I follow a very simple way.

Make dough with wheat flour & water.

Take potato mash to which you add cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, tumeric, garam masala, lime juice , salt & coriander. Mix well.

Now make rounds of dought like roti, stuff the mash in and fry in tava.
