Hi

Great topic, So much so I decided to add my two bits. I love cooking and nowadays I am on a break, I am trying out many dishes. So for breakfast, I cooked ricotta pancakes with fresh fruit jam. For lunch, I made some momos with soup and tomato sauce. For dinner, it was Nasi Goreng.

And now I am so stuffed I can't even move.

Today since its my day to cook..

I will make basmati rice (with tumeric powder and jeera/cumin)...

And i will make Punjabi Chana masala (seasonings/spices come in box for this dish...I know its cheating...But i dont have time to make the seasonings my self today...)..

Then I will make it saucey, because I am not making Dahl...😳

Anyone wana come over and have dinner with my family? loljk....

We will try to save some, especially now that I am getting better..lol😆

I don't cook, since i'm too lazy & i don't really know how to make anything!

But today .. my cousins forced me to cook for them so i made them lasagna! :D Which was really good if you ask me :P LOL

lol its ok, you gotta start somewhere...

I started with pasta, i think its easy and fun to make...

Good luck, dont be scared to venture into other foods, It was hard for me to leave pasta lol

Yea, pasta is fun to make :D & it doesn't take that much time too!😃

yesterday i had boxed mattar paneer. (gross) lol i love it home cooked and from the restaurants.

and today i am going to make regular spaghetti.

the noodles and just canned pasta sauce and cheese.
