Vivah.. I loved JWM but vivah was better!😳

Honestly,Vivah was boring.A movie about Indian values and blah,blah,blah,blah.Seen it a thousand times.I've seen other movies based on Indian families,values etc and they were much better.Can't believe people actually risked boring the crap outta themselves and watched the movie in the theatres.Atleast it was a clean film though.Shahid and Amrita did well.But overall a boring film.Liked the songs, "Mujhe haq hai" especially.Others were alright.

Jab we met was pretty good.Not outstanding though(I'm a kareena fan btw).They stretched it a lil long though.Quite lengthy.Shahid and Kareena's chemistry made it special though.Very special.The way they interacted with eachother looked very real.And people finally started liking their pair,just when they broke up.😡Music was rocking!Mauja mauja,was a chartbustin track.Tumse hi was beautiful.Liked the new singer.Nagada nagada was ok,not my fave.Yeh ishq hai was the best,hehe.Love Shreya and her voice.She did a great job.And my fave track,Aao milo chalein.Shaan was fantastic.A very soothing voice.😛This was One of Pritams best album til date!

Exactly my sentiments. Except I am not a fan of Kareena. But after JWM I am a big fan of Shahid. I just loved Aadtiya.

I say Jab We Met is better than Vivah,but Vivah is a nice film but I like JWM.

To date, I could never understand how Vivah could be a superhit. Al I can fathom is in this age of sexual explicitness, item songs etc, a simple tale of the trials of an arranged marriage somehow struck a chord.

As far as I am concerned, Vivah had two major flaws. One ws the lack of depth in the characters, so the actors were limited in their roles. While both Shahid and Amrita were competent there was no scope for any brilliant performance.
The other was the soundtrack that was so mediocre. I think Vivah deserved a better score.

JWM scores on both counts.

Last but not least, a word for the kind of work Shahid is doing. He was really good in JWM, both he and Kareena really got into the skin of their characters. Good actors and good cinema have their own place, even in Bollywood where masala films rule. Look at Shabana, a character actress so respected today even though her contemporary 'commercial' heroines have faded away.

Hey i dont think both these films can be compared coz they r like completely different and no common factor in them........They are like two different worlds.....

I found Vivah very cute and loved the Shahid-Amrita chemistry !! 😳

Havnt seen Jab We Met as of now ! But heard its good! 😛

very hard to choose 😛.....umm lets see 😉...I enjoyed both the same 😆..n Shahid in both 😳.......I like Shahid-Amrita pair more 😃 than Shahid-Kareena 😉...but JWM is a good funny movie n Vivah a good emotional movie...so ummm I will go with JWM though I like Shahid-Amrita more 😳
