Don't really know but really like the show and have binge watched it in its entirety on Hulu. So far the writing and the character development is okay.

Though this show is heavily inspired from Imlie, it is interesting as of now. I was an avid Imlie viewer and liked Adile chemistry until Gashmeer left the show.

Since there is not much discussion about this show, I am sharing my random thoughts about the current track. I am getting a feeling the makers will drag this sach ( truth) as much as possible just like Imlie 🤣. But the sad part is like Imlie the marriage truth in Faltu does not hold much value here. It seems the writes are confused about Ayana’s character. Ayaan wants to know who filled flatu’s maang at any cost, okay fine. What he is going to do after knowing the truth. If he is the one done that, will he accept faltu as his wife by going against his dad and family? Will he able to take such step? As per his current characterization, it is a big NO. If somebody else has done that, what is that he will do? He will go and search for him and help Faltu unite with him 🤣🤣🤣. First of all, the whole truth searching looks like a joke. That day temple, it was Pappi or Ayaan who were with Faltu. The kaand should have been done by either of them. The smart Ayaan mittal is struggling here. Of all above, the biggest joke is the accidental marriage of Ayaan and Faltu and Tsny is getting hell scared because of that. Chalo, I am not going to use my brain 🤣and will accept the marriage, but the makers need to tell the audience the conflict from Ayaan’s side. If Faltu herself doesn’t claim to be his wife and be himself is not sure whether he married her or not, then what is the point of dragging here. Faltu’d character is similar to Imlie, for how long she is going to live alone wit this accidental marriage? What I get in the conclusion is deep down, Ayaan wants that he is the one who should have maang baarored Faltu as he is in love with her. Similarly deep down Faltu believes in this accidental marriage because she loves Ayaan. The story has got potential apart from this truth. They need to explore the equation between Ayaan and his step dad and how both his mom and dad are emotionally manipulating and harassing him and how he comes out of that. How he and Tanu can never be happy. Please do share ur thoughts if any.

Well with the current episode, the truth has been exposed which is a good thing as it was getting a little tiring with the truth being dragged for almost 40-50 episodes. There is not much value in this marriage aside from the two parties: Ayaan and Faltu. Both have confessed in separate episodes that they are in love with one another. Ayaan admitted this truth around the early episodes (somewhere in episode 50 or 51?) and although Faltu never had to admit it, as it was obvious but she does confess in episode 77. He is obsessed with figuring it as he is in love with her and wants to be the one who has accidentally married her while Faltu has accepted him as her husband as she is in love with him as well.

The conflict on Ayaan's side is losing the respect and love of his father as he is being emotional blackmailed by his mother into thinking he should be grateful that his father or stepfather has raised him even though he is not his biological child. He will lose his family support and lose his position in society. You can also add that Kanika will be on a revenge campaign in destroying him for ruining her daughter's life. There is much he could lose and Faltu's aware of it hence the back-and-forth drama of her running away and lying.

I don't use my brain when I watch TV series, just sit and enjoy. They did try to make Ayaan's character semi-logical but I can honestly believe the back and forth, the lies, and the confusion that Tanisha, Kanika, and Faltu was presenting to him prevented him from deciphering the truth from the lies. He honestly kept on looking for the truth to the point that Faltu's father pointed out that Ayaan's presence around his daughter is becoming too much.

What will he do with the truth? That is the million dollar question. The only way he can act on anything is if he has support from Faltu. If it was another character I would say he would do nothing but with Ayaan his main focus has been Faltu since he has met her. He lied to his father for her. As mentioned previously he could confessed the truth to his family and accept the responsibility of marrying her.

The equation of the manipulative and blackmailing tactics of his stepfather and mother has been highlighted at different points especially at points of where Ayaan is vulnerable and faced with a life altering decision. The first time when he wanted to be disowned and become a cricket player, when he had to marry Tanisha, and when his mother saw his infatuation with Faltu. It would be fully expanded upon IF and ONLY IF Ayaan accepts responsibility of Faltu being his wife. They can also make it more interesting if they involve his biological father and explain what happen to his mother and how she ended up pregnant with him.

Tanisha and Ayaan will never be happy together and in the back of his mind he knows this as he continuously compared Tanisha and Faltu when it came to their values, hobbies, interests, and beliefs. Plus she continuously forced her ideals and opinions on how he should be and completely ignoring his interest or tastes by writing it off by pouting, crying, and being forceful.

This is my humble opinion and just interested in seeing what will happen next.

Thank you for the discussion. I am kind of disappointed after the truth reveal. Ayaan is more concerned about the sindoor kaand with Faltu than his actual feelings for her. Somehow I feel his love for Faltu should take precedence than the sindoor movement. The makers are showing Ayaan and Faltu’s love for each other in a very weak spot. On one side, Ayaan easily forgets Faltu and wants to move on with Tanu. On the other hand, Faltu does not have an iota of sadness about Ayaan’s honeymoon with Tanu. What is that expectation of Ayaan while disclosing the truth with his step dad. He will obviously emotionally manipulate him and make him to do whatever he wants. There is no real struggle or yearning neither from Ayaan nor from Faltu for each other. Something is not sitting well with me. May be I am jumping in to conclusions too soon I don’t know.

So disappointed with Aryaan . He just let the father control his life . His father only concerned is about his business . Do Aryaan love Faltu ?

Hi Zu ji. Me too very disappointed by the recent episodes. After a year of Imlie, I finally got hooked to this show. I binge watched this show in HULU and started following it. Now I am getting doubt, whether this is a love story or not. 😀
