I lost 17 pounds in 2 months with almost no exercise.

I cut down completely on junk food like chips or ice cream, grains, gluten, and dairy.

Try Kayla Itsines BBG1. It is doable for beginners. You can do it at home. If you do not have weights, you can use watermelons, jugs of water, or god knows whatever other replacement. Be creative. You don't need the gym. Hell...you can do it in a cramped apartment. She will definitely kill you but by all means, you will not just lose weight but also tone up. You will be surprised at how defined you look afterwards. As long as you are consistent. Consistency is the only magic mantra with her workouts.

It is definitely 28 minutes of hell and every week gets harder but you will lose weight. And you will tone up. If you are consistent and do exactly what the binder says. I think she has an app too now. But I did her workouts when she was brand new and used to sell binders. I workout at the gym now so I don't use her workouts anymore but I will swear by her for any beginner. Also, there is a huge support group of bbg girls on insta. You will never feel alone.

one of my cousins use to be a toothpick..his father told us that main is ko roz doodh main chuhaaray daal ke khilata hun ke is ka waza barhe

ur post reminded me of that incident

I lost 12 kgs in 3 months just by quitting this site.. something about the forum made me gain a lot of weight but once I stopped coming here the weight vanished too.
