we put all the ingredients in the blender n mix it till its smooth and we get a yummyyyy milkshake!
by da way..da amount if ingredients depends on everyone. normally if i make 2 glasses..den i'll use 1 or 2 bananas, around 2 scoops of ice cream, 2-3 pinches of elaichi, half cup of milk or so..n sugar depends on u, how sweet u want it and u dont have to add sugar if u find da milkshake sweet as it is. plz share ur recipe of how to make banana milkshakes:D
hey i learned sumthing about apples today! by eating one apple everyday...it makes ur face glow. in other words makes ur face look beautiful. i got this from my mom! dont knw if its true..but yea...so i suggest everyone shud eat alot of apples since its healthy n good:)
i learned something else! watermelon burns calories!! so eat lots n lots of watermelon!! n oh yea...we shud always eat fruits after a meal cuz it helps moderate our food.
i wanted to share sumthing about bananas! i learned this from my bhabi. she fasts every monday...n u knw wat she does! she cuts bananas in round pieces and puts it in the milk. she lets it soak for around half an hour to an hour and then eats it. i never tried it..and i dont think i'll ever try it! but she says it tastes really good. tastes like banana milkshake. oh yea i forgot! she adds sugar in da milk! cuz she doesnt like milk like me!
