I like home cooked food. I think it's healthier and you know exactly what you're eating. I also enjoy cooking for my family and friends. 🤗

Thnx 😊 yeah...they r like fritters...pronounced [kroh-ket]

It was I think made from leftover salmon ...I had baked salmon with lemon juice, lemon est, salt, green chillies, fresh minced garlic n chopped cilantro...pulled the flesh from cooked salmon, removed bones carefully...mixed 1 boiled n grated potato...some more fresh coriander chopped, crushed coriander seeds, pinch of gram masala, some more salt for potato n made a dough out of it...then just pinch balls n shape them, roll in panko breadcrumbs n fry...u can bake as well...lout traditionally croquettes r fried

food made by oneself is always the best. And all of these food pictures look so yummy. Congrats to everyone who succeeded!! Keep on going. Cooking is just another skill one can acquire! Do not give up just because you failed once.
