can anyone help me with Chocolate cakes and brownies without using eggs. I m a vegetarian and loves cakes a lot. 😊

Eggless chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS

    1 1/2 cups cake flour 1 cup white sugar 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 8 x 8 inch square pan. Sift the flour, sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Make a well in the center and add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
  1. To Make Frosting: Combine the 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk and butter in the top half of a double boiler and cook until thick. Spread warm mixture over the top of a slightly cooled cake.

Eggless chcolate brownies

Ingredients:
2 cups Plain flour/Maida
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Milk
5 heaped tsp Cocoa powder
2/3 cup Butter
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Custard Powder (optional)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Method:

In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and powdered sugar until it turns soft and creamy.

    To this, add milk and stir well; Add the remaining ingredients and beat until all the ingredients mix well and form a smooth batter.
    Grease a baking pan and smear some flour on it. Pour the batter into the baking pan.
    Preheat the oven to 350deg F and bake the batter for about 30-35 mins.
    Brownies are done when a pricked toothpick come out clean. Remove from oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  1. Cut into square pieces with a knife and serve. If you want, you can peel off the hard upper layer before serving.

Serving: Chocolate brownies can be served with Vanilla ice cream or a glass of chilled milk.

Recipe - Apple Cake/Bread/Muffins.

Summary

This recipe is used to bake as cake, bread or muffins. The best part of this recipe is this is eggless cake.

Ingredients:
For desired results use standard measuring cups and spoons.

* All purpose flour (part whole wheat is fine) - 3 cups
* Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
* Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
* Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
* Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
* Organic soy flour - 2 heaping tablespoons
* Organic oil - 3/4 cup
* Organic vanilla - 2 teaspoons
* Organic sugar - 1 and 1/4 cups
* Tart apples - 3 1/2 cups
* Walnuts (chopped) - 1 cup (optional)


Preheat

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare three 8 inch round baking pans or one 9 by 13 inch baking pan.


Process

Stir in all the below ingrediants into a mixing bowl for a flour mixture.

* All purpose flour (part whole wheat is fine) - 3 cups
* Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
* Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
* Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
* Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
* Organic soy flour - 2 heaping tablespoons



On the side melt 1/2 cup organic butter in medium sized pan and add:

* Organic oil - 3/4 cup
* Organic vanilla - 2 teaspoons
* Organic sugar - 1 and 1/4 cups



Coarsely grate tart organic apples and add chopped walnuts (optional)

Add flour mixture and stir until combined. Grease the pan with butter or oil. Pour into the pan(s).
Baking

Bake for 30-50 minutes (depending on pan size). To see if the cake is done, gently pierce with a tooth pick into the cake after 30 -40 minutes. The tooth pick should come clean without any wet cake batter.

thanks for the recipes. my cousin can't have eggs and i gave these to my aunt because she's been looking for eggless recipes. thanks again!
