Rakhi Tandon plays cupid in Geet

It's raining cameos in Geet and the latest one to join the bandwagon is Rakhi Tandon. After a long hiatus, Rakhi will be seen playing a bubbly Punjabi character. A source says, "Rakhi has already started shooting with us. We wanted someone who could live up to this character. Basically it's about this sweet simple, large hearted girl. She plans of opening a large chain of restaurants and has come to seek Maan's help. She will eventually help Geet and Maan unite in the show." Says Rakhi, "It's a very positive character. I play cupid between the two leads and it's basically a cameo. I was open to interesting ideas and I picked this role up." Rakhi's entry will be telecast tonight.
