But I was not happy not because I came to know that I am pregnant but because I don't want my baby to open his eyes in this environment. I don't want my baby to see how his mother faces her worst fear everyday. I don't want my baby to raise in this violent environment which can later affect his own life. I don't want to even the shadow of that monster near my baby. Nd that day at that very moment something kicked in my heart. Something provoked me to fight, to let myself free from this cage, to get away from all these if not for me then for my baby atleast. For her good future I had to break all the inhibitions. A mother in me had gave courage to Geet to fight not only for herself but for her baby too nd I decided that I'll not tolerate all this anymore. I won't sit nd cry anymore I'll go away far from all this to a place where there is just me nd my baby nd where there will be no traces of my past. Nd with that determination I decided to escape from the clutches of this Devil who was never a good husband nd I know that he can never be a good father too." Geet said taking a deep breath wiping away the tears that made way down her eyes nd turned to look at Maan who was standing just behind her looking at her intently. His eyes still had same warmth which she saw during Dance, which she notices Everytym he looks at her. She immediately averts her gaze nd looked aside before he could drown in the pool of emotions in those eyes.
"Then what happened? How did you escape then?" Maan asked curiously which was more as a whisper after a while making Geet to look at him again
"How I escaped from him is a story in it itself. Something which gave me a big lesson in life." Geet said with a sly smile moving ahead while Maan stares at her curiously waiting for her to continue further.

It's been 15 days since Geet had came to know about her pregnancy nd since that day only she was trying her best to escape from the clutches of Devil named Kuldeep but nothing was coming in her mind. Kuldeep was out for some of his Business trip for 1 week nd Geet knows that this is the only chance she had with nd if she failed in it then she won't be having another chance with her. but how is she suppose to escape wen he keeps his eyes on her 24X7 through his guards nd if that was not enough he himself use to call her in every 30 mins. She thought that after knowing about her pregnancy he would be lenient with her but no she was wrong as his madness for her increased even more but Geet had finally reached her saturation point beyond which she won't be able to tolerate anymore. For once she can bear his torture but she can't risk her baby's life therefore anyhow she needs to get out of this atmosphere but the question is how? Already 6 days has passed in planning of how to escape nd now she just had one day left with her. She was lost in her thoughts wen she heard the loud shrill of her landline making her shudder. She knew whose call is it nd just by the mere thought she started sweating like anything but somehow she managed to take the call with her shaking hands.
"Hello" she almost whispered in her shaky voice sweating badly
"Geet" she heard his voice nd she gulped down her saliva
"How are you Jaan? Missing me." he asked with calm yet demanding voice making her shudder
"I…. I am…… I am fine." she somehow managed to speak wiping away the sweat.
"You didn't answer my second question Geet. Are you missing me?" he asked sternly nd Geet knows what answer he's expecting.
"Ya" she said slowly closing her eyes nd a lone tear escaped from her eye.
"I know Jaan. I am missing you too. Just 1 more day nd I'll be with you nd my baby. You'll wait for me na Jaan?" He asked nd Geet shivered with the thought of him coming back in just 1 day
"ya." She just managed to say this much as her mind was busy registering his words.
"Good. Now go nd rest for sometym. I'll call you again. Bye Love you." he said before cutting the call while Geet just stood over dere numb holding the receiver in her hands.
He'll be here in 1 day nd she's not able to escape yet. Once he'll be back her lyf will again be the same nd she won't be able to do anything. Her baby, Geet kept a protective hand on her belly thinking about her baby. What answer she'll give to her baby wen he'll ask her that mumma why did you failed to protect me? why didn't you tried your 100% to escape from this hell? Why did you give me this life? Will she be able to answer her baby then? Will she be able to meet questioning gaze of her baby then? Will she be able to call herself the mother of her baby then? No she won't let this situation come ever. She'll do everything to save herself nd her baby from this hell. No matter how much hurdles she has to face, she'll face them all but she wont let her baby suffer for no fault of his.
People say that when a mother does any determination then even God doesn't have any power to budge her from that determination. If she can bring a life to this world den she had enough strength to take anyone's life too to protect her baby nd currently Geet's condition is same too as she determined to save herself nd her baby from the Devil named Kuldeep nd for that she's ready to go to any extent nd shed away all her inhibitions nd weaknesses. He wiped away the tears immediately and made herself strong to take the next step.
She opens her cupboard nd after searching for a while she found some money at the corner of locker. It was unusual for Kuldeep to leave any kind of money at home but may be he didn't have any idea about this money; she thought as she immediately took out the money nd looked at it for a while. Amount was not much but it was enough to help her escaping from here. She kept the money safely with her nd looked outside the window to know the position of guards only to find them all attentive nd roaming around the boundaries. It won't be easy, she thought but her determination didn't let her weak so she decided to take the risk if it costs in saving herself from this hell. Thinking this she just turned to leave the room wen she stopped for a moment nd looked herself in the mirror only to find Geet Arora looking back at her. No she's not Geet Arora anymore nd she wont take anything given by him in her new lyf not even his surname therefore she literally almost broke away her Mangalsutra while removing it around her neck nd removed her Sindoor harshly from her forehead nd den finally she removed her bangles from her hands hurting herself in the process nd left the room nd his house which is nothing but a doom for her.
As she stepped outside the door towards the garden she found a guard already roaming around the garden looking at her room by every now nd den. She immediately covered her head nd face with her duppatta making her eyes only visible nd immediately hid behind the pillar waiting for him to go other side nd as the guard moved to the other side she immediately came outside nd ran towards the backyard before guard could notice her. as she reached the backyard she noticed the wall of the boundary was quiet big for her nd being three nd a half months pregnant it could be dangerous too but she has to take this risk anyhow therefore with the help of a tree nearby she somehow manage to climb up the wall before any guard could come there to check over dere. Finally after great difficulty Geet managed to climb up the wall but now the big question is how to jump to other side. She can't exert herself much in this condition of hers but she cant remain seated over here in the boundary wall also for long because she knows that very soon Kuldeep will again call her at landline nd wen she'll not pick up then he'll call the guards nd den they'll come to check on her nd before anything like this happen she had to go away from here. Geet closed her eyes nd prayed to her Babaji to keep her baby safe as what step she was going to take next can be more harmful for her baby. She doesn't care for her injuries, all she cares for the safety of her baby.
"Baby ur Mumma needs your help today. Please be with her nd help her. I am doing all this for your own good only. Please don't let your Mumma be weak. " Geet murmured as she kept her hand on her tummy nd After giving a shot prayer to her Babaji Geet jumped to other side keeping a protective hand on her belly as if saving her baby from any injury nd she hurted her knees in the process causing her immense pain but she cared less for it at that moment. All she wanted to know that is her baby safe or not nd once she was sure that her baby is breathing normally inside her womb she thanked her Babaji umpteenth tym nd ran away from there to the opposite direction of house.

It was difficult for Geet to run with her injured knee but she didn't stop herself nd keeps on running away limping. She was sure that by now Kuldeep must have called the guards wen he hadn't found her taking up the call nd they were all set to in search for her nd it wont take them tym to find her therefore she need to go to any safe place before they could spot her. Thinking this she keeps on running nd running while continuously looking behind to see that if they are following her. She don't know where she is now or where she's heading to. All she knows that she had to run far away from here before they could find her. She finally came to a deserted road while continuously running. She was totally exhausted by now nd had no strength in her run further. By every now nd den she was feeling dizziness nd can see darkness around her eyes. Her leg was paining badly nd she got few injuries too while running but still she didn't stopped nd keeps on running just in fear that if she stops for a second then she'll be again held captive in that cage nd dis tym her condition will be more worse as this tym she had dared to run away from that cage.
Therefore she ignored all the pain nd difficulty she was facing right now nd keeps on running while looking back. She missed to see a car coming towards her direction as she was looking back nd wen she noticed it was too late as car was just mere inches away from her. she closed her eyes tight seeing her death approaching towards her thinking that this is the end of her lyf nd now she'll open her eyes next wen she'll be in heaven but that place will be better then this hell as there she'll be with her baby peacefully therefore she just stood over dere paralyzed waiting for her death to embrace her nd her baby in his arms. But it seems that God felt mercy on her as the driver pressed the brakes instantly making car to stop with a jerk nd Geet just fell on the ground fainted due to exhaustion as car stopped just an inch away from her.
The driver of the car was a girl in her late teens nd she immediately came outside worried for the damage that she may had caused to someone's lyf along with another guy in his early twenties nd immediately rushed towards Geet who was lyieng unconsciously on the ground. As they neared her Girl's eyes widens on shock seeing Geet over dere. nd as the recognition dawns upon her she immediately sat on her knees near her nd keeps her head on her lap while the guy was looking at both of them confusingly.
"OMG! Geet, Geet open you eyes." She said while patting her cheeks as if waking her up.
"Meera you know who she is?" the guy asked as she saw Meera's panic state.
"Dev she's Geet my friend. You remember I told you about her." She revealed nd Dev went thoughtful for a while.
"The one who studied with you in school?" He said as realization dawn upon him realizing the reason of Meera's panic state.
"Yes she's same Geet, My best friend. But what is she doing over here. I came to know that she got married den how come she lands up over here." Meera said absent mindedly as she saw Geet's vulnerable condition.
"Meera it's not time to think all this. She needs a medical attention immediately. Nd what I could comprehend seeing her state is that she's running away from someone therefore we need to take her away from here fast. Nd ya lets take her to your home as we don't know that it's safe to take her to the hospital or not. May be they could follow us. Atleast your home is safe for her." Dev said as he looked at Meera who was continuously shedding tears looking at the state of her best friend while she just nodded her head amidst her tears helping Dev to take her inside the car nd laying her at the back seat.

It's been an hour since Meera had found Geet nd now she's in her home lyieng unconsciously while Doctor was checking her. Meera's tears didn't stop for a while as she looked at Geet's lifeless condition while Dev just puts a comforting hand on her shoulders comforting her. Finally Doctor was done with the check up after bandaging her wounds nd giving her injection.
"How is she Doctor? Everything is fine na." Meera asked as soon as the doctor removes the stethoscope.
"Don't worry everything is fine now. She had been stressed nd exhausted herself too much nd thatsy got fainted. I had given her injection nd she'll gain conscious after sometym. Waise she needs to take extra care of her in this condition. A slight mistake from her side can be dreadful. She cant stress nd exhaust herself this much in this condition." Doctor said nd both Meera nd Dev looked at her confused.
"What do you want to say Doctor? What happened to Geet?" Meera sled perplexed not understanding where she's exactly pointing out
"Arey don't you know that she's 3 nd a half months pregnant? Nd I don't understand how can she be so careless towards herself in this condition?" Doctor said disappointedly nd Meera's eyes widens in shock hearing this. She looked at Dev who was equally confused nd den back at doctor.
"Anyways I am writing some medicines please give that to her on tym to avoid any complications nd Meera can you please come outside I need to talk something important to you." Doctor said while handling her prescription nd Meera left outside with Doctor asking Dev to be with Geet until she returns.
Dev just gazed at the girl lyieng in front of him lifeless. She must be of Meera's age only but how much difference is in the state of hers nd Meera. Though he doesn't know that what exactly happened with her nd from whom she's running from but as far as he came to know about her from Meera he was sure that she's really in a great trouble due to which she's running like this. But Meera said that she's married den where's her husband nd why is he not near his wife at this condition of hers, he thought as he looked at her pale face. Just then he found her stirring nd blinking her eyes a bit in her sleep nd he realized that she's gaining consciousness. He got alarmed nd instantly went near her as she slowly opened her eyes after blinking them for a while.
"Hey are you fine?" Geet heard a male voice as soon as she opened her eyes nd a panic took over her as she felt that Kuldeep nd his men had found her. she was so much lost in her fear that she failed to notice her surrounding neither did she noticed the concern in the Dev's voice nd she just crawled back to the bed seeing Dev near her
"No Please Leave me. Please let me go." She said as she hugged herself tight while crawling nd Dev could clearly see the fear in her voice.
"Hey relax! you are safe here. No one is going to harm you." he tried to calm her down as he tried to hold her shoulder but she was nowhere to listen.
"Please let me go. I beg of you don't harm me nd my baby. Please let me go." She said while crying out loud as she saw Dev extending his hand towards her nd she crawled herself more back while Dev just stood over dere helpless. Just then Meera entered the room tensed with what Doctor had told her only to find Geet wide awake nd clutching herself tight terrified.
"Geet" she called out as she immediately rushed to her side nd sat near her.
"Geet, Geet you are fine Na. O god I got so scared." Meera said as she cupped her cheek nd relief wash through Geet as she saw her best friend in front of her eyes.
"Meera" she whimpered nd hugged her tight sobbing uncontrollably.
"Geet don't worry you are safe over here. Nothing's gonna happen to you" Geet heard Dev's voice yet again nd she hugged Meera more tight feeling scared. Meera looked at Geet's trembling form nd den at Dev who was standing over dere confused. She eyed Dev to go outside as she could understand the reason behind this behaviour of Geet nd Dev just nodded nd went outside leaving both of them alone.
"Geet, what happen to you? You were in so vulnerable condition wen we found you? Tell me Geet who's responsible for this condition of yours. Nd I came to know that you were married den where is your husband? Please tell me Geet" Meera asked as she pulled out Geet from the hug as soon as Dev went outside.
"Meera wo…. My husband……. Kuldeep" she tried to make some sensible sentence but failed due to her sobs. Meera instantly made her drink water nd rubs her back to calm her down as she found her hiccupping
"Geet relax first of all first. Take a deep breath nd tell me everything. I am here with you. Tell me Geet." she assured holding her hand tight in hers giving Geet her warmth nd Geet told her everything how after leaving school she entered college nd how in the mid of college her Marriage has been fixed to Kuldeep in the absence of Teji nd how each nd every day nd night she's facing her worst nightmare by living with him nd what all she had bear till now nd how she finally managed to escape to save herself nd her baby. Meera's eyes widens in shock nd she instantly felt disgusted towards Geet's family nd especially her husband who had crossed all the limits of inhumanity.
"Meera, please save me Meera. Please save me from him. He'll find me Meera; he'll find me nd then take me with him nd will again held me captive. He won't leave me Meera wen he'll find me. I don't care about myself but I don't want my baby to be even an inch near that monster. I don't want even the shadow of my monster near my baby. Please save me Meera. I beg of you, please save me." Geet said as she once again broke into sobs nd Meera instantly hugged her calming her down.
So the doctor was right in telling her that she had faced some kind of abuses in past months, Meera thought as she registered Doctor's words wen she called her outside to talk. Though the doctor was not sure until she does some tests but seeing her bruised neck nd hands she was suspecting Geet facing marital abuses nd what Geet told her now had confirmed all the things to Meera nd she instantly realized why Geet is scared in the presence of Dev near her.
"Geet relax. Nothing's gonna happen to you. You believe me Na. I promise that I won't let anything happen to you both. You don't have to fear for anything Geet. You are safe here. I am here with you nd I'll never let anything or anyone harm to both of you, trust me." Meera said as she pulled out Geet form hug cradling her face from one side. Geet was truly overwhelmed seeing the care nd seriousness in Meera's eyes for her nd she instantly hugged her tight once again feeing safe nd secure from god knows after how long.

"Meera" Maan muttered absent mindedly as a sense of recognition dawn of him wen Geet had mentioned her name. Can it be the same Meera whom he's thinking or anyone else, he thought as he looked at Geet waiting to continue further.
"Meera was my best friend since school. Her mother has died wen she was 5 years old. We were together till class 12th nd after that she had chosen Law as her career while I took admission in B. Arch as Teji Veerji wanted e to be an architect. We had almost lost touch after our 12th therefore she didn't came to know about my marriage nd wen she came to know I was already living in that hell nd my Family was shifted back to Hoshiarpur therefore she got no one from whom she could get my address. But that day it was like my Babaji was with me as I came in front of Meera's car only nd she nd her boyfriend had took me to Meera's home. Since Meera's dad was commissioner of Police in Delhi at that tym therefore her Boyfriend found Meera's place safe for me at that tym nd they took me over dere only." She said looking ahead blankly trying to collect the pieces of her past while Maan just stood over dere lost in some thoughts. Why every description about her friend Meera is so similar to the Meera he knows, he thought as he tries to put two nd two together.
"If that day Meera nd her boyfriend haven't found me den I don't even know that where would I have been now? May be in the same hell or somewhere else worse from that." Geet's voice broke his trance nd he looked at her only to find her looking lost in her past
"It took me 2 weeks to recover from weakness. Meera take care of me like a sister nd never left my side. She had made sure that I took my meals nd medicines on tym. Her boyfriend often visits us but seeing my fear for males he never comes close to me. I could see true love in both of their eyes for each other nd was happy to see my friend happy yet I cant bring myself to talk to him neither did he tried to talk to me. Though I know that I am all safe nd secure in Meera's home yet there was a fear which always lurks in my heart that what if Kuldeep had found me. I was sure that by now he knows that I had run away nd the way I ran nd left each nd everything given by him there he must be totally enraged nd must be searching me madly nd just by the mere thought that one day he'll find me nd take me back with him scared me till death but Meera assured me that he wont be able to do anything of that sort. She had already talked to her father who was not in town at that tym but he had assured that he'll help us in every manner nd Kuldeep will pay for his sins.
First thing that Meera did is make me undergo all the tests that proves that how animally Kuldeep had behaved with me nd tortured me physically, mentally nd sexually nd den we met Mrs. Chopra, who was a president of some NGO that helps women like me at Meera's home. Mrs. Chopra was a nice nd sweet lady in her late twenties nd Meera said that she knows her too well. She assured me that I'll get justice nd will able to free from his clutches permanently nd can live my life without any fear. At that tym all this seems to be impossible to me but seeing Meera's nd Mrs. Chopra's trust I just agreed to what they say." Geet said with a deep sigh wiping away the lone tear that escaped her eye.
"Did Kuldeep find you then? And your family? Did they come to know about all this?' Maan asked forgetting the mystery of Meera for a while.
"They came to know about me fleeing away from home the very next day I run away as the first person Kuldeep had informed is Brij Veerji who later informs everyone at Hoshiarpur. Both Brij Veerji nd Kuldeep were trying their best to search me nd they were succeeded also in knowing through some of there sources but the securities in Meera's home was so tight that none of them would be able to break through yet they didn't stopped trying. Brij Veerji seldom use to call me nd threaten me to take the complaint against Kuldeep back or else it'll tarnish Handa name nd honor. Why wouldn't he Afterall Kuldeep was an asset to him as he gets many big projects due to Kuldeep only therefore he decided to support Kuldeep rather than his own sister who needs him the most at that moment. He had even attempted also to harm me but couldn't succeed due to the police protection. Kuldeep was hiding away at that moment as Police force was in search of him due to my complaint but Brij Veerji didn't stopped threatening me reminding me that I don't have any right to raise my voice against my husband. But Meera made sure that Brij won't be even near 10 cm of vicinity around me. With the help of Meera nd Mrs. Chopra I had lodged complaint against Kuldeep without much difficulty nd they also helped me for collecting proofs against him. I was already at police protection nd had ample of Proofs against Kuldeep which can prove him culprit including the doctor who had came for my check up when I came to know about my pregnancy.
I know the path on which I decided to move on is not easy. I had to face many hurdles, had to face even humiliations also not only from the society but from my own family but I decided to bear them all if it costs for the good future of my baby. Probably my Baby was the biggest strength for me at that moment. I had full trust on my Babaji that he won't do any kind of injustice to me nd my faith on him proved right when Kuldeep finally got arrested but we can't do anything against Brij Veerji as he had already proved that he was not in India during that period of tym. Finally the day of hearing came nd that was the first tym I saw Kuldeep after I ran away from home. If looks could kill then I would have been dead then nd there only by the look he was giving me. His eyes were as always red with madness nd rage but I made myself strong if not for me then for my baby atleast. Mrs. Chopra had hired best lawyer for me even Brij Veerji was not less as he appointed one of the best lawyer for Kuldeep. Its ironic isn't it that my own brother who suppose to protect me nd should stand by me was standing against me nd supporting the person due to whom his sister has bear so much just because he don't want his business to suffer due to this. I don't have anyone besides me at that tym in the name of family except Meera, her boyfriend, Mrs. Chopra, Meera's father nd ofcourse my baby. My own family members were ashamed to be by my side because according to them I had committed biggest sin by going against my husband. At that moment I felt that even the life of orphans must be better then me atleast they knows that they don't have anyone in the name of family but in my case I had everyone yet no one." Geet completed with a lump in her throat as she felt her sob desperate to come out from her throat nd Maan closed his eyes feeling her pain nd agony that she must have faced at that period of tym. He wished he could have hold her in his arms at that very moment telling her that she's not alone anymore now, that he'll be there with her always but alas! He can't do any such thing at that tym instead of listening to her each nd every word with heavy heart
"Kuldeep's advocate had left no stones unturned to make the situation unfavorable for me. He had even pointed on my character also stating that I had many affairs before marriage due to which Kuldeep had to behave in such way with me. I wish that I would have died at that very second only before hearing anything against my character and you know what's the worst part is; My own brother had supported his lawyer same brother who was suppose to protect my dignity but instead of that he called me characterless as if I had expected anything good for me from him." Geet said without realizing when she started crying. This chapter of her lyf had always given her pain; at that tym also wen she was facing all that nd now also wen she was reminiscing everything all over again. Maan was not in the state to hear anymore. He felt pained, enraged, angry, helpless all at the same tym. How can a brother do something like this to his own sister, he thought as he clenched his fist tight feeling anger nd rage coursing through his veins. At that moment he had second thought about his decision to ask Geet about her past. Had he known that her past is so dreadful he had never let her open up this chapter of her lyf again.
"But it was a saying Na that who don't have anyone in his support then he had god to support him. it was true in my case as my Babaji didn't let me break down nd even after so much allegations against me by his lawyer I am still successful in proving myself innocent nd Kuldeep culprit nd I cant thank enough Meera nd Mrs. Chopra for that who had left no stone unturned to help me in proving him culprit. And finally I got justice nd Kuldeep was sent to jail on the charge of marital abuse nd I got divorce too on the same grounds. Kuldeep's Doctor had already proved that he's a patient of split personality so I didn't face much difficulty in getting divorce while Brij Veerji has been fined nd been sued for the case of giving false statement in the court.
I couldn't thank God enough at that tym as finally my struggle nd hard work of past 1 nd a half month had been fruitful nd I am able to get justice not only for me but for my baby too. I felt like a big burden has been removed from my shoulder nd you know what at that very moment Seher kicked me yes it was the first kick of hers. As if she too is expressing her happiness like this that finally her mumma is succeeded in what she had started." Geet completed nd a smile adorned her face amidst her tears reminding of Seher's first kick. Maan too smiled for the first tym during the whole conversation just by the mention of Seher's name. She's indeed an angel who can just bring happiness in everyone's life, he thought as he looked at Geet who was looking at space ahead.
"I still remember that look of Kuldeep's that he had given me wen Police were taking him inside the van nd it still shudders me to the core. His eyes were cold yet threatening as if telling me that he'll definitely payback what he got nd I have to pay for it a big tym. That the story is not ended yet nd it's just an intermission. To say that I was not scared at that moment would be an utter lie as I was shivering with fear by just that one look but I made myself strong from outside so as to not to show him that I am weak."
"You must have won this case Geet but story is not ended yet. These four walls of jail couldn't confine me for long. I'll definitely come back to take what is mine. Always remember Geet that you are mine nd apart from me you don't have any life."
"These were the words that he had said to me before going inside the van which took him to jail but that one look nd that four sentences of him were still ringing in my mind making me shiver in fear but a part of me had faith on my god as it knows that he cant harm me until my god is with me. Yet I can't deny the fear in my heart that lurked with that sentence nd look of his. but as of now I choose to ignore it as much mental pressure was not good for Seher's health nd I had faced enough of it in that 1 nd a half month. Meera came to me after a while nd took me her home feeling all excited nd happy on our victory. But at that moment we didn't know that the tale is not ended yet. There's still something which was a final blow to my lyf." Geet said nd Maan stood over dere looking at her curiously as what else must have left now. Already he had witnessed her dreadful past nd what else must be left to listen.

V"it was one week after the verdict of the case nd I was sitting with Meera in the balcony who was giving me good lecture to take care of myself nd my baby nd telling me how should I start considering about my studies again to make my own identity when I got the phone call from Hoshiarpur. It was from my Taiji who called me to inform that my mother had got a heart attack nd she wanted to see me immediately therefore I should come over there as soon as possible. Meera was not at all ready to let me go as she knows very well the mentality of my family members nd had witnessed it also during all this while but being a daughter I am unable to hold back myself from meeting my mother. They can be heartless enough for not being my side wen I needed me but how can I that too towards my own mother. I myself was going to become a mother then how can I not fulfill the wish of my own mother. Therefore I decided to visit Hoshiarpur just for my mother's sake much to Meera's protest. Finally Meera gave up in front of my stubbornness but she decided to accompany me to Hoshiarpur not before preparing each nd every little thing for my security without my knowledge as she knows that I wont take her with me." Geet said as her mind diverted to the tym wen she had visited her family for the last tym

The loud sound of slap echoed in the hall depicting the amount of hatredness nd anger in the members of the Handa family towards their own daughter. Geet didn't knew that Daarji still had this much strength in him that his one slap was enough to make her fall on floor. She immediately kept a protective hand on her slight bump that now began to show up to make sure that her baby is fine. Since Meera had followed Geet a little later after she left therefore she was not there with her at that moment as she needs to go to local Police station first to make some necessary arrangements. If she would have known that Geet's family will treat her like this then she wouldn't have left by her side even for a second but after hearing the serious condition of Geet's mother she thought that probably their heart melted a bit thatsy they called Geet but least she knows that all this were the fragment of their imaginations as it was nothing but a faade nd her mother on pretext of whose condition she has been called was standing over dere helplessly with her head dipped low.
"I told you, I told you not to go against your husband nd our honor didn't I? But you didn't listen to me so now face the consequence" Brij said as he harshly pulled Geet up by holding her hairs tightly making her wince in pain.
"I haven't done anything wrong Veerji. I just did what is good for me nd my baby nd I don't regret for it." Geet said confidently between the pain she was feeling only to earn another slap from Brij.
"Shut up you filthy girl. Now you got this much courage that you'll argue with me." Brij spat in anger clutching her hairs tight.
"This girl had not left us to meet anyone gaze. Everyone at the town is discussing about her nd how she left her husband only. Arey dint you know that after marriage we women have no lyf of ours nd so what of he had hit you a bit. These small-small things happens in every married life that doesn't mean that you left your husband" Taiji spat venom in her voice nd at that very moment Geet regretted her decision of visiting her family nd to add to it Brij clutched her hairs even more harshly.
"You shameless girl! You had not left us to go anywhere. People mock at us joking that the Handa's who were so proud of their dignity their own daughter had crossed all the limits of her dignity stepped out of her marriage by sending her husband to jail nd now soon going to be a single mother." Daarji said disgustingly nd Geet looked at her parents expecting them to be by her side but they just stood there quiet. Not that she had expected anything from her father but she had thought that may be her mother will be by her side but no she too was standing over dere like a coward.
"You don't worry Daarji. It's still not late. She had done enough damage but I won't let her do anymore. She will be punished for the crime she committed. Geet, today you'll see what is the result of going against the wish of your family nd husband." Brij Said while gritting his teeth nd soon Geet felt a hard slap on her face followed by many other slaps while she was just lyieng on the floor begging him to stop but Brij was nowhere to stop. His gaze falls on her baby bump nd he was about to hit it with his leg wen a loud voice halted him.
"BRIJ!!!!!!" Meera roared out loud in anger halting him in his action nd immediately went near Geet gently making her stand on her feet.
"I knew that you all are animals but I didn't know that you all can go to this extent that you don't even care that she's bearing a life inside her womb." Meera said giving a disgusting look to everyone standing over dere.
"Oye!!! Who are you to speak in our family matter?" Brij said enraged not liking anyone intruding in their family matter.
"Family? Had you ever consider her as a part of her family? Nd where was this so called family wen you were accusing your own sister of being characterless? Where was this family wen Geet needed them the most. Don't you dare to raise your voice nd give me that family crap Brij or else you yourself will regret for it." Meera said with her eyes spitting fire holding trembling Geet protectively in her embrace.
"And you all don't think that Geet is alone so you can do whatever you want. I am here with her nd for your kind information she's on police protection nd my one complaint nd you all will rot in jail. I had gone to police station for that purpose only. Nd Daarji nd Brij don't think that Ur influence is bigger than our Law. Nd Brij I don't have to remind you that already a case is going on you so better don't even try to touch Geet. It was my mistake that I let Geet come over here but now I'll take her back with the very first ray of the morning. I would have taken her now only but you didn't left her in that condition so I have to bear all yours filthy faces for one night but I am ready to bear that. But make one thing clear if anyone tries to come near her or harm her then he or she will be in jail the very next moment." Meera said passing a warning look to everyone nd took Geet to her room holding her protectively.

Whole Handa family was present at Daarji's room contemplating about the sudden turn of events. Brij was seething in anger as a mere girl who's just a friend of Geet had made him hand-tied unable to do anything. He cant take any risk as it'll just make his case worst but he cant sit over here quietly too seeing the mockery of their family honor. Daarji too was equally angry sitting on his rock chair thinking of something that can get them rid of this trouble.
"Damn! This girl is nothing but a curse to us." Brij said throwing away the vase in frustration.
"Calm Down Brij! Anger is not the solution of every problem. We have to handle this situation calmly nd I got the plan of it." Daarji said standing from his rock chair after a deep thinking while everyone look at him curiously
"I had decided. I can't let anyone to play with my family's Dignity even if that person is the party of my family only. Geet had to pay for it but not by violence. Brij! Geet will not see tomorrow's sun as this night will be her last night." Daarji said coldly nd everyone shudders especially Geet's mother who shrieked in horror
"What… What do…. what do you mean Daarji?" Rano fumbled with her words anticipating something dreadful for her daughter
"Rano none of us can go near Geet but you can go nd no one will stop you. Therefore you will be the one who'll poison Geet. You will take the poisoned food top Geet nd make sure that she eats it all. We cant hurt her physically but we can give her death like this nd then I'll handle the aftermath of this." Daarji clears his point nd Rano just shakes her head negatively.
"No Daarji I cant do this. I am Geet's mother. I had given her lyf den how can I give her death." She said as tears made their way down her eyes
"For that only we all are bearing all this. Had you not given her birth at that tym then today we won't have to see this phase. So now its tym for you to rectify this mistake nd this can be done like this only. It's my final decision Rano nd you have no choice in front of you." Daarji said with a tone of finality ignoring the pleas of Rano who was begging for her daughter's lyf. Nd finally having no choice in front of her she agreed what everyone wants.

That night Geet was sitting on her bed sobbing while hugging her knees when her mother came to her with food. Meera had gone to balcony to make some calls nd arrangements for Geet's protection. Geet immediately straightens herself wen she saw her mother nd sat upright. Rano just looked at her daughter with teary eyes. She had nourished her whole 9 months with her blood when she's in her womb nd now she's taking the lyf of same daughter. Nothing could be more dreadful then this for a mother to give death to her daughter from her own hands.
"Geet Puttar had some food." Rano said caressing her head lovingly.
"I don't feel like eating anything." Geet replied coldly as she still can't forget that her own mother had tricked her.
"Puttar I know that you are angry on me but why to take out that anger on the life inside you. She needs to be healthy nd for that you had to eat some food." Rano said forwarding the morsel waiting for her to open her mouth. Geet didn't want to eat anything but seeing the love in her mother's eyes nd for the sake of her baby she quietly ate the food with the hands of her mother.
Rano felt a lump on her throat as she knew that this was the last tym she's feeding her daughter that too her own death. God will definitely make her rot in hell for this sin of hers. Geet placed her head on her mother's lap after she was done with her food feeling overwhelmed. No matter what but she can't be angry on her mother nd right now she needed her most wen she herself in the stage of motherhood therefore she hugged her mother tight from her waist expressing her pain.
"Bas meri bacchi you had bear enough pain. Now everything will be fine because now you'll be free from every pain. Now you won't bear anything. Please try to forgive your mother" Rano said caressing her hairs lovingly nd soon Geet drifted into deep slumber

"You were been poisoned?" Maan asked in disbelief with lump in his throat as he looked at Geet in horror who was still facing her back to him with countless tears in her eyes as she narrated her dreadful past. If all that what he listened till now was not enough then this part was definitely enough to take his lyf. How can a mother poison her own daughter, he thought as he looked at Geet in utter disbelief who was crying silently.
"Yes I had been poisoned that too by my own mother. Funny, isn't it? We use to remember mother for giving us life but I'll always remember my mother for giving me death." Geet said as she chuckled mockingly at her own condition.
"But then……. how……." Maan fumbled with his words not sure how to ask anything further.
"How did I am still alive right? Well my family hasn't left any stones unturned to leave me alive but to their luck Meera had listened to their conversation wen they were planning for my death nd she immediately wanted to take me away from their but she knew that Brij Veerji's men will catch us soon nd the condition in which I was we wont be able to run for far therefore she decided to play along with them. she had gone to kitchen on the pretext of drinking water when my mother was serving my food nd den she somehow managed to divert her attention for a while nd changed the bottle of poison with a look alike bottle that contained some syrup nd acted as if nothing happened nd came back to room making sure that no one sees the original bottle in her hand. Once she came inside the room she had gone to balcony to make some calls. At that tym I didn't knew that she's going to call Teji Veerji nd was able to contact him finally.

"Hello Veerji! It's me Meera." Meera said in a hushed voice making sure that no one hears her.
"What happen Meera? Is everything fine? Is Gudiya fine?" Teji bombarded her with questions as a sudden worry gripped his heart seeing Meera calling him so late.
"Veerji for that only I had called you. Veerji I need your immediate help. Till now you had helped me in everything right from Geet's case to the proofs that we got against Kuldeep now I need your help once again. Wo actually… (Nd she narrated all that happened nd wat she heard nd Teji clenched his fist in anger. Never in his life he felt so helpless like he was feeling now. due to Daarji's arrangements he can't come from Canada but he was there with her since the tym Meera was able to contact him) Veerji for now I had avoided the situation but we need to do something fast before they could try any other thing." Meera said making him understand the gravity of situation while looking around making sure that no one is hearing.
"Don't worry Meera. I won't let anything happen to my Gudiya. You just do what I say rest I'll handle." And then Teji gave her some instructions nd Meera just nodded knowing very well what she had to do now.

Later when she went inside the room Rano had already gone after feeding Geet nd Geet was in deep slumber. Meera knows that by now everyone must have been sure that Geet had consumed poisonous food nd must be relaxed but she had to act fast before they would have known anything therefore she immediately went near Geet nd waked her up.
"What happen Meera? Why you look so tensed?" Geet asked as she opened her dizzy eyes only to find tense Meera standing.
"Geet, I can't tell you anything right now except that we have to run from here fast. Your life is in danger. Come fast with me. I'll tell you rest later." Meera said as she helped Geet to get up nd immediately packed her stuffs nd medicines before heading towards the back door of the house as instructed by Teji.
She continuously looked around making sure that no one could see them. By now Geet was sure that something really big had happened due to which Meera is taking her overnight in this condition of hers or else she can't take risk with her in any case. Once they reached the back door Meera looked behind once again to make sure that no one is there nd she took a sigh of relief before stepping out of the door nd finally they were out of Handa Haveli. But her happiness was short lived as they had just moved few steps towards outside only wen they both saw Geet's father standing at a distance away from them looking at them blankly. Both Meera nd Geet gasped in horror that this is the end of their lives nd now there's no way to escape. Meera don't care about herself but she cared about Geet. How will she save her wen she knows very well the mentality of Handa men but what Mohinder did next has shocked them to the core
"Meera, take Geet far away from all this. Somewhere where these hollow cultures of this society can't even touch her. Nd ya take Jungle rout for going out the vicinity of Hoshiarpur as Brij's men were all around the city so cover you faces nd go from the Jungle side. They won't expect you both to go from there. Now go fast before anyone would come to know that Geet is alive." Mohinder said blankly without any expressions nd for the first tym Geet felt a tinge of affection in his voice.
He may not have admired her wen she had topped in her class, he may had not pampered her like her siblings, he may had always scolded her for this thing or that, he may had not blessed her by keeping his hand on her head ever but what he did today was not less then a blessing for Geet. He had given her nd her baby a new life nd she'll always be grateful to him for this. how ironic is it that her mother who had gave her birth had given her death nd her father in whose eyes she had always found hatredness for her had given her new life. Probably he too had a soft corner for her somewhere is her heart Afterall she's his child too. Geet silently walked passed by him but not before looking at him gratefully to which Mohinder closed his eyes nd sighed heavily. Finally he did something which could may lessen his sins if not anything then atleast his daughter will be happy, he thought as he turned nd looked at Geet's retreating figure who was looking back at him by every now nd then nd den finally disappears from his eyes.

It's been 5 hours since they came back from Hoshiarpur nd they were somehow successful in coming back due to Teji's arrangements but Meera knows that they can't sigh in relief as trouble is not ended yet. by now everyone must be aware that she nd Geet had run away from home nd Geet is alive nd Brij will search them madly therefore without wasting any minute Meera immediately packed Geet's belongings nd other essential items nd they were all set to go to airport from where she decided to send Geet away to London forever. So here they are standing at the Airport waiting for the announcement. Everything was arranged by now nd it was decided that Geet will be travelling with a false name so if Brij would come to check then he won't find any clue. Dev had gone to check some last minute arrangements knowing very well the gravity of situation.
"Thank you Meera. Thank you for everything." Geet said with her teary eyes as she looked at Meera gratefully.
"Are you mad? You are thanking me? You are my best friend Geet nd I had all done it for my friendship so there's nothing to thank for. And if you really want to thank me then promise that you'll take good care of yourself nd my little angel inside you. That's what I wanted." Meera said wiping away the tears from Geet's face but her own eyes were teary due to parting away from her best friend.
"Geet listen to me carefully. From today you are going to live a new life. A life where there will be no traces of your past. A life which you'll live for yourself nd your baby. Geet forget that you had any life over here, forget that you know anyone over here, forget that you know me or your family or anyone. Don't ever come here Geet, don't ever try to contact anyone over here not even me because I don't want you to be in any kind of trouble. I'll handle everything over here but you'll never ever try to know what's going on over here. You will meet a girl name Sasha in the London airport nd she'll help you in adjusting over dere. Promise me Geet that you'll never let your past affect you. Promise me that you'll live a new life for yourself, for your baby. Promise me that you'll never try to contact any person from your past. Promise me." Meera said nd Geet hugged her tight sobbing badly seeing the love nd care of her friend.
"I promise Meera. I'll do what you say. I'll miss you Meera. I'll miss you a lot." Geet said after pulling out from hug nd Meera wiped away her tears.
"I'll miss you too Geet. Acha wen my niece or nephew will come into this world na then give him or her lots of Love from my side nd tell him or her that Meera Maasi loves her a lot. You'll do this na Geet." she said smiling amidst her tears nd Geet just nodded feeling too chocked to say anything.
"Meera arrangements are all done. Geet need to go a few mins before everyone goes due to some security reason." Dev said as he came towards them breaking their emotional moment to which Meera just nodded nd gave a last minute instructions to Geet about everything before she turns to leave.
"Best of Journey Geet. Take care of yourself." Dev said with a warm smile to which Geet just nodded faintly as she was still not comfortable around any men's proximity though she knows that Dev is a nice person yet the fear from males is been digged deep in her heart.
Meera gave her a tight hug before she turned to leave knowing very well that this is the last tym she's seeing him as after this she'll not able to see or meet her again. But all this I for her own good atleast now she is sure that wherever Geet will be she'll be safe nd away from every evil things. Till now she had faced lots of hardships in this tender age atleast now she'll live a lyf for herself where there will be no pain, no sorrows nd no traces of her past, she thought as she leaned her head on Dev's shoulder looking at Geet's retreating figure until she disappears from her eyes.

"And like this I came to London far away from my country. From my family, from my past to live a new life with just me nd my baby. Probably Meera didn't know that I know who had done all the arrangements of my migration from India. I know that it's Teji Veerji who had helped Meera. He had some higher contacts in Aviation industry due to which he was successful in making me migrate with a fake identity to avoid any problems in future. Nd I know why he himself didn't came in front because he was feeling guilty to face me as he thinks that he failed in protecting me. As Meera said Sasha Ma'am met me at airport. She didn't ask me anything about my past nd I didn't even know what Meera had told her about me.
Sasha Ma'am just said to me that I don't have to worry for anything now as she's there with me. Nd I instantly felt the same warmth with her which I use to feel with Meera nd Teji Veerji. She instantly took me to her home much to my protest where she nd my mother had taken good care of me during my pregnancy. Sometimes I use to cry as at that stage I need my mother most but Aunty didn't let me feel that void nd was there with me by each nd every phase of my pregnancy right from my cravings to my mood swings. In the mean tym Sasha Ma'am had taught me nd prepared me for lot of things which will help me in future in making me independent. Not that I was any kind of burden on her nd her family but because she had seen me going in the state of depression nd witnessed my nightmares therefore she did all this so that I could forget about my dreadful past nd live in my present. For sometym I couldn't understand that whether I am unlucky to have selfish family members nd a Devil husband back in India or I am lucky girl to get few relations which are not blood related to me but was always there with me through every thick nd thin." Geet said with a lost look on her face nd for the first tym Maan felt a sincere feeling of gratitude towards Sasha for taking care of Geet in the worst phase of her lyf. Till now he had always known Sasha as a careless nd clumsy girl at times. No doubt that she's efficient in her work yet sometym she does something which made him believe that she's good for nothing. But today after listening to Geet he had second doubt of his perception towards Sasha nd he felt like she's not that careless nd clumsy as he thought of to be.
"I still remember the day wen I gave birth to Seher. Sasha Ma'am didn't leave my side even for a second. She was dere with me even in the labour room. Nd finally after whole 1 nd a half hour my angel came into this world. Yes she's an angel only because if she haven't came into my lyf then I would have been still living in that hell or may be have been dead by now but just due to her I decided to fight nd break through all the inhibitions. She's the only thing that happened best in my life."
"Geet see she's so sweet nd cute. Nd you know she's exactly like you. Same eyes, same nose nd same features. Look she's smiling also just like you. See."
"These were the words that Sasha Ma'am has said to me when she had given Seher in my arms. She smiled as soon as she came into my arms nd I couldn't help myself smiling at this little antic of hers. One look at her nd I felt like my entire existence worth. Nd that very moment I decided that what I'll call this little angel of my lyf. "Seher" means sunshine because she came into my dark lyf like sunshine only nd gave new meaning to it. At that very moment I decided nd promised myself that I'll give my Seher each nd every happiness of this world. I'll be by her side forever no matter what. I promised that I'll never let her be another Geet. The things that I had faced, I'll not let Seher face them. I promise that I won't let the traces of my past to even lay their eyes on my Seher. I know that I may never be able to fill the void of her father in her lyf but I'll try my best to give her the love of both father nd mother.
And after that my lyf revolves around Seher only. for whole one year Sasha Ma'am didn't let me do any work but she helped me in knowing more and more about Office environment nd made me aware with the latest technology nd other things. Nd when Seher was big enough to live without me for sometym den I left her responsibility to Sasha's mother nd I joined KC as your secretary nd started working with you. And after few months wen I felt that I am capable enough I moved to my own house because aunty had really become old nd I don't want to be burden on her. And rest of all you know. So this was the story of my dreadful past which just gave me pain but in amidst of all that it gave me Seher, my life, my angel." Geet completed with a deep sigh nd Maan just looked at the girl in front of her unbelievingly.
She had faced so many things in her past by listening to which he felt the hairs of his spine standing erect but she didn't broke down. If there was any other girl in her place then she would have been died by now but she didn't let herself weak nd has taken stand not only for herself but for Seher too. His Love nd respect for her grown ten folds as he admired the girl in front of her who didn't bend down in front of her fate but fought with each nd every odds to live a better life. He took a calculative steps towards her nd stood just at a distance behind her looking at her with all the love nd admiration he had for her in his heart
"Sometimes I use to think that which thing pained me more. The indifference of my family members or my husband abusing me day nd night or my own family being against me when I needed them most or my own brother calling me characterless in front of the whole world or my own mother giving me poison. Strangely every thing pained equally nd I can't say which thing had pained me more or which thing had pained me less.
Four months I had spend with that monster, no I won't call him a human as it'll be an insult to humanity nd he didn't gave me happiness of even 4 seconds. All I wanted from him is Love nd care nd all I got from him is pain nd haunted memories which still haunt me in my nightmares. I may have come far away from my past but those memories, those four months I spend with him, all those seconds when I begged in front of him still comes in my dreams to haunt me. That look in his eyes nd those words that he said wen I saw him last tym still lingers in my mind making me scared that what if he really comes back one day. Then how will I save myself nd most importantly how will I save my Seher.
I wish I wouldn't have been weak all that while, I wish the efforts that I had done to escape after four months of our marriage I would have done those efforts on the very next day of our marriage then probably today I wont be living in these haunted memories, then today my life too would be normal like any other girl. But amidst of all this I just wanted to ask one question that what is my Mistake that I had to bear all this? What is the mistake of my Seher that she had to deprive of her father's love; that she had to live in the false hope that one day her papa will come nd bring lots of toys nd chocolates for her? She don't know why but she couldn't hold back her tears anymore it was no more in her hands now to stop those tears from falling.
Maan immediately got alarmed wen he found her breaking down nd he instantly turned her towards him so that she could face him only to find her eyes filled with tears nd pain. Maan felt a lump in his throat as he looked into those painful eyes which pricked his heart. He cupped her face nd wiped away those tears which were nowhere to stop. Geet looked back in his eyes only to find the reflection of her own pain as if it was him who had faced all this. And next moment he crushed her in his embrace tight hiding away from this cruel world who had given so much pain to an angel like her. Geet was too much broken to resist or protest therefore she had just submitted herself in the warmth of his arms. Maan hugged her even more tight as her words came into her mind as if shielding her from all the evil things of this world as if taking away all that pain, all those tortures that she had faced at that phase of her lyf. His resolution of taking care of her with all his love for whole of his lyf gets mote stronger as he hides her in the loving folds of his arms. He wont let her go ever away from him nd always hide her in his embrace protecting her from this world. It started raining heavily drenching both of them yet it didn't seem to affect them a bit as they stood over there in each other's arms.
He gently caressed her back nd hairs to calm her down as he felt her sobbing in his arms wetting his shirt but who is going to calm him, who is going to wipe his tears which were flowing from his eyes listening to what she had faced in her past. How will he comfort her wen his own heart is crying out loud in pain nd agony. But he had to be strong for her. Geet's sobs were subsided by now yet Maan didn't left her from his embrace nd keeps on holding her tight in his embrace neither id Geet free herself from his arms as his arms were giving an unknown warmth to her soothing away the pain nd wounds of her heart. They don't even know that from how long they were standing drenching in rain in each other's arms it was as if they wished this moment to freeze while they remain in each other's arms like this only.
A Loud sound of thunder broke Geet's trance nd she snapped open her eyes realizing what she is doing. She was in Maan's arms nd he was holding her so protectively nd tightly in his embrace. Her eyes widen in shock as the realization hits her nd next moment she freed herself from his embrace with a jerk. Maan who was till now lost with the feel of her in his arms to come into his senses nd looked at her only to find her looking at him shocked while covering her mouth with her hands. He looked at her one eye to another as if trying to know what she's thinking but she instantly turned her back towards him feeling flushed nd embarrassed. How could she lose her control on herself like this? What he must be thinking of her? Maan extended his hand to place it on her shoulder in order to calm her but stopped in mid way not sure how is she going to take this gesture of his.
"Geet I….." he tried to say something not sure what nd how will he say to her
"I need to go home Maan Sir. Please." Geet said with a lump in her throat still facing her back to him nd Maan just brought his hand back giving her a nod.
Just then both of them heard a loud honk of Car nd Maan notices his driver coming with another car. Both immediately sit at the back seat of car after Maan giving him instructions to take car to the mechanic as soon as the rain subsides nd headed towards Geet's home.

Whole Journey towards Geet's home was silent as she was looking outside the window lost in her thoughts. Maan looked at her by every now nd then but only to find her looking outside. Sighing he just leaned back his head back nd closed his eyes trying to absorb each nd every thing which he came to know. Geet still can't believe that she had shared the horrendous part of her life with Maan. Who is he? What relation he had with her that she had shared such a thing with him which she haven't shared with anyone till now, not even Sasha. He was just her boss right, Then what was in him that she told him each nd every thing, that she broke down in front of him, that she told him about her nightmares? Why the warmth of his arms was so soothing that she was just lost in them. at that very moment she realized that she nd Maan had crossed that thin line which separates Professional relationship with a personal one. But is it right to do or think anything of that sort, she thought as she continuously keeps on looking outside window trying to know where her life is taking her.
A sudden jerk of break broke Geet's trance nd she realized that she reached her home. Strangely she didn't realize wen did she covered the whole distance for she was too lost in her thoughts. She turned to look at Maan only to find him looking back at her. His eyes had same emotions which she saw during Dance, which she saw wen he was comforting her, which she saw wen he had hugged her nd she still don't know what this emotion is. She immediately averted her gaze before she could drown in the pool of emotions of those eyes nd looked other side.
"Good night Maan Sir. See you in the office tomorrow." She said before getting down from the car while Maan just kept on looking at her retreating figure unblinkingly. Geet turned back to look at him before stepping inside her house only to find him looking at her intently nd she immediately looked other side nd went inside her home while Maan just keeps on looking at her until she disappears from his eyes nd the asked his driver to drove back home.

It's been an hour since Maan had came back home but his heart nd mind was not at all in peace. As Geet's words rang in his ears he felt more nd more frustrated nd raged towards the whole world. He just wanted to burn the whole world for hurting such an innocent soul like her. His heart was crying out loud in pain nd agony nd he was too helpless to sooth his heart. If only he could turn back the tym, if only he could have met her earlier then he would never let her face all this. Strangely he could hear her helpless cries, her begging for help, her screams nd he closed his ears with his hands to block those cries, those screams as it was making him insane. His head was spinning badly nd he felt like he'll faint at any moment if he wont calm his aching heart. Finally a loud howl escaped from his throat taking out all his pain nd agony that he was feeling since the tym he came to know about Geet's dreadful past.
He had never complaint to God for anything not even then when he had taken away his parents but today he wanted to ask him that why he had given such a fate to the girl who is not less then an angel, why he had been so unfair to her, why she has to bear all that with the thought of which only he shivered till death. Why? He wanted to scream nd shout loud asking from the whole world why did they do so much injustice with the pure angel like Geet. Why did they tarnish her innocence nd soul this much that now she's so much shattered? Why everyone had given her so much pain which still haunts her in her nightmares
He so much wanted to hold her in his arms for forever, to kiss her endlessly taking away all her pain, to fill her Life with so much Love that she would never ever remember that phase of her life which still haunts in her nightmare. But will he ever be able to do that? Will he ever to make her believe about his Love? Will he ever be able to make any place in her heart which is so much wounded nd scarred due to her past? Will she ever give her life nd him a chance? All these questions were running his mind as he looked at photo of Geet's nd Seher's in his mobile phone which he took without their knowledge. How badly he wanted to make their life normal nd complete just like other people but will he ever be able to succeed in that, he thought as he closed his eyes nd took a deep sigh.

At the same tym in India a woman in her mid 30's was in kitchen preparing some dishes with a smile on her face. She was waiting eagerly for her loving husband to come from office as today she had made his favorite dishes nd she can't wait to see his reaction. Though they were married for couple of years now yet the happiness she felt wenever he appreciates her each nd every thing is still the same like it use to be in the initial days of their marriage. They had a Love Marriage nd many peoples had said that Love marriages hardly last but she was happy nd thankful to God that she nd her husband has proved the thinking of each nd every people like that wrong with their unbreakable bond. Her husband is a self made person who had his own recognition in society nd corporate world without any reference from anyone nd she's proud of her husband. She was giving some last minute instructions to servants wen she heard her cellphone ringing nd a sweet smile formed on her face seeing the name of the caller.
"Di" she heard the voice of her brother from the other side as soon as she picked up the call nd her smile widens listening to his voice after so many days.
"Maan, how are you? So finally you remember that you had a sister also over here in India who miss you like hell but it seems that you don't miss her at all." She said in a complaining voice nd Maan smiles a bit
"It's not like that Di, you know how much I Love you." Maan said with a faint smile nd his sister Chuckled.
"Arey Aap to serious ho Gaye. Hum to sirf Mazaak kar rahe the. Anyways you called me at this tym. I mean abhi to London me kafi raat hogi Na?" she said nd Maan closed his eyes leaning his head back on the bed post realizing why he had called her
[Arey you took me seriously. I was just kidding. Anyways you called me at this tym. I mean it would be very late at London right]
"Nothing Di I was just missing you nd everyone a lot." Maan said with a deep sigh nd she didn't missed the pain in the voice of her brother.
"Maan is everything fine? You sound very low. Please tell me what's bothering you?" She said worriedly ns a lone tear escaped Maan's eyes realizing what's bothering him.
"Di can please you nd Jiju come to London as soon as possible. I am missing you all lot nd I need you all this tym. I feel all alone. Please can you guys come to London please?" Maan said rather pleadingly shocking her Di. She had never seen Maan pleading like this since the tym he had became independent but today she was again witnessing that small Maan who needs his family wenever he feels low.
"Maan don't worry nd don't feel alone. I promise I nd Ranveer will come as soon as possible. You don't worry for anything. Hum Dadimaa ko bhi apne saath lekar aayenge. Aap Kisi bhi baat se pareshaan mat hoyiye. Hum jaldi hi aapke paas honge. Ok." She said while trying her best to console her younger brother who is breaking down now from inside.
["Maan don't worry nd don't feel alone. I promise I nd Ranveer will come as soon as possible. You don't worry for anything. I'll bring Dadimaa also along with me. you don't worry for anything. I'll be there with you soon. Ok]
"Thanks Di. I'll wait for your arrival." Maan said before hanging up the call nd lay on his bed trying to catch some sleep amongst all the thoughts which were running in his mind taking away all his peace nd contentment.

Here Maan's Di was still standing in the kitchen perplexed holding her cellphone in her hands lost in some deep thoughts. She didn't missed the pain nd longingness in Maan's voice today which she never saw all these while wenever he had called her but today she felt like that something had really shaken him from inside. She knew that he's reserved after the death of their parents nd never opens his heart in front of anyone except her nd their Dadimaa but today she feels like he want to scream out loud taking out all that was suppressing in his heart bothering him so much. There must be something big due to which he was so broken nd called her at this tym nd asked her to come to him but what could that reason which was bothering him so much, was the question running in her mind wen she felt a pair of arms slipping on her waist hugging her from behind nd she instantly realizes who it belongs to.
"hhmmm it seems that my beautiful wife is lost is someone else' thoughts. Tell me also whose the person who had made my wife so much restless. I hope you are not having extra marital affair?" Ranveer teased her to which she just turned nd hugged him ignoring his teasing nd Ranveer instantly felt that something is bothering her.
"What happen Bhavyata? You seem to be worried? Is everything fine?" Ranveer asked worriedly nd Bhavyata pulled out from hug nd looked at him.
"Maan had called me few mins. back" She said slowly nd Ranveer sighed in relief that it was nothing serious like he thought.
"Oh! So my Saale Sahab has called you? Nd I thought what's bothering you? BTW what did my loving Brother-in-law said to you that you are so tensed." He asked leaning back on the kitchen counter while smiling.
"Ranveer he wants us to be there as soon as possible. He said that he's feeling alone nd want to see us. I don't know why but I could sense that something is bothering him very much otherwise he wouldn't have called me like this. you know today I found same longingness in his voice which was there at the tym of the death of our parents. There's something very big which had made him so tensed. We should go to him as soon as possible Ranveer. He's really in some big turmoil." Bhavyata said worriedly nd Ranveer could sense her panic for her brother.
"Bhavyata relax! We'll go to Maan now. You just do all the packing nd I'll just do the arrangements of charter plane. Don't worry everything will be fine. We'll be with Maan within few hours." Ranveer said holding her shoulders while Bhavyata looked at her husband lovingly who understands her so well.
"Ok I'll inform Dadimaa also nd we'll pick her up on our way." Bhavyata said as she mentally made a note what she'll say to Dadimaa to which Ranveer just nodded nd she left for her room making a call to Dadimaa.
Phew! so dis is it guys! a Very very very Long part... guess how many pages in word????? its 26 pages😲😲😲😲... gosh! cant believe it😲😲😲... i am totally dead by now🤢🤢🤢... hope i make it up my delay with this part... with this part the Geet's past ended so those who are missing my beloved Seher nd Maan's scenes be happy as in next update u all will get to read that...
