Cereal, and nothing but. It's always been my preferred choice since I was a kid and now that I've begun to further understand the benefits that certain cereals provide, I don't think I could ever switch over to anything else.
Besides, no other food seems to fill me up in the morning the way that cereal can.
my breakfast is cereal with skimmed milk or omelette/scrambled egg with brown bread
Thats the best combination which I try my best to follow too...especially inclusion of lots of whole grain carbohydrates in the form of cereal bars or oatmeal which keep me away from hunger for a longer time.And sometimes I substitute milk with lowfat fruit yogurt smoothies too.
a mugful of tea is constant..a small bowl of oats with milk and a small serving of mixed dried fruits mainly raisins and almond..or roti sabzi,or brown bread sandwich with salad or eggs..or idli-sambar( my favorite.),or dosa or upma or vermicelli...and a small fruit,ususally an apple...
it depends. 😊 I do different things with an egg. I alternate between milk and green tea. If I am in a hurry then cereals (something like total, kashi or special K). on weekends I have parathas.
