I eat both, practically speaking vegetarian food is good for your body and mind. It has got highly protein, vitamins and minerals. Can you share your suggestion here???
The biggest challenge I ever had for eating vegetarian food was at breakfast time as I would always want a big filling meal to get me started right for the day. So rather than going for fruits etc which are healthy but not very filling, I started going for delicious Lentil soups with lots of naan bread!

Actually I've found my favourite veggie food, Bangladeshi lentil soup and Chinese noodle dishes.But does anyone have any good tips for healthy Pizzas to order?
veg food is good for health...i mean it helps keep weight on check and good for skin also especially green boiled vegetables ...whereas non veg is also good ...but shld be eaten in moderation...
