First video - kalawati and suman scene - quite emotional. it seems in the previous scene, sanjana has said some bad stuff and kalawati is hurt. she explains to suman the difference between a mother and mother in law - saying how a mother always loses before her children while a mother in law always wins against her daughter in law. she says today the mother lost before sanjana. Suman tries to console her. Kalawati asks suman if she will accept any decision she makes - suman says of course as she trusts her a lot.

Second video - ranveer and dadisa come - kalawati sends suman to bring snacks. Ranveer says he will stay outside and to call him when she's ready to leave. Dadisa stops him from leaving.. Dadisa asks for Suman's rishta for Ranveer, saying that despite Suman's past, she can see Suman as Ranveer's future. Kalawati folds her hands and says she agrees to their rishta - Ranveer and Dadisa are happy. Suman who is entering the room hears this and in shock drops the tray - Ranveer looks at Suman. Kalawati explains that Suman's parents died when she was young and her paternal aunty raised her but now she is no longer in this world. Ranveer is looking at Suman. Kalawati continues to explain how after marriage, for suman Kalawati has been her everything and she has blindly followed everything Kalawati has told her to do. She says to suman she agrees to the rishta, but for dadisa, you also state you are happy with this decision. Suman says a hesitant yes (its clear she's not happy with this, but is merely saying yes as Kalawati has given her word to Dadisa). Sanjana and Antara come and are delighted with the news that Suman and Ranveer's alliance has been fixed.

Thanks Suman finally agrees to marry Ranveer but why did she agree is it because of Kalawati"YES" to Ranveer dadi.

yes... prior to ranveer and dadisa coming, she promises kalawati that she will trust and accept all decisions she makes, so when kalawati agrees to the rishta, she also agrees.

Maine kaha tha that Kalawathi would force Suman for the marriage. I knew it would be that only.

Am sure Kalawathi has some greedy plans for herself hence the emotional drama with Suman and then the agreement.

based on sanjana's reaction, it seems maybe her harsh words is what made kalawati say yes. sometimes sanjana can really show kalawati the mirror and I think she's done that in this case too.

i'm not sure, I feel its more to do with sanjana showing her the mirror as she previously once did and kalawati genuinely realising that maybe sanjana is right... suman is young and deserves to restart life once again... kalawati and suman both are widows, and I think kalawati has felt that since she never remarried and lived alone fine, so can suman, but suman lost her husband at a really young age, she has her whole life ahead of her, so maybe sanjana has raised that as a point... I wish we could have a OLV of the scene prior to these scenes... but I guess the suspense will make the episode more interesting to watch

edit: I really want a sumveer scene after suman says yes... there is a picture Abhishek shared on Instagram, where both ranveer and suman are in the same outfits in this video, but in pic they are in a car - so I'm wondering if we'll see another car drive scene of sumveer??

Sanjana is the only one who calls out Kalawathi's use of Suman. Even in the prior episode, she taunted Kalawathi in how she didn't allow them to help Suman and instead said to focus on wedding preparations.

She very much would show Kalawathi mirror. Especially here because her own rishta is riding on it. Sahil had refused to marry, so she will be pissed at Kalawathi's refusal. She always tells off Kalawathi for her using of Suman when she is directly affected by Kalawathi's actions/behavior.

Yes, I wrote my next reply before reading this/as you were posting.

I agree Sanjana will lash out at her for her selfishness. But I am sure she will find some greedy benefit for herself. I am sure of it. Her greediness will not be so curbed easily. She will see a benefit for herself in this arrangement.

yeah she does, but she's no better either. it's not like she doesn't use suman. both are hypocrites to be honest. maybe sanjana is agreeing because sahil said he won't marry until suman and ranveer don't marry.

I think kalawati will agree because of sanjana... in some way it's unfair on suman that her life's decision is based around what makes her sister in laws happy. they don't care about her happiness or what she wants. although as you pointed out earlier this marriage to ranveer is the best decision for her, it does seem somewhat unfair that this decision is being made for all the wrong reasons.

but i'm happy for suman as she'll finally have someone in her life that'll put her happiness before everything else. someone that will truly value her. I hope she's not horrible to him. he really cares and respects suman
