Ravi

Every time I see Ravi several things pass me by the head.

He's crazy, but I have the impression that this is not the real Ravi.

Let me explain

I feel like a boy who loved Suman and his obsession made him mad (Suman's photos are all over his house) so to have Suman, he kills the real Ravi and makes a change of face.

To get back into Suman's life, he needs an excuse. So it does everything to become rich, and on the other waiting to heal from its operations. At the moment, he thought he was coming back and told him that he wanted to give him a good life, and Ranveer landed. So it made him even crazier and he threatened their lives.

Because I do not see any other solutions because if it is the real Ravi it does not hold the road. According to Kalavati, his son was a normal, loving and reliable person so why he went crazy now?

After that, I think so. What do you think ?

according to waseem, the character of ravi has split personality - so he may be a reliable and loving son in kalawati's eyes but there's a contrasting personality to ravi which maybe even she was unaware of.

the only positive thing about ravi is the new promo - he finds out that sindoora tried to run suman over so threatened her that if she attempts anything like that again he'll burn her world - finally someone to set sindoora straight.

Well, yes, for Sindoora, it's good, but not well at the same time. This will not stop him and I admit that if Suman is going to join him, I stop the series.

A husband declared dead officially comes back to life, Suman who due to duty (because I feel she does not like Ravi at all) will join him and meanwhile Ranveer becomes Devdas?

The article is on IF - check the news section of this forum - there should be an article on waseem's entry - its in that where he mentions about ravi being a complex character with split personality.

I don't like the sudden obsessive nature of ravi - its a contrast to what was initially said - it seems he's no different to kalawati and sanjana - only antara turned out to be the selfless character in parmar family.

I don't like suman feeling ravi has the right over her and she must leave with him - I don't think buy the act of her doing this just to save ranveer as she said it straight away when she returned home that how can she be ranveer's reflection/shadow when her first husband is still alive.

one thing I didn't understand is the government document - ravi's death certificate - why did it turn up now? indian law is likely to send that 7 years after a person is missing, but according to ravi.. he's been away for 5 years.

I fully agree with you. It really does not make sense, that they receive the paper of his death now. Possibly Ravi wanted to test Suman and see if she would tell Kalavati that Ravi is still alive (although she almost did).

But yes, she wants to protect Ranveer because she loves him (sincerely), but it still does not please me that she decides to abandon her. It's always the same thing. An endless cycle of senseless sacrifice.

I do not know what it's going to be like, but it really annoys me that he could have created more trouble than making Ravi come back ...

I just don't buy this act that suman is only going with ravi to protect ranveer, as she's not once expressed that in her thoughts. Its always, I must go with him as he's my first husband and he has the first right over me. She doesn't care that she'll be hurting ranveer so badly in the process. IMO, suman is no different from kalawati, all she cares about is ensuring sanjana and antara are settled in mittal sadan - she couldn't care less what happens to ranveer, which is pretty sad as all ranveer's ever done is love suman selflessly.

the creatives of EVAB could have surely come up with other potential storylines, i.e. ranveer struggling with duties as a father as veer would now be living with him... sumveer trying to live and fulfil their dream of completing their mba, and also sumveer going through challenges that any couple would after marriage - its not easy adapting to a totally different life to what you've lived pre-marriage... and then they could have eventually worked upon sumveer dealing with veer's insecurities when sumveer are expecting their first child together. as some children struggle to accept another sibling and in veer's instance it would have been a half sister/brother...
