Hey so im not a regular on this forum or anything but i just stumbled across a very useful Juice recipe that my mother started to make just recently and its SOOO revitalizing and energizing!

I drink it every morning after a work out and it keeps me hydrated and refreshed!

1 Carrot
2 - 3 handfuls of spinach : washed, cleaned
1 piece of ginger root (about 1 inch long)
2 cups of broccoli flourets (washed) You can use kale or broccoli rabe too
optional: 1 cored apple

I also squeeze a little bit of honey to sweeten it (not to much though) just about 1 tablespoon

Juice it, and strain it if you need to, to get rid if skin and pulp

It should make 2 servings

Its really good for you. I mean carrots are great for your eyes, and skin.
spinach and broccoli have lots of iron
ginger is good for your digestive system

all the ingredients are filled with vitamins and fiber and the the drink is good to detox your liver, give you an energy boost!

Its tastes good even without the added sweetness of the honey so don't worry about any funky tasting drink. If it is funky tasting. its all good i mean down it 😆 because its really worth it!

Great for after a work out!

I will try with broccoli rabe. Recently I have gotten into smooties and stuff for bfst.
