This is a rich coconut kheer made without cooking on fire .
Yummy! Creamy! Very easy!!
Ingredients:
? kernels of 2 tender coconuts
? 1/2 cup water of tender coconut
? 2 tbls condensed milk
? 1 1/2 tsp elachi powder
? 4 tsps thick coconut milk
Preparation Method:
1. Make a smoothie out of kernels adding the water little by little.
2. Add in the condensed milk, elachi powder and the coconut milk and blend again in the mixer.
3. Serve chilled.
