Ingredients
4 Eggs
1 Big Onion – Finely chopped
1 Big Tomato – Finely chopped
3 Green Chillies – Finely chopped
1 Tsp Red Chillies Powder
Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt per taste
2 Tsp Oil
Method:
In a pan heat the oil and add the onion, green chillies and fry till onion is soft. Now add salt, red chillies powder and turmeric and fry for 10 seconds. Now add the tomatoes and cup water and fry till tomatoes are soft. Beat the eggs into the mixture and scramble them. Serve with Puris or Chapattis.
