The episode starts with Avani thinking how her presence at Lab 3 is necessary...she needs to try and help Vivan. Nothing can be done sitting idle and she sneaks out. Vivan starts some experiments and tests. He looks through DNA samples when Avani sneaks in quietly. She quietly picks some chemicals and places them near Vivan so that he sees them. She then studies the DNA analysis and places some packets. She herself starts mixing some herbs together. When she's done, Vivan turns and breaks the beaker. Vivan throws her out. Avani tries to explain that she's only helping. Ranbir says all the exits are closed, canteens are closed. Rose cries that there're zombies. Vivan drags Avani inside and asks Meghna to take care of her. Meghna asks whats the update on the antidote. Vivan says, I was almost done but this assistant spoilt everything. Meghna chides Avani for sneaking out in danger. Prateik tells Avani to not take Vivan's words to heart. Avani says was just trying to help. Dunno what's wrong with me.
A zombie attacks another doctor. Vivan starts his work on the antidote again. His glove drops over Avani's decoction and Vivan chides her. Picking the glove smudged with Avani's antidote, he resumes his work. The hospital stuff runs out as the zombies attack the hospital. They reach the rooms where the interns are. The interns lock the doors as the zombies knock their windows. Vivan runs to their rescue and injects his antidote. Its useless. Then he tries to suffocate the zombie and the glove sticks to him and he dies. Vivan realizes that Avani's antidote is effective. Vivan returns to the lab and calls Avani asking her the recipe. Avani tells him that zombies have attacked them. Vivan asks what did u mix. Avani says can't remember, I forget things in tension. Vivan asks her to remember. Avani takes a deep breath and recalls her formula and tells Vivan. Vivan tries to stop zombies from coming in. Avani says that I mixed box 2, 4 and bottle 5. Vivan mixes as said. The interns pick up chairs and tables to attack. He makes injections and the zombies manage to enter his lab. Vivan sprays the injection all over. The zombies collapse.
Zombies are on a mission to spread the virus. Vivan reaches Dr. Ramesh and puts in the antidote. The virus leaves and the patients recover. Everyone recovers. The management explained the situation and said Vivan controlled the situations. Patients have been quarantined. He asks the people to not take the news out. Everyone claps for Vivan. Vivan speaks up and says I am not alone. Someone's knowledge of natural herbs was effective and without it, we wouldn't have succeeded. He thanks Avani. He confessed that I couldnt make a successful antidote but Avani's herbs and her knowledge, it was possible...and we could avert it. Everyone claps for Avani. Vivan looks at her smiling. Next morning, Avani walks in seeing the video of Vivan thanking her. Ranbir and Saher are in the canteen. Saher chides him for having obsolete ways of flirting. Sarthak wonders that something is wrong in this hospital...bloody mary and then these zombies. Vivan is trying to cover something. They need to investigate. Yamini says all this is in ur head. It was just an experiment went wrong...and the bloody mary thing was ur hallucination. They start arguing. Avani comes and asks them to stop...today's a good day. Let's start it with khakras and phhaphras. Everyone raises a toast for Avani. Rose comes and says celebrating one day early. Avani says one day late. We're celebrating Avani's success. Rose says u didn't know...tomorrow is my birthday and you'll are invited. Ranbir says where? Rose says my place. Avani says can't come. Yamini joins her. Sarthak says gladly, wouldn't wish to see unwanted faces. Yamini glares.
Precap- A stranger moves around Ranbir's pics and stuffs. He says time for revenge...5 years and I haven't forgotten. Birthday party is coming up.
