling……Sujeet takes the phone from him…isko hum rakh letein hein…aapko naya dilva denge…Samman gets scared… on phone Sujeet tells Prakash that Samman is not available and cuts the phone. Then Sujeet asks Samman if he was simply flirting with his sister in law or is he serious….pyaar karte ho …Samman gets so scared…he immediately says yes ----…mein usse pyar karta hoon…Sujeet asks him …to agla step kya hona chaahiye… shadi, yahi na? mujhey maloom hai wo bhi tumse pyaar karti hai…jaan bhi de sakti hai tumhaare liye…Samman keeps on nodding…Sujeet warns him not to let anyone know that he has been brought here forcibly…It is established that Sujeet loves Kakul like his younger sister and at no cost he wants to see her in pain ------hamare ghar ki ladki ke saath pyar ka khilwaad karr ke aap yahan sey jaa nahi sakte. He warns him not to reveal to anyone that he has been forcibly brought to the farmhouse ------- but don't be scared of the armed guards ------- unhen aap ki sewa ke liye rakha gaya hai.
Sujeet arrives in his jeep and Kakul who has been waiting for him, frantically runs to him ------ she wants to know what he has done to Samman? Sujeet says, 'what did you think? You thought I would kill him?' he wants to move away but Kakul uskey saamney khadi ho jaati hai ------- I won't let you go unless you answer my question. Om Shankar's voice is heard as he calls Kakul and tells her to go inside.
Scene begins midway Sujeet tells Om Shankar about Samman…achcha ladka hai…shehri hai…darr gaya tha…lakin ab maan gaya hai ------ uski jaan humne bakhsh di, kyonki wo byah karna chahata hai Kakul se ----- Om Shankar says, 'who byah karna chahata hai kya matlab? Kakul ki marzi jaane bina usney yeh faisla kaisay karr liya?' Trisha says Kakul ki bhi yahi marzi hai.' Om Shankar retorts, 'humse pooche bina Kakul ne yeh faisla kaisey karr liya?' Trisha says, 'aapse poochne mein sharm aati hogi usey.' Om Shankar is annoyed, 'uss ladke se prem ki baatein karte huey sharm nahi aayee usey?' Sujeet says that he has arranged for his stay in the farmhouse. Kakul overhears from behind the door and she is relieved. She quietly runs away from there ------the phone rings ----Sujeet answers the call and tells Om Shankar that the CM wants to talk to him. Sujeet comes out and Kakul says thanks to him.
Trisha tells Kakul that Babuji is annoyed with her ------ Kakul interrupts and says that she has heard everything but she doesn't have the courage to talk to Babuji. Trisha says that she would come with her when she talks to Babuji. Kakul wants to go and meet Samman ---and drags Trisha also with her.
Kakul and Trisha come to meet Samman in the farmhouse…Samman looks frustrated ----- he wants to tell them that he has been forcibly brought there ----- but then he remembers the warning of Sujeet and pretends to be normal ------ Trisha praises and talks to him, Kakul says, 'didi mujhe bhi bolne ka mauqa do na ----- Trisha leaves and Kakul innocently says to Samman…tum to sach much ruk gaye…hamein laga tha tum mazaak kar rahe ho. She says how her friend wished that she should also get married in Mumbai…'mujhey lagta hai uski dua poori ho rahi hai…
Trisha says to Sujeet, 'I had heard that shehri boys are big flirts…but this one seems to be a good boy…I find it so strange that they met and fell in love so soon. Sujeet says, 'Kakul to uske liye jaan dene ko taiyaar hai.'
Samman is trying to run away…he comes out of his room and looks at the jeep which is parked there…he gets into it and drives off. The guards are shocked. One of them raises a gun and tries to shoot the tiers. He misses the target. Samman gets more scared and speeds away. The other guard snatches the gun from the guard and shouts ---- ladke ko goli lag gayee to kunwarji teri jaan le lenge.
Samman meets and tells the police officer, 'mujhe kidnap kar liya gaya hai ------ farmhouse mein qaid karr ke rakha hai mujhe ----- zabardasti meri shaadi karwa rahe hain -----when I tried to run away the guards tried to shoot me ---- I need your help ------- I am from Mumbai, I came here to attend a marriage, now I want to return to my house.' The officer reacts when he learns that Samman is talking about Om Shankar and Sujeet. He says, 'okay, come with me, I'll help you.
The police officer plays along with him and takes it very coolly. Asks him several questions ------ kidnap kiya yaani kya kiya aapke saath? Aapko maara peeta? Samman says no. bhookha rakha? Samman says no ------ the officer says, 'yeh to bade hi shareef kidnapper hain ----- warna yahan to log maar maar kar haddiyon kka surma bana dete hain ------he extracts all the details from him, how he danced with the girl, how he went on the terrace with her and says that the story is very interesting ----- aapse milkar aur aapki kahani sunkar tabiyat hari ho gayee.
Samman is shocked when the police officer halts the jeep in front of the haveli and asks a gunman to call for Sujeet ------ Sujeet comes out and he is shocked to see Samman with the police ------- the police officer says, 'aapke honay wale damaad shayad rasta bhool gaye thay… hum unhen vaapas le aaye… Samman is distraught as he looks at Sujeet who looks very angry and upset…We show Kakul looking down at them from her first floor room with no idea of what is actually happening there -----she thinks that he has come to meet her.
Just then mantriji is leaving. Sujeet is accompanying him.
SOMEONE SAYS, MOVE THE JEEP – MANTRIJI AA RAHE HAIN. IN THE MEANWHILE POLICE OFFICER IS TALKING SOMETHING TO SUJEET ------ MUSIC OVERLAPS -SAMMAN IS WATCHING. SUJEET STRONGLY REACTS AND ANGRILY LOOKS AT SAMMAN.
Kakul sees that Samman is still standing there and she moves to come downstairs. As she reaches, she sees that Samman has already gone in the jeep with Sujeet. She is puzzled. Just then Trisha comes out and calls Kakul.
Kakul says to Trisha with surprise, 'sammaan came to meet me, then why did he go away without meeting me?'
Tirsha smiles and says, 'how do I know? Go and find out.
Kakul runs on the road towards the farmhouse.
Sujeet halts the jeep in front of the entrance and steps out. He looks angrily at Samman and says, 'chaliye -----'
They walk towards the farmhouse and move inside. One gunman says to another, 'laundey ney bada ghalat kaam kiya. Badka babu bahut gussey mein hain. Pata nahi kya karenge.
Just then gunfire is heard from inside.
Kakul is running towards the farmhouse and she is a little distance away. She overhears the gun sound and freeze on her face.

EPISODE – 4
Sujit and Samman are inside the farmhouse. Sujeet has a gun in his hand and he has fired in the air, he fires again and Samman is damn scared. Sujeet angrily tells him ------ why did you tell the police officer that you are forced to get married? Are we forcing you? Samman is scared and says no -----in his chillingly but menacing tone Sujit counsels Samman that here in this part of the world, a city boy like him should not take the risk of venturing out. Apart from the jungles and animals and other dangerous creatures around, the fact was that all important people here were in Babuji's pocket – the police chief, district Magistrate, Superintendent, even the mantriji. Sujit tells Samman that he should, as a matter of fact consider himself lucky that he remains in Babuji's heart. Just then Kakul enters and sees the gun in Sujeet's hand. She asks why did you fir the gun? Sujeet asks her, 'what are you doing here?' She again repeats her question and Sujeet says that he was teaching Samman how to use the gun. He tells her to wait for him in the jeep outside. Kakul reluctantly goes out.
Sujit enters a room with Samman and points to a palatial bed on the side of the room and says that whatever he wishes would be provided to him. He also makes Samman aware of the four armed guards for his sewa and protection, and it becomes clear to Samman that they are actually there to keep a watch over him and warns him not to commit the same blunder again. Sujeet makes Samman realize that he won't be able to escape.
Om Shankar is in his room, Trisha and Kakul come there. Kakul is hesitant and Trisha says that Kakul wants to say something to him. Om Shankar stares at Kakul and she becomes more nervous ------- unexpectedly Om Shankar laughs and says, 'I know what you want to say. Ho jaayegi tumhari shaadi uss sey ------- you have always got what you wanted.
Sujit tells Samman that he has made special arrangements for an evening of entertainment for him. Samman is not keen on going but Sujeet forces him.
Song 3 – Khallas !
Sujit, Samman and friends watch an item number and the poses struck by the girl as well as dialogues mouthed, remind Samman so much of his romantic interface with Kakul on the terrace. But this time this reminder makes him more frustrated as he gulps down the glass of drink placed before him. The item girl flirts a lot with Samman but he is not at all interested in that girl ----- or in anything for that matter ------ suddenly he sees Kakul in place of the item girl and sujit as her partner! he is frustrated by what's happening to him. He cant believe his eyes and keeps drinking.
Samman wakes up with a heavy head and is unnerved to see 2-3 men peering at him. Sujeet tells him to get ready ------ he would like to take him to see his family at Babuji's place. Samman is really surprised at what they could possibly mean for how could his family be here, but Sujeet doesn't explain more and simply asks him to accompany him.
Samman who is looking both intrigued and worried is led into the chamber of Om Shanker who is sitting majestically in front of a projector. Samman looks here and there as if searching for the family he thought would be here. Om Shanker makes him sit and then switches on the slide show. Nana comes on screen as if he is the host of this private viewer ship video. Samman gets more and more stunned as he sees his family members introduced in candid shots one by one. The presenter Nana talks of them with reference to their routine (following which they have been secretly caught on video) e.g. his father Amarnath coming out of his office, younger brother Sharad hanging around at home, sister Tulika coming out of the library and therefore described as serious, Mritika having a ball with her friends at a coffee joint, Devika gardening looking very serious. There's even a reference to the missing Rishabh as being in Pune running his private nursing home. Om Shanker tells Samman that he has a very nice family indeed and Sanmaan is speechless.
Prakash is with Amarnath and Uttara. He tells them that Samman was supposed to return with rest of baraatees but when they were in the bus, his friend Sujeet came and took him away. He said that he would send him later by air. Amaranth is puzzled. Who is this new friend of Samman in Patna who became so friendly with him within just two days? Prakash praises and says ke wahan ke log bahut khaatirdaari karte hain.
Devika enters and tells Prakash, 'we have been trying to contact him but his phone is switched off. Why?' Prakash says that may be there was no connectivity. It happened with him also. Devika flares up. How can Samman be so irresponsible? Couldn't he phone from some public phone? Hum log yahan itne pareshan ho rahe hain, aur usey zara bhi khayal nahi.'
Sujeet arrives in his jeep and halts near the gunmen. He inquires about Sammaan and asks if everything is okay ------- subb theek chall raha hai na?
As he is about to move away in his jeep, Samman notices him from the gallery and loudly calls him. He says, 'Sujeet bhai zara do minute rukiye.'
Sujeet looks at him with surprise and stops. Sammaan comes running and cheerfully greets him, 'good morning Sujeet bhai ----- kaisay hain aap?'
Sujeet carefully watches him, 'kya baat hai? Bahut khush nazar aa rahe hain. Phir sey bhaagney ka plan banaaya hai kya?'
Samman says, 'bhaagney ka nahi, aapki ijaazat lekar jaana chahata hoon ---- apne ghar. Kakul se byah to karma hi hai, kyon na proper way mein kiya jaaye? Main apne parents ko saath le karr yahan aaoonga aur wo log shaadi ka proposal rakhenge, Kakul ke Babuji ke saamne ----- phir kisi ko koi shikaayat nahi ----- warna mere papa kitne naaraaz ho rahe thay mujhse, jab mainay unhen bataaya ke main Kakul se shaadi karr raha hoon -----subb ki permission aur aashirwad sey hoga yeh byah. Main waada karta hoon, do din mein laut aaoonga.' He tries his best to convince him.
But Sujeet stares at him and smiles, 'ek waada main bhi karta hoon aapse ----- do din mein hum aapki shaadi karwa denge. Rahi baat aapke parivaar ko manaaney ki, to wo kaam aap shaadi ke baad bhi karr sakte hain. Iss waqt main ek bahut zaroori kaam sey jaa raha hoon, phir milenge.' He moves ahead and gives instruction to another gunman, 'daamadji ka poora khayal rakhna ----- chaubees ghante nigraani ----- ek secons ke liye bhi idhar udhar na honay paayen.' He speeds away as Sammaan watches him in frustration.
Sujeet enters the house with Nana behind him and accompanied by two men carrying baskets of fruits and Mithai. He respectfully asks for Amarnath Babu and says that these sweets are on account of the impending marriage of his sister-in-law Kakul, daughter of the well known Shri Om Shankar of Patna -------- Amarnath is puzzled ----- who is Om Shankar? He has never heard of him. Sujit tells him that Kakul is getting married to their son Samman. Amarnath and the family are stunned and respond with disbelief, asking where Samman is. Sujit assures that wherever he is, he's fine and will now come to Mumbai only after the marriage. When Amarnath still disbelieves Sujit dials a number.
A guard in the farmhouse picks up the phone and gives it to Samman. At the threat of gunpoint again, Sanmaan tells Amarnath that it is true that he's marrying and he's very happy at that ------ Amarnath is stunned.

EPISODE – 5
Sujit folds his hands as does Nana to take their leave of Amarnath and family. Sujit says, 'I am disappointed that you don't seem happy at the news of this wedding, but I really hope that you all would attend the wedding.' He asks them for how many people should he send tickets for the marriage. He is met with stony silence and glares for a moment and then suddenly Uttara says with hurt and anger, 'our son didn't bother to seek our permission, he didn't even bother to inform us ----- and you expect us to attend the wedding?' Sujit tries to avoid the argument and says, 'sometimes decisions are taken instantly ----- it happened with us and our damaadji as well. He liked our Kakul and we liked our damaad. We didn't even think it necessary to inquire about his family because we could gauge from his appearance and behavior that he belongs to a good family. And after meeting you, I can see that we were so right.'
Daadima smiles, 'appearances are always deceptive, even you seem to be a gentleman but God knows what you really are.' Sujeet laughs, 'to know what we really are, you will have to come to our place ------ and what better occasion than to attend your grandson's wedding.'
Daadima looks at Amarnath and says, 'I think he has a point.'
Amarnath tells Daadima to remain quiet and tells Sujeet, 'convey my message to Samman. Ask him to return home immediately and warn him on my behalf that if he gets married then he is not welcome in this house.'
Samman is sitting with his head in his hands after telling his father on phone that he is getting married. He looks around at his captive surroundings, feels claustrophobic and comes out only to find two gunmen ready to follow him. He asks them sarcastically, 'can I just take a walk?' the gunmen don't say anything but when he starts walking, they follow him.
Kakul is in her room preening with the dupatta that she had worn when Sanmaan came close to her on the terrace. She sees flashes of that night. She also sees flashes of the scenes with Babuji when he said that she would marry Samman. She smiles and looks at herself in the mirror. She says, 'Samman hum kaisay lug rahe hain?'
Sanmaan is walking in the fields and the gunmen are walking behind him ------ from a distance he sees Kakul running towards him. She comes there breathlessly and then drives the body guards away saying that they don't need the guards. The guards are reluctant to leave but Kakul insists and says, 'if you don't go away then I will complain to Babuji.'
The guards leave and she explains to Sanmaan, 'I know that you are irritated by this security but since my Babuji is a powerful man and big man, he has many enemies, and that's why it is necessary to have security for everyone.'
As they reach a secluded spot and the guards are really far away, Kakul teasingly begins to get romantic with Sanmaan saying now that they were going to be married they could be a bit naughty as he had earlier wanted to be, but could not. He is unresponsive. She then says that she senses that he must be preoccupied thinking about his family which must be packing to come here soon. Sanmaan seriously thinks of telling her the truth but can't bring himself to as she jabbers on and on about her dream of a home, filled with many people and bonds of varied relationships of a bride.
Amarnath and his wife Uttara wonder what happened to Sanmaan in a day that he forgot about us and his commitments. Did the girl do Jadu tona? Uttara laments "Is this the same boy who has kept Vanshika waiting since last two years because he wanted his elder brother Rishabh and elder sister Devika to marry before he did…Devika comments that ultimately Sammaan too turned out to be really selfish – he was not bothered what the consequences of his actions would be and how many people and relationships he would be hurting with his one impulsive action. Dadima keeps on interfering in the conversation and asking why everyone is so much against the marriage. She says, 'Samman is not committing a crime, he is just getting married and haven't you heard that marriages are made in heaven?' Amarnath gets annoyed and tells her to remain quiet. She gets angry, 'why do you tell me every time to shut up? When you were a young boy, you talked so much that I used to get irritated, but I never told you to shut up.' At this point Nana enters and offers them plane tickets for Patna. Amarnath angrily throws away the tickets and shouts at Nana, 'last time I said in clear words that none of us will attend the wedding, then why have brought the tickets?'
Nana says, 'sir it is your wish ----- but please consider our wish also. Marriage happens only once. If you don't attend then not only your son, but we shall also be very disappointed.' Nana leaves.
Om Shankar is with Sujit and Trisha. Sujeet says, 'Daamadji's parents were quite angry because their son didn't seek their permission before taking the marriage decision. But it is understandable. Every parent would have reacted in the same manner.'
Om Shankar is worried, 'if the family does not approve of this marriage, then is it advisable to marry Kakul in such a family? Will she be happy over there?'
Trisha says, 'babuji ------ the question is, will she be happy if she doesn't get married to Samman? She really loves him. And our Kakul is such girl that, once she enters that house, she would win the hearts of every family member.'
Om Shankar smiles, 'that's true. Once our Daamadji enters the house with Kakul, his family would realize that their anger and worries were all basless.'
The family is at the dinning table. Kaushalya in white saari enters with tiffin and places it in front of Amarnath. She says, 'Bhai sahib, aapki pasand ka bharta banaakar laayee hoon, aap do roz pehle yaad karr rahe thay na.'
Amarnath doesn't react much and just says thank you Bhabhi. Kaushalya notices that everyone is tense. She asks what's wrong. Dadima apne mann ki badaas nikaalti hai. Samman shaadi karr raha hai aur yahan subb aise halla macha rahe hain jaisay qayamt aa gayee hai ----- no one is going to attend the wedding. Amarnath says, 'the topic is closed ----- no more discussion and arguments.'
Dadima says, 'the topic is not closed ---- you have sent a message to your son that he is not welcome in this house if he marries that girl. How could you say that? Can we live without him? Are we going to throw him out along with his wife when he comes here?'
Mritika says she wants to go to attend the wedding. Sharad immediately says that he would also go. Dadima says that someone should at least check if Rishabh could take some time off from the hospital to go. Devika who is Vanshika's best friend, shouts at Sharad and Mritika, 'don't you have any feelings for Vanshika whom Samman was to marry? Don't you know how much it would hurt her?'
Mritika says, 'Samman is my brother, I don't want to hurt his feelings.' She asks Tulika if she wants to come and Tulika says that she's too busy to go at such short notice. Amarnath says, 'subb ko Samman ki hawa lag gaye hai kya? Koi meri permission lena zaroori nahi samajhta?' Dadima says, 'they have my blessings. Main bhi chali jaati agar yeh ghutnon ka dard nahi hota.' Amarnath leaves his plate untouched and begins to move away saying I am not hungry.
Sujeet and Trisha are in their room. Trisha is showing him her jewelry box and saying, 'yeh gehne mujhe Amma ne diye thay jab meri shaadi hui thi aapse -----hamare khaandani gehne hain yeh ------ main yeh saare gehne kakul ko de doongi.'
Sujeet says whatever you wish. Now she brings very expensive looking dresses and says, 'aur joda mainay abhi do maheenon pehle silwaaya tha, Kakul ke liye -----yehi soch karr ke kakul ke dahez mein doongi usey, dekhiye yeh bhi kitna kaam aayega.'
Sujeet looks at it and says that it's good. She says that she needs money to buy few readymade dresses for kakul as well as for herself too. Now there is no time to get stitched. Sujeet says, 'whatever you want, buy it.'
Trisha looks at him quizzingly. He is lost somewhere else ----- what is he thinking?' Sujeet sees flashes of the scene when Samman's father shouted at him and the family strongly resisted. And he says to Trisha, 'log kyon ek hi dharrey parr chalna chahate hain? Bachchon kishaadiya maa baap ki marzi sey hi hogi, agar unhon ney apni marzi sey shaadi karr li to hum unhen aashirwad nahi denge ----- kitni bekaar ki baatein hain yeh ------ aur wo Samman ki family, bewaqoof log itna bhi nahi sochte ke halla machaaney sey pehle yeh to pata karr let eke unka beta kiss family mein byah karr raha hai ------ Om Shankar kitne powerful aur ameer insaan hain ----- unn logon ki haaisiyat to Bausahab ke saamne kuch bhi nahi hai ----- tubb bhi itni akad?'
Trisha says, 'main jaanti hoon aapko kakul ki fikar ho rahi hai ----- lekin aap pareshan mat hoiye ----- kakul waisay bachchi lagti hai lekin hai mujhse bhi zyada samajhdaar. Aap dekhna poorey ghar ko kaisay sambhaalegi wo.'
Samman is in his room. There is stillness everywhere. Suddenly sound of paayal is heard. He reacts and looks up ---khanak of bangles is heard ----- and then Kakul's voice is heard, 'hum andar aa jaayen?' She enters with his food in silver thaali. She says, 'I came to know that you didn't have food in the afternoon, may be you didn't like it, so I cooked the food specially for you. Samman refuses but she insists on feeding him with her hands. She asks him about the food and he admits that it is tasty. She says that in Samman's house she would cook the food herself and hence she asks him, what are the favorite dishes of his family members. She asks if he liked the food. Samman can't resist her innocence ---- he smiles and says that he really liked it..
Uttara is very worried. How would they face the relatives and friends ----- soon everyone would come to know that Samman married against their wishes and forced the bahu upon them. Uttara continues grumbling and Amarnath gets annoyed. He says, 'these are petty matters. I am worried about the financial problem that I am going to face. If Samman marries any other girl except Vanshika, then I am doomed. I can see the writing on the wall.'
He restlessly paces up and down and then takes out the Patna phone number from his desk. He phones Samman.
We cut to the farmhouse where Samman has just finished his meals. And Kakul is with him. Samman reacts when he hears his father's voice. Amarnath roars that no one would attend his marriage ------Amarnath is furious and he fires Samman. He says if you have decided to marry that girl then don't ever come to the house. The doors are closed for you forever. We don't want to see your face. Before Samman could say anything, Amarnath disconnects.
Samman is stunned. Kakul wants to know what happened and Samman tells Kakul that he won't be able to marry her. Kakul is stunned.
Samman is very upset, Kakul asks him what happened, he says, "Main yeh shaadi nahin karr sakta". Kakul asks, "Why?" Samman says, "My family members are not going to attend it, they do not approve of this marriage. And they have also told me that the door is closed for me.'
Kakul says, "But what about you? If you are firm with you decision, I can convince your parents ----- I will do my best to win their hearts ----- I will never give them any reason for complaint.' She looks at his pale face and gets puzzled. She asks, 'why do you love so tense? Don't you want to marry me?' He keeps quite, she says, "don't you love me... didn't you stay back to marry me? Samman says in frustration, "I want to tell you something, I want to tell you something very frankly ------ as he is about to tell Kakul how he is being forced into the marriage and he sees Sujeet standing at the door and watching him.
