i have a few questions?

about copyright laws.the 'new' movie by sohailkhan fight club being an obvious shameless ripoff of fincher's "fight club" ihad a few questions.the title is the same and no tag lines is that not infringement?can the titles of hollywood films b used in india without buying the rights to the title.are their copyright rules not applicable to our films?if they have broken the rules then is hollywood sleeping?finally i know this is far-fetched but is it possible that they could have legally bought the rights to the title?
