The whole time in the story so far, one thing always stood out that did not make any sense. Why didn't Maan show any type of feeling towards Geet? Now we know. He was never attached to Geet in any way. If anything, he had reasons to believe negative things about her. He would have held her responsible for the mishap, but it was not her fault.
Both Maan and Geet have negative perceptions about the other. Both are good people if only they could see that. What is missing is a good honest conversation about everything. Rithan does not deserve to be a pawn. Both want whats good for Rithan but both are going about it the wrong way.

so Maan was a loving husband
well Sheena was adamant of having a child
of cos Maan did not want to risk her health
Maan would rather be childless than let anything happen to Sheena
alas she was adamant
as expected Geet helped her
finally she got pregnant
Maan's anger was reasonable
great that Geet got to know the truth about Maan's concern for Sheena's health
good that Maan went to Singapore
but it was too late
sad that Sheena's health deteriorated and she died
Maan was really furious
if Geet knows all this, why is she keeping Maan away from his son?

Painful Update
Geet finally understood Sheena's condition
still she only believed in Dev's words
and now at present Geet is doing worst by keeping the child
away from his father
Oh man
so it was all Sheena ....she was responsible....she did not give geet correct info about maan....she misrepresented him to her....no wonder geet is mad at maan
maan just wanted sheena thats all...for him babies did not make a marriage....and he was more worried about sheenas health ...thats the reason he was mad not anything else
who will tell geet all this now..
how will she ever understand maan...

Back to the present…..
Next morning…
Maan doesn’t go to the school to see his buddy…
Maan just looks at Rithan from his balcony as Geet takes him in her scooter….
Maan has to be happy to see his son from a distance….
Maan then gets ready and goes to the office….
Shruthi has called for a meeting for the new project launch…
Everyone is ready, they know that Shruthi is also very punctual like their MD Mr.Senthil Kumar…
Shruthi is unusually late today…
She just enters the building and looks at the time, she is already 5 mins late which is unacceptable….
Shruthi rushes to the lift which is about to leave…
Shruthi; hold on, hold on, somebody stop the lift
Someone inside the lift hears her and stops it for her…
The lift opens and Shruthi who has been running like she is at the Olympics couldn’t slow down at the right time…
She runs inside when the gentleman inside was not expecting her at superhuman speed …
Shruthi is about to crash onto that gentleman when he steps back in time… he holds her and stops her from colliding into him…
‘what’s the hurry Ms.Shrurhi? Vicky has not yet arrived ‘…
It’s MSK who teases her with a wink…
Shruthi gets angry, pulls away from him and stares him…
Shruthi: this office runs on time, it doesn’t wait for late comers
Maan: ohh ok, that’s the problem, I see that you are late today
Maan smirks seeing that she is feeling helpless and guilty like a student who is late to school…
Maan is amused by her act, she poses to be a strong efficient leader and yet has the sincerity of a school student…
Shruthi feels more upset that she is caught late by non other than MSK, her nemesis…
Maan: relax, you are the boss here and no one is going to question you, not even Vicky
Shruthi: I don’t care about others, I have some responsibilities at this office, my boss trusts me to be sincere, I ought to respect that even when he is not here
Maan couldn’t stop smiling…
Maan: as much as I know you have zero respect for your boss Vicky
Shruthi: you are mistaken, I work for Mr. Senthil Kumar
Maan: you are wrong, Mr. Senthil Kumar might be your boss, but you work for me, you are my secretary, and I don’t care if you are a few minutes late Ms.Secretary
Shruthi: it might not matter for you, but I don’t want to set a bad example for my workers, they look up to me and I should set an example for them, if I start thinking like you then this company wouldn’t be where it is now
Maan: I like it Ms.Secretary, even I like to be punctual
Shruthi looks at her watch and then looks at Maan….
Ohh you are sooo punctual…
Maan reads her mind….
Maan: I had no information about the timings, my Secretary didn’t do her work properly
Maan looks at her, excited to see her reactions….
Shruthi looks like a time bomb ticking to blow anytime….
Shruthi is so irritated….
Shruthi: the meeting schedule was emailed to everyone
She retaliates in her defence…
Maan: but I expected a reminder from my Secretary, do take care that this is the last time, I think you know your job better than me Ms. Secretary
The lift opens….
Maan leaves in MSK style as Shruthi keeps looking at him in shock….
She then runs after him so that she could reach the conference room before him…
Shruthi always looks at him as a competitor…. She hates to lose to MSK…
As she is about to take a turn towards the conference hall, Maan catches hold of her and stops her…
Shruthi turns back and looks at his hold…
Maan leaves his hold….
Maan: where are you going?
Shruthi: to the meeting
Shruthi almost yells….
Maan: but Ms. Secretary, I need a briefing about the particulars of the meeting, that was also your duty which you didn’t do, so, do come to my cabin and finish your incomplete work
Maan walks victoriously as Shruthi follows him with the thought that if only she could kill this man ….
Maan takes his seat and waits for Shruthi to start…
Shruthi is getting impatient for she is being kept from going to her already late meeting…
Shruthi pulls out a file and throws it on the table…

Shruthi tries to leave…
Maan again stands up and holds her back by catching hold of her hand…
Maan likes holding her hands!!!!!
Maan: what’s this? Is this the way you treat your boss, I want to remind you that MSK is not your secretary but you are mine
Shruthi: I hate you Vicky
Maan: pardon, it’s the opposite that you should be saying to poor Vicky Ms.Shruthi, he has been waiting to hear that desperately, even you know that, haina Ms. Shruthi?
Shruthi: how could you do this to me Vicky?
Shruthi shouts when Vicky just enters…
Vicky: what’s happening Maan?
Maan: Vicky, where were you? Shruthi has been waiting for you only, haina Shruthi?
So saying Maan leaves….
Shruthi is left alone with Vicky… Maan has done his job…
But Vicky doesn’t know his job that well, that’s the problem…
Next time Maan should stay back and show how it’s done, haina?

Shruthi: you are late for the meeting, come lets go
Shruthi escapes from there…
Vicky is clueless about what just happened….
At the meeting…
Shruthi is into her presentation…
Maan prompts Vicky to interfere and ask her some doubts…
But Vicky doesn’t know what to ask….
Maan: come on dude, do something, get her attention
Shruthi looks at Maan…
Shruthi: any problem?
Maan: yes, Vicky has a doubt
Shruthi: yes, Vicky, what do you want to know about the launch?
Vicky looks at Maan….
Vicky: no, in fact, Maan has a doubt
Maan: what?
They two exchange glances as Shruthi stares them continuously….
Shruthi: if you two gentlemen want to play games then you are welcome to leave, for your kind information this is not a playground, this is the office where others are trying to do their job peacefully
Shruthi warns them candidly…
Everyone is watching the drama….
Shruthi looks at them angrily: anyone who is not interested can join them too
All are surprised to see Shruthi agitated like this for the first time, it’s all MSK’s effect…
They all look back into their files immediately….
Shruthi turns to continue the presentation….
Maan stands up….
Vicky is shocked… what is he doing? Is he going to leave? Shruthi’s enraged behavior is new to Vicky too…
Shruthi keeps watching Maan itself waiting for him to leave…
Maan is not going to spare her that easily…. Haina?
Maan is having fun for a change, and he is loving it ..
Maan: Ms. Shruthi, you were saying that this project is for the elderly who want to retire with the comforts of a home away from home, haina?
Shruthi: that’s right, what’s your problem with that? You don’t think the people whose children are far away from home deserve a home where they will be taken care of by everyone like their own parents?
Maan: I didn’t say so, you named the project “Home away from Home”, but this plan looks like any other old age home for me
Shruthi: excuse me?
Maan: yes, an apartment with services delivered at doorstep is nothing but a sophisticated cellular Jail
Shruthi: I don’t understand
Shruthi gets irritated that Maan is finding fault for the sake of putting her down….
Maan: let me explain, at home people live together, that is they eat together, play together, spend time together
Shruthi: what’s your point?
Maan: if you serve them at their home itself, like food and other services then they stay alone at home itself
Shruthi: because they have retired form work and need rest
Maan: they have retired form work and not life
Vicky: well said buddy, I totally agree with you
Vicky has no idea about what Maan is saying but he wants to back Maan…
Maan lowers his head and whispers to Vicky…
Maan: what are you doing Vicky ? You should be supporting Shruthi
Vicky: ohh yes, Shruthi, you are right, what’s wrong with this Maan?
Maan: we need a community dining where they can enjoy a meal with their extended family, common TV screening area to cheer for India with friends, shopping mall where they can buy things themselves and a gym to keep them fit, only medical services should be given at home at their private place
Vicky claps….
Vicky: cool dude, that’s perfect
Shruthi: that’s a valid point that we should work on, so, everybody take note of it
Maan: Vicky came up with these suggestions, he deserves the applause
Maan asks everyone to clap…
Vicky looks at Maan puzzled…
Maan is looking at Shruthi who is looking at Vicky in disbelief, she knows it’s not Vicky’s ideas ..
Maan: come on Ms. Shruthi, learn to appreciate others
Shruthi: good job Vicky, do continue the presentation yourself, we are eager to hear more from you directly
Shruthi hands over the files to Vicky…
Vicky panics… Vicky looks at Maan to rescue him like always…
Maan takes charge….
Maan: Vicky wants me to do it for him
Maan finishes it in style as Shruthi looks in awe…..
