I was depressed for a long time. What I found out that you don’t wanna die. What you want is for the pain to end and somehow you think if you die physically then everything will end including your pain but what if that’s not the case? As far I know it won’t in fact you have the best chance of removing your karma while alive. It can’t be done when you’re dead.


We’ve innate tendencies, they call it sanskaras. We’ve to release them. Every individual has its own makeup and life path.


So if the pain doesn’t end then what’s the solution? How would you relate with your pain if it refuses to go away? Would you still resist it? You have to welcome it, surrender to it, be okay with it and then it might leave of its own accord. You fighting it is what keeps it alive.


Also the story of ‘me’ is just a story, it has no true existence other than being fed bu your thoughts and emotions. So I say observe it as best as you can. What you’re aware of you control. What you’re not aware of controls you.


Most of us suffer from not enough self love and self worth. Try this affirmation


I release all resistance. I release the need for all resistance, I release the need to be unworthy. I deserve the very best that life has to offer and I now lovingly allow myself to accept it.


You need to be consistent otherwise your mind will revert back to your old self. Be persistent and keep at it.

It’s all energy and even your house has its own energy. So people you interact with, the environment every thing is vibrating on some frequency and is influencing you. It’s best to use something like this so it doesn’t effect you. Also you’ve your own energy which is conditioned and not serving you. So it’s best to change it.


We’re not taught these things but now we’ve a chance to unlearn and relearn ourselves. The info is out there. We can do it, one moment at a time 😊

I used to now I’m listening to sapien ones. I think they’re more effective. It’s all about what your goal is but I’d start with self love, self appreciation + unconditional love + removing negative energy.


It all starts with self. On one hand you remove the negativity and blockages from within you and your environment and on the other hand inducing love. The vibration of unconditional love is the highest. In that state it also becomes easy to manifest.


He has a video on almost every topic so pick and choose.


There’s one for self confidence, for self acceptance, for clearing karma, for changing destiny, etc.


For luck, to become whole, to manifest love into your life. To increase estrogen and decrease testosterone for women, for height, for cardio, for joints.


So check out his channel. Decide on your goal and then listen to it. You can also listen to multiple ones throughout the day. Be persistent. Listen to it for a few times a day and do it for a few months then see what happens.

Haha, I use to argue a few years ago but now I don’t anymore. It’s good to allow emotions to come up rather than thinking you’re above it and just suppressing it. We all play some role like buddhist monks so if they feel angry they’ll automatically suppress it because they’re not supposed to or some guru acts a certain way because he has to play that role. It’s the same with us.


Recently I’m feeling more emotions than normal because I’m digging deep so it’s coming up to the surface which is good but also challenging. He has one for trauma healing + forgiveness and release. I guess these two are bringing up stuff.


Not only do we need to forgive others but also ourselves. I’ve been talking about these things for a while now. At first I was hesitant since this might not be the right place but we’re all humans and we’re all seeking the same thing in the end so I thought it might help some and to my surprise many are into it and I’m sure it’ll work for them if they follow through. It’s not easy but it can be done.


You can listen to these audios while doing other things like in the background. No need to meditate or even to use headphones. These are energetically programmed.

I have always wondered why so much fight over toilet paper ? do the western people don't wash up with water and only use toilet paper for cleaning post bowel movement ?

I wouldn’t mess with kundalini energy. It’s very powerful and can mess you up. The good news is it doesn’t awaken that easily but it can prematurely and that really messes you up in all kinds of ways.


I’d suggest to focus on chakras. Open them up and balance them so the body is ready if kundalini awakens which is still unlikely.


Sound healing can be very powerful. Jonathan goldman is really good at it and has good frequencies on chakras and other sounds, check him out.
