Hello Swetha,
I have found this story yesterday and I completed it in less than 24 hours. This story is brilliant.
The characters are deep and are narrated very nicely.
Arnav... his character has many layers and hats off to you for writing his character so brilliantly. His character is practical. Yes, there are politicians who enter politics without real zeal just to carry on the family legacy or under unpreventable circumstances. Arnav had to sacrifice a lot for his family. Especially the person he considered his soul mate. But I would say it happened for his good. Because it is always fortunate to have a person who loves you unconditionally rather than having a person who takes you for granted. Relationship should always be two sided, not just giving from just one person. It is impossible to be happy in such a relationship in the long run. And I never saw any sacrifices on Lexie's side. Now I am glad that he has a good partner in Khushi. Hope he will find it in him to realize that he is also in love with her and also he has a lot to give. It is depressive to see that such a good person considers himself a lost cause when it comes to love. I admire the way he handled Lavanya in the beginning of the story and how he gave her chance to achieve her dreams instead of arrogantly discarding her.
Khushi... well, when you are in love with person who has many walls safeguarding his heart, you ought to be very strong to break off each wall. She faced many downhills in her young life. Yet she should strong at the end every time. I really loved how she handled the Lexie situation. She accepted Arnav as he is along with his past and thats true love. Khushi's love is unconditional and patient.
I really liked Daadi's character. She is the one who is keeping the Raizada family sane.
Akash..this character started negatively but turned positive at the end. One can learn that some mistakes can never be corrected from Akash's character. What he did with Payal was unforgivable and so he lost her. He is lucky to have good family. But I didn't expect that his murder attempt on Arnav will go unpunished.
Payal... I admire her for being strong after having an abusive marriage. And now she will have a new direction in her life with the NGO work.
Yashodha... Honestly I don't know whether she is a positive or negative character. It is bad that she insults Khushi on every opportunity but she is not unforgivable...yet. Without knowing how her married life and upbringing was, she cannot be judged. I guess she only knows and cares about status and posts; and thats how she was brought up and even her marriage was like that.
Aman... a loyal friend and person. I feel bad that he lost the person he loved and is still living in the misery. I hope he opens his heart to the love knocking his door before its too late. It was foolish of him not to take responsibility for his actions. Just because he closed his eyes doesn't mean the world can't see him. He wanted Anjali to forget what happened and hoped to have normal relationship between them as his best friend's sister just because he couldn't handle the situation properly.
Anjali... I loved this character so much. She was a constant support to Khushi and helped her to cop-up in her new house and family. She has every reason to resent Aman but still she left her ego and asked Aman's help for her brother's happiness. She is a true friend to Khushi. I feel bad that she did not share her burden with any one and is suffering alone. She deserves true happiness in her life.
Shyam... well the best example of a unscrupulous politician.
Coming to the story, I cannot talk enough. You have the talent to capture attention. And the story line is awesome. You have covered politics, love, marriage, family and relationships in a splendid manner. And I almost forgot, you have written intimate scenes beautifully.
I don't know whether you have other stories or not if so please send me the links. I would truly appreciate it.
I have sent you a PM too. Check it...Sruthi...
