Drashti Dhami... The Perfect Match for Gurmeet Chaudhary!!! 👏👏👏
All the lead pairs on telly today have worked due to their dynamic chemistry whether it be Prem and Mukti, Prerna and Anurag, Heer and Prem or Mihir and Tulsi. But Drashti and Gurmeet have taken this to an entirely new level. Their equation is beyond words and they are equally capable actors. If Gurmeet stole the show with his angry young man portrayal in the beginning of Geet, Drashti has done a fantastic job in his absence of fighting for her rights. Her expressions are too good and her dialogue delivery is electrifying. I had goosebumps as she fought with Vamptara last night!!! You go girl!! Keep up the amazing job you do. We are rooting for you!!!

Having said that Drashti's performance was really good, I am still mad with the timing of the confrontation. It was just too soon. I agree with Doodle, they have compromised on what should have been a historic moment on telly to keep the TRP's up. Well Geet team, if you disappoint us the TRP's will nose dive anyways so why don't you just chill and move the story at an even pace? I realize that Geet has to fight alone and stuff but Maan should have been there for this fight. To see the fruit of the efforts that he has put on her. Instead she is there alone wondering why he abandoned her!!! Even a temporary parting is not acceptable since she has to be there when he is hurt and in the hospital so please please please dont make dadima act like a typical silly grandmother who does not allow Geet to see Maan. I might as well start watching re-runs of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi then!!!

I had a few episodes of Kasautii Zindagi Kay saved on my PC (I know its ridiculous but I was crazy fan, note my IF username) and I saw it 2 days back. I was stunned and confused as to how I managed to see it. The loud background score, the face of the actors from several angles and the over dramatization was disturbing. That's how I realized that Geet is so enjoyable because it does not resort to these things. It has a fabulous story line and actors that any other director should kill for. I dont think I will ever be able to see another Ekta serial considering I am used to this style. The only thing I liked about it was the running time was about 23 minutes whereas Geet is around 19.5 - 20 mins. Please increase the running time!!!
New Promo Analysis
Misleading completely. If you see the promo carefully you hear Geet saying that I have punished the people who ruined my life but the person who I trusted is gone. This is just to indicate that Maan was not there during the confrontation and she was alone but she is going to see him in the hospital tonight and all the confusions will be cleared. In my head, Dev is going to request Geet to not say anything at present and is also going to shush NT up. Swati Pandey's interview clearly said romantic moments are coming up. We trust her!!! So chill maaro yaar. Aal Izz Well!!!!
