1 packet corn chips
200 g cheese grated
1 Handful letuce chopped
1 avacado smashed
For the Salsa
400 g tomatoes
chopped + 1/2 tomato, finely chopped to garnish
salt and pepper
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp coriander
1. Place a laeyr of chips on a plate.Prepare the salsa by mixing together 400g chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, lemon juice and chopped parsley and layer of chips.
2. Add another layer of chips. Sprinkle the grated cheese. Place in the microwave until the cheese has melted completely.
3. Garnish with the finely chopped tomatoes. Lettuce and mashed avacado on top of the dish
4. You can serve the nachos with a bowl of salsa as a pass-around at your party.
Have this with a glass of Sula's Red Mosaic of Grenache and Syrah ... its awesome
