Pradeep is smiling big…
He knows how much Maan wanted to see this day….
Maan is also smiling for a change….
Maan: good morning Pradeep
Pradeep: sir, it’s really a good morning, thambi has come, good morning thambi(little brother)
Rithan: good morning Anna(big brother)
Maan: ok, let’s get going, if we are late then your mother will complain
Rithan: no hurry buddy, if I am a little late I have to water the plants which I like, whoever comes late has to water the plants

Last Sunday little Nila was playing with Rithan at Geet’s place and they were drawing pictures, Nila was very fond of drawing…
Geet asked Rithan to give the coloring book and crayons to Nila and she would get him another set…
But Geet forgot about it after the Dev encounter ..
Maan: that’s so nice of you
Rithan: maa always gives my things to Nila and gets me new ones, big ones
Rithan shows his hands wide open for he is always excited to get rid of the old one and get a new better one…
Nila’s father ditched her mother, she married someone else, poor Nila lives with her grandparents…
Geet has a soft corner for Nila…
Maan: ok ok, we will get you the biggest of them all
Rithan: thanks buddy
Maan: no thanks buddy, buddies only give high fives…
They stop at the stationery…
Maan gets the jumbo crayons for Rithan…
Rithan is so happy… going out shopping with your son is fun…
Maan is happier than the little one….
Maan: what else do you want?
Rithan: nothing else, maa has got me everything buddy
Maan: it’s ok, here get these
Maan gets loads of fancy goodies…
Magic slate, coloring books, stencils and story books…
Rithan; buddy, maa will not like it, she gets me whatever I want
Maan: this is from your buddy, maa will not say anything
Rithan: but I can’t take them to school buddy
Maan: I will keep them at home, you come and take it
Rithan: ok buddy
Meanwhile Pradeep had got a 5 star for Rithan
Pradeep: thambi, this is for you
Rithan turns back and looks at Maan…
Maan: take it, Anna is giving you with love

They drop Rithan at school…
Pradeep: sir, we shall drop thambi daily sir, evening what time sir?
Maan: oh no, that his mother will take care of
Pradeep: sir, when will you two come together to drop thambi sir?
Maan: Pradeep, now you are talking too much, mind the traffic and drive first

Geet: why have you come back Dev?
Dev: because I care about you Geet, I love you
Geet: that’s why you left me and went with your parents that day

At Singapore when Dev introduced Geet to his parents Rithan was with Geet only…
Back to the past…
Dev is helping Sheena to get her ready to carry the baby .
Sheena is trusting Dev totally and she sees him as the only hope to fulfill her dreams…
Geet: Sheena, what are you thinking? You haven’t had breakfast yet
Sheena: Geet, do you think I can have a child?
Geet: why not? Dev believes that there is no problem with that
Sheena: but, what if my problem is irreparable? What if I am not that fortunate?
Geet: why do you think like that? I am following everything and there is no problem with you bearing a child, and Dev is an expert in this field, he is the best in his work
Sheena: Dev is a good person, he wants to genuinely help me because I am your sister
Geet: he will do this for anyone
Sheena: but to have your egg as mine is against his work ethics, if we go legal then everyone would know that it’s not my child, he is doing it because he loves you so much

Dev: it’s done, we have done it, I have taken care of everything, it’s all ready, Sheena can have her child in her womb tomorrow itself, and this time she will have a healthy child
Sheena: is it ? I am already feeling like a mother, thank you very much Dev

Dev: Geet, another good news, I have talked to my parents about us, they are happy

After the unfortunate event Geet took the baby home after a week at the hospital…

Geet couldn’t accept the loss, she has sleepless nights thinking about Sheena..
Geet struggles to give full attention to Rithan..
Dev can’t see Geet suffer…
Dev moves in with Geet to help her in taking care of the baby…
Dev persuaded Geet to forget the past and be happy for the baby…
He makes her understand that they should celebrate the baby’s birth like Sheena would have and welcome him with happiness, he deserves it…
Geet realized her mistake, then they name the baby Rithan…
Geet starts to enjoy her motherhood though she didn’t give birth to Rithan…
Dev’s parents keep pressuring him to get married…
They come to Singapore unannounced…
They are shocked to see the baby..
Dev explains them everything that it’d Sheena’s baby and will be given to the father in six months…
So, they decide to have the wedding in six months..
Everything is decided…
Geet knew that it’s always going to be Sheena’s baby as she wished and for that Geet has to give him to Maan soon…
Sheena’s last wish to see Maan as a father will only be fulfilled then…
Though Geet got attached to Rithan, she could only see him as Sheena’s son, Sheena gave her life to bring him to this world, only Sheena deserves to be his mother….
Later Geet left Rithan at the Khurana Mansion with Naina and went with Dev for their engagement…
After the engagement Geet went back to Delhi only to see Rithan still being the unwanted guest…
Geet then took the decision to take back Rithan with her…
Dev came to Delhi in search of Geet and returned along with Rithan for their wedding…
Everyone started questioning about the baby…
Dev’s parents got embarrassed and asked Dev..
Dev told them the same thing again, that it’s Sheena’s child and the father is not in town .
Geet got angry hearing that…
Geet told them that the father ran away and the child is going to stay with her forever…
Dev’s parents told that they already suspected something fouk and Geet is hiding something big…
Everyone started saying rubbish about the child being unlucky and orphan…
They were even suggesting some good orphanage..
Dev remained silent as they were his relatives and he didn’t want to embarrass his parents further…
Geet got angry, cancelled the wedding and left from there immediately….
Dev couldn’t stop her fearing more insults for the family and his parents….
Geet then decided that Dev is a slave to his parents and their family honor….
Dev went back in search of Geet to apologize for what he did but Geet rejected his calls and went into hiding…
Dev tried reach her through Meenu… .
Geet candidly refused even to talk to Dev for she had no business with him whatsoever…
Dev went back to Singapore for he had important commitments and thought of giving some time to Geet…
Later he could never find Geet’s whereabouts…
In these years he missed Geet a lot, realized his mistakes and just wanted to see her in person to apologize for what he did…
Dev wanted to reconcile not knowing that Geet has become a single mother without marriage and will remain so forever for her son…
Geet doesn’t trust anyone when it comes to Rithan…
Even if Dev is ready to accept Rithan as his family along with Geet, how could Geet trust him for she couldn’t even trust the real father?…
Being deserted by parents and living as an orphan had made Geet insecure and she has lost trust in every man for that matter….

Whenever Pradeep starts talking about Maan and Geet getting together, he gets accused of talking too much. Poor guy has no idea about the dynamics between these two.
