Can anyone help...I live in the UK and on regular basis I visit my local Indian restaurant and order a side dish, which I ask to be severed as a main. It's so nice! I've asked for the recipe, but the owner refuses to give away his secret! The dish is a dry chickpea recipe with onions and is yellow in colour. However, there is an overwhelming taste that brings the dish to life, which I not able to replicate...it has small zesty seeds or pips that explode in your mouth. This in my opinion is the key ingredient, but alas I'm not able to find out how the dish cooked? Any ideas? The dish is called a Labra Bhaji
Thanks
Rob
