INGREDIENTS
- Leftover rice 1 cup
- Besan/ gram flour 3-4 tbsp
- chopped onion 1 medium
- ginger chili
- Fennel seeds / Saunf 1 tsp
- sea same seeds / til 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- carom seeds / ajwain 1 tsp
- cumin seeds / jeera 1 tsp
- chopped fresh coriander leaves
- salt
- oil
NOTE - Don't add water as rice itself has moisture thus all the ingredients will be well combined
