I am a big fan of Sapien's frequencies as well, they work really well at stem cells' level.

Also "dhyaanguru" channel on YouTube (Dr. Nippun Agarwal" got mantras which works like magic & medicine.

Yeah I also listen to his mantras, they’re really good and sapien frequencies really work. You can feel the shift. I sent serotonin one to one of my friends who was going through a breakup and it lifted her up instantly.

Everything is going DOWN where I live. They have shut down schools and universities, gyms, bars, restaurants, libraries etc. I have been sent home from work, almost all people, except for people working in the healthcare sector and supermarkets, until March 27th. And from tomorrow, they are closing the borders for 4 weeks to stem coronavirus spread.

I have a lot of toilet paper, but I have been to 7 different stores for the past two days, and people have hoarded everything. So, Im now living of my protein powder, protein bars, protein pancakes and oatmeal.

801 have been confirmed to have the coronavirus in my country. It’s freaking scary. I still can’t believe whats happening and I can’t take it seriously. It’s all going down and I feel I’m the next 🤔

What do u mean everyone is going down? Where do u live? U can cure urself if u get sick. Things are closing down so the virus can be contained. People are being asked to restrict being in public places.

so how much more time do you have? a month or year? what's your doctor saying?

In France it's getting worse day by day. There are like 800 more cases that have been recorded yesterday and it's increasing exponentially, taking the total to 3000+ cases. Macron was basically like fcuk all before the pandemic announcement by WHO. Then he realised that shit was going down and closed all nurseries, colleges and universities.

Won't be long before they lock France down like Italy. And as expected, toilet paper, pasta, rice, canned food etc are over at so many stores.

Please stay safe and take all necessary precautions everyone ❤️ I know the media is slightly overdoing it but try not to panic and wash your hands regularly, drink hot nimbu paani, stay hydrated and try staying away from crowded places as much as you can. They're gonna eventually find a way.

Seeing some responses out here... you guys, take care. You're doing good and you will come out of this safely. Believe that.

On the personal front,I was supposed to travel to around 6-7 countries in the first half of the year. I had visas ready. Partly due to work, and partly holidaying. In fact, was supposed to go on the 4th of this month to Amsterdam and then Budapest. But coming back from Chennai last month and seeing the airport completely freaked me out. Even going to the airport is not safe. Nobody wore masks then. Also the Italy collapse had not happened then and now to think of being in Europe and on travel lockdown. Again, thank God.I dodged a bullet there, I swear.

At present,I'm working from home which is a boon. Only apparent downside is because the projects are European, there are schedule clashes and late evening meetings, I gotta handle it at midnight and work all through the night sometimes. So my sleep schedule is completely wack like never before. But it's nothing compared to what others are facing. I am lucky af.

In Kolkata, things seem normal. Not much as changed. Currently not at my own apartment and have shifted to my OG home last week with parents and brothers on my dad's insistence. But I know my dogs miss home.

And yeah this seems stupid considering nothing as been found on those lines, but I have cancelled a ton of International packages from the US and UK too. I don't want to risk it.

Guys, especially in affected places, please take care. Don't lose hope.
