Need help-weight loss diet

Hello,
I am new on this Food section of the forum.
I need to loose 10 lbs in 1.5 months.
I don't eat meat, but eat fish and eggs. No wheat.
Please suggest.

have warm water nimbu pani

Have a shake for breakfast 8 am banana strawberry, mango lassi (no sugar)etc

have 8 almonds at 10 am


sandwich filled with lots of veggies 12pm
or Dhal sabzi one roti

hummous with carrots 2pm

glass of skimmed milk 4pm

2table spoons of rice with indian veg dish 6pm

8 pm have a glass of skimmed milk again warm.

have 2 or 3 liters of water not cold room temperature

Drink hot water with honey before breakfast .it works really well.
And also drink green tea at 12 Pm.
and a brisk walk for about 30 min will do good.

Exercise 4 to 5 times a week

Monitor your calories

Dont do extreme diets as there is no miracle weight loss pill or plan

you will gain back twice the weight

Balance your carbs, protein and fats

Use a site like myfitnesspal.com or fitday etc to track your daily intake and exercise

it will help you keep track and lose weight the right way

If yu want yu can drink warm water with lemon and honey in the evening

Use honey instead of sugar.
Cut dishes made of gram flour.
Take steps instead of lift.
No Icecreams.No cool drinks.No chocolates.(For time being,after you lose your weight you can one or two occasionally).
