As i said in my response above, I too was wondering about the title, for I liked the Sandra Bullock film with the same name. Now I see where Tina is going to take the story and where the similarity will come in. I do not want to include any spoilers, but it all depends on Rathore continuing to be in a coma. If you have not seen the film, you might like to look it up, and then you will understand!

As I noted earlier, this will be a nice change from the usual stuff, and will provide an unexpected and fresh angle to the story.
