Updates of Kadam Mila 1, 2, 3 and 4

Video 1:

Starts off with all cadets converging on the academy campus at the Commandos Student Reporting center...
There is a guy called Dev who greets Peter and Abhi... and Peter is ragged by Dev... Abhi asks for a cigarrette and his other friend varun teases abhi that he still borrows cigarettes... Another guy (I say chaps) enters and says 'I say chaps... allow me...' and hands the cigarettes... He introduces himself as Thakur Varuneshwar Singhji parameshwar singhji chowhan... and says that they can call him Varun...
Abhi then introduces himself as Abhimanyu Rai and says 'you can call me abhi'... he then introduces peter saying 'This is peter... you can call him idiot', then dev says 'Hi I am dev... you can call me Dev...' and then the other varun introduces himself...

Varun chauhan then says that they should be leaving coz the commander is supposed to be addressing them... The commander emphasises on the training and says that it is tough but not impossible... and that they have to work as a team... he says taht he and his staff welcomes them... and wishes them luck...

There is an officer who enters then and introduces himself as Major KG Narayanan... and says that from tomorrow their training would stand... and says that kamar thod, taal thod, kuch bhi thod training... he then asks if they have any questions,... when one cadet raises his hand, he says he does not like cadets who ask questions... ;-D

In the Cafeteria... There is a girl to whom Abhi whistles... she comes back and whistles at him... and then takes a pic of all of them... and then pics a mike and says that there are new commandos and already unki bolti band hain... ceeti bhi band ho jaayegi she says...
Dev then says taht they should change and get going ....

When all the cadets leave, another guy called Kishore comes and shows off his badge to parvathi, the canteen guys daughter...

In the grounds...
KGN asks the cadets to choose their partners...
once they choose he asks them to stop the nonsense... and says that it is very sweet and that they have all selected their old friends... and then he screams that commandos can work with anybody anywhere...
and asks everybody to change... Peter is stuck with Dev adn Abhi with VC.

KGN again asks if they have any questions... when peter raises his hands he says he likes the course where there are no course... he announces a 10 min break...
during the break VC is smoking... and they make fun of him... saying he smokes phepde phad cigarette...

After the break, we are introduced to Captain Sharma and Captain sodhi... and says that they have to do a cross country run of 2 miles... they have to go for a mile, touch captain sodhi nad come back and says that excellent is 15 mins good time is 17mins and pass is for 18 mins...
the race begins... peter is left behind by Dev his buddy...

On the way dev and abhi make a bet and the bet is that dev will get a one pound cake if abhi loses and abhi will get burfi if dev loses...
Abhi supports vc who cannot run and they finish last but one...
All cadets make it on time, except peter... who comes 15 secs late... but is given grace marks and passed... but dev tells that he would like to run again coz he didn't support his buddy... everybody is released except dev and peter also stays back... when asked why, he says that if his buddy fails, even he fails... seeing this KGN is kinda impressed... in the room... Peter is boxing and dev and he have a fun moment...

Kadam Mila 2 & 3 :
Continuation of the scene in Dev and Peter's room where both are fighting... we see Abhi enter and Dev says 'Oh itz you... I thought it was Varun' and Abhi sits down and starts cribbing about Varun saying 'Thakur Varuneshwar Singhji Parameshwar Singhji chauhan to mere kamre ko chidiyaghar (Zoo) bana chuke hain... barasingh aur sher to aa hi chuke hain' he says... and Dev and Peter go Sher????
and Abhi clarifies kahin barasingh ke putle rakhe hain, photos hain etc... so Peter asks Abhi to shift to their room... they will adjust... and Dev immediately retorts, we will make peter sleep on the floor, you come... and Peter starts boxing Dev... gives him a punch... and Abhi says no... the man is interesting... and moreover he is his buddy...

Dev asks Abhi to take a packet, Abhi asks what it is and Dev says it is Nariyal Burfi... and Abhi says the Dev had only won... and Dev asks Abhi to shut up... and Abhi says he will take it... but pehle mooh meeta Dev hi karega... and Dev agrees... Abhi opens the packet and feeds a burfi to Dev and peter immediately opens his mouth saying aa... mere liye??? and abhi puts one in his mouth as well... and all three start playing with the burfi...
Varun enters and says that if you want to fight, wait till tomorrow, and tomorrow is unarmed combat... the three (abhi, dev and peter) are busy gorging the burfis...

The next day, introduction of Major Vikram Rai... He says today's lesson is fighting without arms... unarmed combat... peter dev and abhi start laughing and he makes them stand up and says that you think you guys know everything? and then Peter replies that he was the boxing champion in college... and Dev says nobody's won against him in wrestling(Kushti) and Vikram then turns on to Abhi and says 'And you?' and Abhi says 'Main karate main... brown... belt hoon sir!'
Vikram says that he had planned for a demonstration and anyways needed three volunteers... and then asks them to come forward... The clouds cover the sky and vikram comments that baarish... it will be more fun... and he says I will fight with the three... and asks them to start... Dev asks 'Hum main se kiske saath sir?' and Vikram says Teenon ke saath...ek saath... saying this he pulls the rug that they are standing on and all three fall... Abhi goes to Vikram trying to give him a kick but he gets toppled over... and all three are soundly trashed by Vikram... he puts all of them in a slush (mud+water)
Vikram says 'Well Gentlemen, karate, kushti, boxing are all sports... bound by rules and principles... there is no place for them here... and a commando attacks he does it stealthily and effectively... he then asks major narayanan to get them to change their dungarees...

In their room... Abhi, peter and Dev are all hurt... and Varun is dressing up Abhi... Peter comments that Major Rai is made up of Loha... and the other varun comments that if he had come one on one with the Pehlwan(Dev) he would have shown him... Abhi comments that it is impossible... he says the guy is too good... in between he is trying to stop Varun Chauhan who is trying to dress up his wounds...
VC says 'I say Chaps... main guilty feel kara hoon...' and they say why? and he replies coz I am abhi's buddy... abhi thinks and says 'Thank god maine uss se uss din shart nahin lagayi... ' Everybody's asking what din, what shart... and Abhi says no nothing... forget it...
Varun says wait a minute... Vikram Rai... Abhimanyu Rai... do you know him? is there a connection?
and Abhi says haan yaar thoda thoda? Peter says how much thoda thoda? and Abhi replies Halka Halka... and Dev says 'Vikram tera kya lagta hain?' Abhi looks at all of them and says Vikram mera bada bhai hain...
Peter is trying to shake his ears... and says mere kaan mujhe dhoka de rahe hain... mujhe laga maine suna ki vikram iska bada bhai hain... and Dev says hum ne bhi yahin suna... and they say they were in academy for so many years together... and still he hid it from them...
and Abhi says that Vikram had stopped him and he didn't want them to know... VC says that he will guess... the Great Vikram Rai, Mahaveer chakra, didn't want to make known the fact that he was Abhi's brother... and Dev says 'yeah, he didn't want anyone to know him as the Bheegi bakri ka bada bhai' and Abhi stops him and says 'One day, the world will know Vikram as Abhimanyu Rai's elder brother...'

Peter asks abhi to stop and he has just returned from a trashing from Vikram... and Abhi says Maar to uss dinn bhi padti agar main uss dinn woh shart maan leta... and Dev goes 'Kaunsi Shart...???' and peter says kaunsa dinn???
Abhi starts and goes into flashback... and says it was the time that he had expressed his desire to join the army... and vikram was back for a month's vacation...
they show us Abhi's room which is all messed up and Vikram is laughing at him... saying tu...aur yeh rehne ka dang... army join karega... shakal dekhi hain?' and abhi says meri shakal to tumse acchi hain, aur rehne ka dang main teek kar doonga... and Vikram says kutte ka dum kabhi seedha nahin hota... and Abhi asks him what he means.. there is a door slamming from both of them... Vikram comes and sits in the hall where his dad is playing chess... abhi also comes angry and the dad says that he is thinking of dismantling the doors, it will make walking easier... and Vikram says that Abhi had put him off... he wants to join the army... nonsense he says... and abhi retorts why nonsense...??? when he can go, why not abhi too??? and the dad says if abhi also goes who will be with him? his dad says your mom has already left me... and Abhi says 'please papa... filmi dialogue mat jhado...' and Vikram says 'Abhi... badtameez...' and Abhi says oh stop it bhaiyya... i know papa much better than you... in the past 5 years, you were in army, and i was with dad day and night... and the dad says if he also leaves, the house will be lonely... and vikram says why army and abhi says why not the army? and they say there will be some other job... and abhi says you father and son are trying to stop me... if mom were here, she would never have stopped me...

then they show vikram again in abhi's room... all spic and span... and abhi comes neatly groomed... Vikram looks and says akhir kab tak? abhi asks what??? and vikram ruffles Abhi's hair saying kutte ki dum kabhi seedhi nahin hoti...

Abhi says main tumhe... and Vikram says idiot... and Abhi says I am not a dog's tail, I am your younger brother... and I will join the army, nobody can stop me... and he shows some moves... Vikram asks abhi to fight... and vikram says if abhi wins, army, if vikram wins then their wishes... and abhi refuses... and says that he does not trust his capabilites and says abhi might ruin his face which will ruin his wedding prospects... and they both start fighting... the dad stops the fight and calls them and asks abhi to win from his dad in chess... and he says he has learnt from them both only... Abhi is also a chess champion... and his dad says now we are equal coz you win once and I win once... and abhi says he will only win and they start the game...
and abhi's dad gives him check and abhi says no problem and fights the check and after some moves, he backs his king into a corner, seeing this his brother gives a smile and leaves.. and abhi gives his dad and check and mate and says I win... and abhi looks at the board.. His dad gives him an emotional look... the dad congratulates abhi.. and
Abhi tells his dad 'Jeetne waale se gale nahin milenge papa?' and his dad says 'Abhi ... filmi dialogue mat jhado...' and abhi says 'Papa please papa...' and they both hug...

His dad and abhi are both emotional... abhi thanks his dad for losing the game wantedly... he is all tears on recounting this... and VC goes 'I say chaps
, good thing you didn't fight vikram...' and peter says 'what good??? if you had fought, you'd have lost... and that means you wouldn't be in army... and we wouldn't have had to look at your face... ' and Abhi says even if i had fought with him, he'd also have lost wantedly... and they say nonsense... and he says no yaar... Vikram might be of stone or iron, but his heart is of wax...
Vikram is getting in his car and a girl stops him and He says marna chahti ho kya kiran? and she says hum to kab ke mar chuke... he says agar tumhe kuch ho jata tho? full emotionally... and she gets into the car... and they both leave...
she is taking his pictures... and he stops her... and she says she is writting an article on fauj and so wnats his help... she says this is kiran with major vikram rai, mahaveer chakra... and asks if he is a man... and he says of course... and this man can throw you out of the car... and she says no she didn't mean that... she wants to know if he has a heart... and he says of course yaar... if my heart didn't beat, how would I be alive? and she puts the next question... and asks if he ever loved anyone and he says yes of course... maa se, papa se... abhi se... aur mere paas ek safed billi thi... uss se... and she says she didn't mean that... she meant the doosra wala pyaar... and says she has another question and he interrupts her to say yeah... your next question is when will we reach your home... see we already have he says, hearing this she says pity... interview over, army men are buddhu and boring... and he asks her if he is buddu and boring why does she waste her time on him.. she says it is a habit... and gives him a salute and asks him to go back to his parade...

We are shown some parachuting...
all of them successfully land and then go and take their positions and do a formation etc... and in between mock fires etc, they run towards some trees.. one guy falls down...

then the instructor says that this was the first demo... and Dev says that if they are caught when in air? and the instructor says bhagwan ko yaad karna chahiye... everybody laughs and the trainer continues, on a serious note, you need to manover the chute to some other place.. you are a commando, you should not lose hope... and then asks if they have any more questions... then he asks if the head wants to ask any question and the head says that both the answers are correct... upar wala is their boss... the situation will not happen that they will get caught in air coz they are commandos not pigeons... and he says they should remember the three qualities of a commando... himmat, honsla aur hoshiyari... and then he drives off in his jeep... the trainer announces a 10 min break...

VC says 'I say Chaps... yeh film wale fauj ko kya samajh rakha hain?' and abhi gives a pose saying 'Kya samjh rakha hain... hero ayega aur bolega kasam bhavani ki... agar aaj meri maa zinda hoti na... to tujhe mera nahin uss ka samna karna hota... ' and dev imitates Raj Kumar and says 'Jaani hum badla lenga... hindustan ki kasam... ' and the other varun says 'are hum khatron se bahut pyaar karte hain re.. humara naam hain army commandos' in Rajesh khanna style... Dev says that it never happens in real life...

They are called back from break... some parachutes are shown and said that through parachutes they supply food, ration etc...and also some imp people like engineers, doctors etc... and abhi says great... when the parachute opens up in the air that is such a nice feeling... peter makes some comment and abhi asks what happened.. .and dev says Cynthia has written... and Abhi asks what his wife has written and Varun(the other one) replies 'darling main tumhe bahut jaldi ek surprise dene wali hoon' another guy says there is only one meaning of surprise and cries like a baby... ;-D everybody laugh...

abhi says you bewakoof, you are gonna be a father... VC points another chute and they comment that the doctor wants to go someplace else maybe... and abhi is still on peter's case asking him who asked him to get married... peter says he did it for his hapiness and with his marzi... Dev asks why does he have a long face then? and Peter says coz I am missing her... I love her... and abhi laughs... so VC says that you will know my friend when it happens to you... and abhi says pata hain... aasmaan se... by then the chute falls on him... and everybody runs away... abhi and the chuter are both covered by the chute... his friends help him and the chuter removes her helmet and abhi is left staring at her... with mouth open... abhi is still standing with mouth open... and dev moves his hands in front of abhi's face and no reaction... dev taps him and says yeh to gaya kaam se... and peter says 'kya bol raha tha... agar woh aasmaan se gir pade tho bhi... aur woh sach much asmaan se giri..' everybody laughs... VC says 'I say chaps pyaar ki duniya main tum ne pehla kadam rakha hain...' and abhi says no... he had girlfriends in college... and VC says that was nothing.... toofan to ab uta hain... he says he will help abhi after all he is his buddy... and dev and the others say that he is a baccha, a novice an amateur...
and abhi says don't tell me what to do... and vc says just like that??? no pastry? no flowers? no presents? and abhi says Flowers??? cool... and next we are shown Abhi standing in front of the hospital with a bouqet in hand... a car stops in front of him and a guy gets down saying 'Yes young man...' and abhi introduces himself and the guy says 'I am colnel basu and this is my wife...' and abhi says I know sir... the guy says you know meetu??? and abhi says no sir, but she was in the car with you so... and gives a goofy grin... the lady joins her husband outside... and abhi says I thought she must be your wife only... and the colnel asks abhi what is he doing there... and abhi says I am here to meet the doctor... the RMO... and the colnel says Captain Rathore? Madhu Rathore? and Abhi says yes... and abhi immediately coughs and says he is not well and has to meet the doc... the colnel asks who for is the bouqet then? and abhi says this guldasta??? this is for her.. .and then says no... this is for meethu... and runs away... the guy is fighting with his wife... in bengali that somebody comes and gives you a bouqet and you take it???

I am really sorry for the delay in posting the update of part 4. Was a bit busy with work...

Part 4 :
Abhi walks into the hospital and starts searching for Dr Madhu's room... he sees some cadets/jawans sitting in a row, waiting for the doc, and the orderly/compounder calls out for somebody called Bhoop Singh... One guy gets up as if to go in, but Abhi makes him sit back and he enters himself...

Madhu : Baito Bhoop Singh
Abhi sits
Madhu : (without looking up) to khansi kaisi hain tumhari..
abhi then starts coughing (lol...) Hearing the fake cough Dr Madhu looks up and seeing another guy instead of Bhoop Singh, she asks who he is...
He introduces himself saying 'Main Lieutanant Abhimanyu Rai, par tum mujhe abhi keh sakti ho! Mere kareebwale mujhe abhi hi kehte hain.. ' without even pausing for breath he continues 'Kya main tumhe Madhu keh sakta hoon? Kyunki main tumhare kareeb aana chahta hoon..' Madhu is perplexed and asks him what he is doing here... He says I am talking to you... and then reminds her of the previous day when she fell on him... She nonchalantly says 'Oh... but this is the sick report... and he says yes, I am sick too... I am very sick... I am dying... and there is no hope of me recovering...

She very politely, in a restrained manner, asks him to get out...
Abhi asks what is their fault if it was in their fates that she had to fall out of the sky and into his arms...

She threatens to call his commanding officer if he does not leave now... and Abhi still asks her if she is planning on attending the dance... (:-D this guys is too cute!)

She makes as if to dial... and he gets up to leave and says 'no... but please come to the dance... if you don't I will die...'
The compounder gives a smile and she sees that and shouts 'Next...'

In the truck, Dev tells abhi that 'aise hi jaan dene ki dhamki de di?'
Peter says you should not give jaan dene ki dhamki initially... you should wait ... jab daal thodi gal jaaye tab dena chahiye he says... and VC continues... jab situation develop ho jaaye...
VC says 'I say Chaps... my buddy is gone...' they all ask him why and he says 'She will not come to the dance and abhi will die...'
and Peter says 'Good Riddance...' and asks for Abhi's taperecorder before he dies...
Abhi tells everyone that she will come...
they want to bet on it.. .and call him Lieutanant Majnu and ask him where he got his captain laila...
They also call him Lieutanant Romeo and say that she will not come...

The truck stops and the all the cadets come and Narayanan gets them in a line and addresses them saying that today's lesson is (sorry didn't get the word) and he hands them over to Captain Sharma...

Captain Sharma walks in... Captain sharma says that he will reiterate two points camoflage and concealment... he says he wants to test their capabilities in this regard...
He asks them to see behind him and tell him what they see... Dev tells taht he sees a huge ground with grass and some bushes... and Varun says there was one thing Dev didn't see... the boulders ... and then Captain Sharma asks Peter... and Peter says Major Narayanan... Everybody starts laughing...

Captain Sharma then says they can see only trees, bushes, grass and boulders... and then asks them to watch... and takes his whistle and gives a blow... immediately from the ground, around 7-8 soldiers get up... guns in hand as if ready for combat...
VC and Abhi are shown fully impressed... and VC gives out a 'I say Chaps...'

Major Narayanan asks for the course to be up... and then says that Part 2 is landmark practice... he divides them into two and asks them to go practice and indicate landmarks...
VC, Abhi, Dev and Peter are in a group... VC takes the binoculars and says he will indicate the landmark... he starts off saying 'Bada Ped... bai 800 7 baje, 10 deg lal chunri naam' hearing this all the others perk up and say naam? and Peter who has the other binocular exclaims Wow... and Dev also wants to see now...

We see Vikram coming with another guy up to where Abhi and his friends are sitting... At this point the binocular goes to Abhi and Dev's hands... from VC and Peter respectively.. .and Dev says 'Naam... wow..' and abhi asks him to shut up and he will show Dev an even better landmark...
Vikram is standing right next to them now...

Abhi without noticing Vikram repeats whatever VC said and adds 'lehraate lambe baal... Naam Lambe Baal...' By now Vikram has taken Dev's binoculars... the guys try to warn abhi, but he is totally into the sighting... and Vikram asks the boys to get up... he asks if they have any plans for the evening... Abhi says nothing... except we have the big dance...
Vikram does a cha cha... so sad... you guys will not be able to attend though.. .coz you will be busy practicing landmarks...
Peter whines 'but sir please...'
VC 'I say sir.. galti meri hain... Maine hi binoculars uss taraf ghumaya tha...'
Abhi : Nahin sir... galti hum sab ki hain...

Vikram calls out for Captain Sharma... and says that all the four will practice from 8 till 12 in the night... Saying this he leaves...
After he leaves Abhi starts cribbing 'jahan meri kismat ka faisla hone wala hain... wahin main nahin hounga... bhai ho to aisa...'

Vikram's room... he comes all decked up... and the orderly says he is your brother na... let him attend the dance... Vikram says no... he thinks he is some teesmarkhan... he needs discipline...
The orderly remarks that at Abhi's age even Vikram used to think that he was a teesmarkhan... vikram asks the orderly to Shut up...
The orderly gets all senti and says 'main chup ho jaata hoon... main hota kaun hoon bolne wala...
Vikram calls out for his orderly saying 'Lance Nayak Mistry' and the orderly replies 'Sir...' and Vikram tells him 'Jo kuch kehna hain saaf saaf kaho... '
and the orderly gets him the shoes that he had been polishing... and he says he has already said whatever he wanted to say and leaves... Vikram asks him where he is leaving for and he very abruptly says Canteen and leaves... vikram is left thinking...


In the canteen the girl Parvathi, is talking to Kishore and she says she does not agree... it has only been a year... how is he getting transferred... Bhoop singh says that he knows and teh girl asks why??? and bhoop singh says 'Kishore is not like all of us... whatever he does he does it with his heart... so some senior officer might have asked for him... Parvathi asks him to appeal to the higher officers... and he says that he is a fauji... he knows only to follow orders... and she says if the orders takes you away from me too??? and before he can reply, Mistry says he will do something... he will talk to Sahab... Kishore says he does not want Mistry to talk to Vikram... and then they see Parvathi's dad coming that way and Mistry takes him away.... after they leave Bhoop singh says it is not possible for Mistry to do anything... looks like he only has to try something... Kishore asks him what he plans to do.. and bhoop singh says that his pahunch is till the highest officers...

We are shown the dance when the commander is sitting... with his wife... and Kiran walks in with Vikram... and they all sit down... another guy Umesh walks in and sits next to Vikram and they exchange pleasantries and he then riles Vikram that it is not fair that he gets Kiran to the party and Vikram dances with her... Vikram apologieses... and the commander says that beware of army guys... they are very tez and Umesh remarks 'zaroorat se zyada hi tez'... the commander's wife then asks Vikram why abhi is not to be seen...

Vikram says he is doing night training... and commander says night training? already? and vikram says yes... I have punished him... and Umesh says 'bhai hain to kya hua... fauji fauji hain..' and Vikram says 'haan maine use saza isiliye diya kyun ki woh ek civilian ki tarah behave kar raha tha...' Umesh then says Vikram is saying Civilian as if it is a gali... and Vikram remarks that Umesh uttered the Fauji word in exactly same manner...

The commander's wife asks Vikram to take back the punishment and call them for the party... and the commander also adds that normally he would not interfere with Vikram's work... but this time, it has come from higher headquarters... and the commander says in army, the wife is always one rank more than her husband... Vikram says yes sir and leaves to call up to cancel the punishment... he is followed out by Kiran... and she stops him and asks him if it is true? about the wife being a rank more than the husband... and Vikram says yes... that's an old wives tale... biwiyon ko khush karne ke liye he says... and immediately Kiran asks him whether after their wedding, she will become a colnel and he very seriously tells her that he will not marry... she says why is he getting serious... she only said Agar... and she walks off in a huff...

In the party... Abhi and his friends... and they are all ribbing him that she will not come... and says he will count till 10 and starts counting veryyyyyyyy slowly... he keeps distracting them and giving big gaps in between the counting too... he reaches till nine... and drags it... and everybody makes fun of him... he says 9 and a 1/4, 9 and a half, paune dus... by then we are shown Madhu walking in... looking beautiful in a white outfit... he says see you guys bye... and walks towards her... he tells her that he was sure she would come and she had to come... and then notices her companions... a couple... the same couple that he met the previous time outside the hospital... Madhu walks off and he runs behind madhu after greeting the couple... the hubby again starts... what was he saying... this morning he gave you flowers and now this... abhi is sitting on the stairs... looking forlon and kiran comes out and sits next to him and introduces herself saying she is kiran kochar and asks if he is abhi... vicky's brother... he confirms and asks where her camera is... and she says no camera today... only party and asks why he is sad... he says 'woh mujhse pyaar nahin karti...' and Kiran asks who woh? and he points out Madhu... and Kiran asks if abhi knows her... and abhi replies main to use janam janam se jaanta hoon... and kiran says no... in this janam... and he replies that he has met her twice... and kiran exclaims 'bas... aur do baar main hi ludakgaye!'
He says main to pehli nazar main hi ludak gaya tha...
She says 'Kaash tumhara bhai bhi tumhare jaisa hota!'
Abhi perks up at this and wants to know if there is a chakkar between them? kiran brushes him off and asks him to have a good look at Madhu's sandals and she leaves... he wonders... 'Sandals...???'
