Hey guys,
I am not new to cooking. Ya i know i like to cook different cultural foods when i am free. Mainly i like western foods but i love indian curry style foods. I am looking for a recipe for marinated chicken (those gujju veg cooks can exclude themselves from this topic). I know a little bit about how to cook marinated food (mainly Italian style) but i could never perfect one like punjabi marinated chicken. Obviously i am not from punjab so i dont know the secret.
Any punjabi cook knows how to cook marinated chicken punjabi desi style. i would really like to know.
