I am new on this Food section of the forum.
I need to loose 10 lbs in 1.5 months.
I don't eat meat, but eat fish and eggs. No wheat.
Please suggest.

Drink hot water with honey before breakfast .it works really well.
And also drink green tea at 12 Pm.
and a brisk walk for about 30 min will do good.
