This Monsoon Stay healthy with this Spicy Turmeric milk 😊
Turmeric milk is extremely helpful and very effective home remedy for all these disease. you can have it twice a day and especially before going to bed.
Total Time: 6-7 mins
Serves: 2 Glasses
Ingredients
2 cups fresh whole milk
2 tsp sugar
1/2 - 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
2-3 whole black peppercorns
2-3 whole cardamom pods,
1 tsp ginger, roughly chopped or grated
Pinch of saffron (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat the milk along with the spices for 3-4 minutes.
2. Strain and serve hot.
