INGREDIENTS
  • Leftover rice 1 cup
  • Besan/ gram flour 3-4 tbsp
  • chopped onion 1 medium
  • ginger chili
  • Fennel seeds / Saunf 1 tsp
  • sea same seeds / til 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • carom seeds / ajwain 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds / jeera 1 tsp
  • chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • salt
  • oil

NOTE - Don't add water as rice itself has moisture thus all the ingredients will be well combined
